À propos de cet hébergement

Cette unité ne fait pas face à l'océan, mais n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 504 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et n'auront pas à traverser une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Condo côté océan au 5ème étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. King en BR1, deux reines en BR2 et un canapé-lit de salon. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine. Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à un pâté de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges.
Cette unité a été rénovée en 2016, nouveau plancher, nouvelle cuisine, bains, tous les nouveaux meubles!

Not bad but not great

The location of the property and communication were excellent. Easy check in, plenty of parking, and right on the beach and beneath the pool. Also, right next to coligny and didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. However, the condo is in need of some upgrades. We were greeted with a really musty smell when we arrived and it never really went away. Couch is super worn and could be replaced. Pillows were paper thin and felt too used. I believe due to this and more that this was priced the way it was. Overall, not bad, but not tremendous.

Great condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was great. That said, the condo wasn't cleaned very well upon our arrival. We ended up purchasing a mop to clean. Also, we were unaware of the exterior construction going on which we understand updates have to occur at times, but we should have been notified that this work was in process ahead of our arrival. The one elevator closest to our unit wasn't working and the working elevator was by all of the construction/dust on the far other end. During the day the lights in the exterior hallways and stairwells were shut off due to the work but no temporary lighting was in place so we had to navigate coming and going in the dark. Definitely opportunity to trip and opening up liability to the condo association/owner. Also, in the interior room the new lights are very bright at night and the current drapes didn't seal off. I would recommend getting a more fitted blind to prevent this.

Beautiful Beach location

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is wonderful, we have stayed in various units in this complex for the past 38 years. We have previously stayed in this unit and rebooked it for the quality of the condo.When we arrived the door for one of the bathrooms would not move. It would open a few inches but would go no further. I contacted the office on check in day and was told that the swelling has to go down before the door could be repaired. We went the whole week without that being repaired. This made one of the two bathrooms of the condo unusable by many of our party.I am not sure we will be selecting this condo again.

Great location

Our stay was great - the only reason I gave cleanliness three stars was because the property was under construction and the surrounding area was messy but our unit was clean!! It is also right next door to the Tiki bar and there were some amazing bands playing every day - we could sit out by the pool and hear the live music which was great!

Great little getaway

Just looking for a quick last minute long weekend trip. This property popped up. Perfect location, especially with teenagers. Next to Colligney shopping and lots of restaurants. Very active beach scene for the teenagers, but still family friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Perfect.

The location is awesome, so close to Coligny Beach, the Tiki Bar and the many shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The condo was spacious, everything was clean and maintained, and Seashore Vacations did a great job communicating and addressing any questions we had! I give this condo a high rating. Note that the complex is on the beach, but this unit overlooks the parking lot, but we knew that going in. We had an awesome time!

I especially appreciated the newer appliances and all of the counter space in the kitchen. The large dining room table was perfect for meals and family game nights. The property is located within walking distance of Coligny plaza which contains a grocery store, liquor store, and many delicious restaurants and unique shops. I highly recommend!

Week in Hilton Head

The property location was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. The condo needed a deep clean and then a good cleaning after each use. We found other guest stuff and floors ceilings and vents were flirty. Dining room table had crumbs and food on it when we arrived on our first day.
