L'unité a été récemment mise à jour et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable. Imaginez-vous assis sur ce balcon surplombant les eaux vert émeraude et sentez la fabuleuse brise du golfe sur votre visage. Et nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur la vue magnifique.

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de linge de maison complet, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier, c'est de vous amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, un espace barbecue / pique-nique, un accès WIFI GRATUIT, une aire de lavage de voiture, une promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! De mars à octobre, nous proposons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres d’excellents restaurants, discothèques, magasins, activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Best vacation ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in unit 1205, the whole experience was amazing. Communication from after booking and before my arrival was top notch. Check in was seamless. The view from our balcony was stunning and the distance to the beach was perfect! The unit was clean and comfortable and the included beach service was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend Nautilus to friends and family. Hope to make it back next year!

Beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to look for a place in Fort Walton Beach to get away from all of the people in the high towers in Panama City Beach. The location was great but the property is in need of a facelift on the outside and grounds. It looked like some type of water was overflowing in the parking lot.

Family Spring Break!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic 6 night stay here for a family spring break with my wife and our two boys (6 & 4 years old). Perfectly sized condo for a family of 4 with young kids and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! Unit was in great condition and the property is well maintained overall with a very helpful staff. The beach speaks for itself and the beach service is definitely a huge plus. We spent our days lounging on the beach and soaking up the sun, and spent our nights either checking out different spots around FWB/Destin or simply enjoying some more quality family time in the condo and eating in/grilling out (3 community charcoal grills for use if you are a big grilling fanatic like me!). Only possible compliant I have is the pool is stuck in the shade with where it is located, which made it cold for the kids given the time of the year (mid-March), but let's be honest we came for the beach and not the pool. Overall it was an incredible stay and I'm sure we will be back again next year for our 3rd year in a row!

Nautilus Condo In Great Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ft. Walton Beach is a great vacation spot! The beach is awesome! Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The condition of the condo could have been much better and cleaner. All appliances needed work. Some drawer pulls were missing, and paint was damaged all over the condo. The toilets were extremely low. The stairway down to the beach was high and steep, and the pool was small. Proximity to the Thom Thumb was nice. Stewby's has great seafood, and Alvin's Island has everything.

Favorite place to stay

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several properties on okaloosa island but nautilus is our favorite and the only property we have stayed at multiple times. We always have a good experience, the condos are clean and the staff friendly. The location is perfect. I have recommended Nautilus to friends and a couple have come and stayed here multiple times.

Great View - Needs TLC

The oceanfront view was great. Second floor condo so view was over the dunes. The bed slept good but the unit needs some TLC. Rusted lamps, knobs off cabinets, slow drains in bathroom. The appliances were up to date. The staff in the on-site management office was very nice and checkin was easy. Would stay in this building again.

Some of the pictures doesn't due this unit justice, for instance, the chairs on the balcony, they are well made and sit up high, one review read there was no table, you don't need a table, the arms on these chairs are wide enough to sit a drink on them and not fall off, we enjoyed this unit so much we reserved it again before we checked out and the office personnel communicate with you very good and keep you informed, if you have any questions or concerns you can go talk to them in person, the kitchen is well equipped with good cookware, and it is well kept ,we have been going to Ft, Walton since 2015 and the nautilus is the best by far especially this unit, thanks for a very good vacation. p.s the view is just like sitting on the beach

First retirement vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We discovered a beautiful piece of Florida that we didn’t know existed. The temperatures are not as warm as lower Florida, but that was okay with us. The beach has the whitest sand we have ever seen. The location of this unit is perfect for eating out, shopping and golfing. Our unit was clean, the kitchen is well stocked, but the living room furniture could be up grated. A little table would have been nice on the balcony also. The staff at Nautilus are fantastic, friendly and always willing to help.

Long weekend

We really enjoyed the condo. Beautiful view, on the beach with beach service. Just really a relaxing and peaceful getaway weekend! Staff was excellent and condo was clean. It isn’t luxurious but it’s sufficiently appointed. The pool heater had failed while we were there so it was cold but we didn’t go there for the pool. The beach was excellent. The location to restaurants and entertainment was great. We will return!
