À propos de cet hébergement

En 2016, nous avons finalisé la construction de notre villa écologique dans les montagnes de Vasilitsi. Pas de voisins, seulement de la faune et une vue magnifique sur la vallée et la mer. La villa accueille les personnes qui aiment le soleil mais elle soutient également les personnes qui veulent être à l'ombre. Dans le jardin, nous avons un lit en pierre où vous pourrez profiter du temps idéal toute la journée.

Notre éco-villa est entièrement autonome. L’électricité est produite par le moulin à vent, les panneaux solaires vous apporteront l’eau chaude que nous collectons nous-mêmes. Le complexe comprend un salon et une cuisine combinés, quatre chambres à coucher, trois toilettes et douches, ainsi que deux salles de bains. De plus, la piscine attire le regard avec une vue parfaite sur la vallée et la mer.

Les propriétaires ont entièrement décoré l'intérieur et l'extérieur. À l'avant de la maison, nous avons créé un espace d'environ 70 m2 où vous pourrez vous détendre sur le canapé et profiter de la vue parfaite à l'ombre. Nous vivons dehors le jour et la nuit! Au sommet de la villa se trouve la chambre principale avec une terrasse privée de 80 m2.
Nous avons construit une villa en architecture et créé un lieu unique.

Stunning Views and Villa

A beautiful villa in an amazing setting. Night and day the view was stunning.We all enjoyed the pool especially as there was a heatwave the first couple of days.We had to use fans at night and when we let property manager know one wasn't working another one was provided.Would love to go back to explore the area more, a week was not enough.

Beautiful property overlooking the ocean and the small town of Vacilitsi. We stayed for a week and never had a problem with power or water shortage. We are saving this property in our trip folder to come back! Was one of the main highlights of our Greece vacation! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Breathtaking view - no neighboors to complain :)

We love travelling and have been around.. but this place is really special. We "climbed" the hill with our car (a lowered sportscar wouldn't work here, thank god we left the Porsche at home ;)) and were warmly welcomed by Ines. While entering the beautiful furnitured villa (very tasteful) the partio left us speachless. The view, the warm wind, the beautiful colors of the landscape and the ocean...the sound of nature and nothing else... you immediately calm down. Our 4 kids took off there clothes right away and occupied the pool. Our kids are no toodlers any more so the house was perfect but for smaller kids it would not work due to the stairs and the edge of the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms as well as the living room: perfectly equipped and beautiful! 5 Stars! Location/ Surrounding (Methoni, we fell in love head over heels), beaches (Voidokilia beach A MUST): 5 Stars! Responsiveness of Ines/ Edwin: 5 Stars! Why only 4 Stars at all? For me the bedrooms were to small and we only had one closet.. just one TV (did I mention that we have 4 kids... you can imagine..) and no washing machine, no aircon, just fens. I love the ECO idea but we are so spoiled that it was a bit tough for us. But this is a very personal thing.. if you are looking for a breathtaking place with no neighboors to complain and nice beaches and bars around - this is your house! I am happy that we spend our holiday there, it was one of our best. You find so many nice places around the house to sit and watch... we loved it. Thanks Ines, thanks Edwin!

Oh, The Views!!

Wow! This property was everything it said it was and more! The drive up from the main road is a bit steep but it is all paved. When you walk into this home you can tell there was so much thought and love put into putting this property together. The layout of the kitchen and great room offers space and comfortable furnishings. It's when you walk out the back onto the main terrace is when the WOW!! hits you. The views of the Messinian Gulf and across to the Mani Peninsula are nothing short of spectacular. The wide staircase that leads down to the infinity pool just leaves you stunned. I can't say enough about the thought that Edwin and Inge have put into this place. Because the villa is powered strictly by wind and solar A/C is not installed. But it really didn't matter. You just open the doors and let the breeze blow through. Very comfortable. On the rare occasion when it is still, generally in the mornings, floors fans were just fine to move the air around. The outdoor spaces are to die for! Seriously, I have never been at a place with so many areas where you can just escape. So well thought out and delightful. The local area around the property is interesting with lots to do. We were there for 8 nights. There are three lovely beach towns that stole our hearts. Koroni, Methoni, and our favorite, Finicounda. The castle ruins at Methoni are a must see. We also drove up to the ruins at Ancient Messini. Very interesting. We ate all our meals out in these little towns that boast numerous delicious seaside restaurants. We even rented a boat for the day out of Finicounda. And a couple of days we just never came off the mountain. We were fortunate to have had perfect weather for our stay and enjoyed magnificent moon rises over the Mani. It was one our favorite times of the day. Thank you Edwin and Inge for the privilege. We just loved it!!

Great Villa in a great location

The Eco Villa is fantastic: Great architecture, terrific views, very friendly and helpful landlords. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was plenty of space for the eight of us, everybody can find a place to be on his / her own. A car is indispensible. Enjoy the landscape, the beaches, the culture and the food, but you will always return to the Villa with a smile on your face 😊. Will return definitely, when time allows.

+ sehr schönes Haus mit einmaligem Ausblick + toller Pool + geschmackvolle Einrichtung + umfangreiche Kuechenausstattung + sehr netter Gastgeber und tolle Betreuung vor Ort bei Fragen +vollständig autarke Stromversorgung - relativ kleine Schlafräume mit schmalen Betten (140cm) - kein Mueckenschutz vor den Tueren - zu wenig Stauraum fuer Kleidung (nur ein Schrank im gesamten Haus)

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Haus und herrlicher Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in der Villa auf dem Berg mit einer einmaligen Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer verbringen können. Das Haus ist wirklich besonders gestaltet, mehr als komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet viel Raum draußen und drinnen auf diversen Terrassen und in schönen Räumen. Sandra hat uns vor Ort zuverlässig und sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und durch die Zeit mit Rat und Tat begleitet ebenso wie Edwin per WhatsApp oder am Telefon. Wir haben das warme Mittelmeer, die umliegenden Orte und Strände sowie die nahe gelegene Taverne bei Nicos in Vasilitsi ebenso genossen wie die Zeiten am gut gepflegten Pool mit dem Blick über das Tal zum Meer. Die Erwartungen nach der Beschreibung im Internet wurden erfüllt bzw. übertroffen- wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Gorgeous!!!

Eco villa in Koroni is a must! The views are amazing and couldn’t stop staring at them in the week we were there. Close to beaches and restaurants, best restaurant being Nikos in Vasilitsi, just down the hill. The villa was beautiful and has many beautiful touches. The only downfall we found was that there weren’t screens on all the doors. During the day there were many yellow jackets wasps, and at night mosquitoes. It was impossible to keep them out of the house. There were many places to relax in the home, and a view from each of them. Edwin was easy to reach and cared that we were enjoying our time.

Amazing Place - Issue with Electricity shortage / No water

in general, the place is out of this world, with amazing views, great interior, clean, great furniture and concept. Maybe the best I have visited so far from VRbo in Greece. The problems started with the power efficiency of the place... we were a group of 7 + 2 kids with plans to mainly stay - work - and enjoy the villa. This all-day stay together w usage of electronic devices led to power shortages and stop of electricity 3 of the 6 nights we stayed and 2 of the mornings. No electricity on this property means: freezer stuff melted and spoiled, no water to clean ourselves, no water for the toilets..., no fans for the night sleep, no way to charge our phone and communicate, no power to work with our laptops, no internet. We acted extremely politely and show full understanding to the owner, by accepting this issue and tried to have fun within this situation. we couldn't do anything to change it, so we moved on. Last day again we had a power shortage... We were 3 days like that, as a result, we couldn't use the dishwasher to clean kitchenware. Also to be completely honest we decided no to clean the house with no power since some party groups were disappointed and were thinking of a refund, and since we accepted this whole issue of the house with no complaints they didn't want to clean. So we left the garbage in the house and we left the dishes in the washer and some bottles and glasses here and there. When the person who cleans came to deliver the keys, (that seemed to have full compassion about the issues we faced w electricity), seemed discomforted because she should clean everything with no electricity (as she said). And since we hadn't done much, it was a huge task. After leaving she sent a message to the owner w video of the house situation, which was not clean telling him that with no power she will need more people. After that owner, issued a refund for damages of 150euro to us. NO DAMAGE was made to the house... the only thing is that we didn't spend hours of cleaning dishes and other stuff, with no electricity... So in the end, even though we didn't ask to be refunded for a place that didn't have water and electricity for 2mornings and 3 nights (no mention of danger like that on the listing...) we got fined because there was no electricity for the cleaning lady to clean... Isn't that amazing? Anyway now I have to fight back because I may be kind, but I am not stupid.

Sensationelles Haus

Ein wirklich großartiges Haus und eine fantastische Lage. Der Pool ist so groß, dass man wirklich schwimmen kann. In der näheren Umgebung ist eine Taverne und der Strand von Corona. Das Haus ist sehr stylisch und praktisch eingerichtet. Man muss bezüglich des Eco-Standards einige Dinge beachten, aber dies ist in keinerlei Hinsicht eine Einschränkung. (Zum Beispiel kann man die Waschmaschine und die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht im gleichen Zeitraum laufen lassen.) Im Umkreis von 1 h Fahrt sind die schönsten Strände der Peloponnes zu finden. Es war ein unglaublich erholsamer Urlaub, den wir gerne hier wiederholen möchten.

Wir fühlten uns herzlich Willkommen (thanks Edwin for your hospiality)und durften das ganze Haus / equipment nutzen. Es gibt Alles für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Fantastisch ist der Pool im Haus. Auch das Ökokonzept (Stromerzeugung via Windkraft) überzeugt! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eco-Villa in fantastischer Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus zwischen Koroni und Finikunda einsam auf einem Bergrücken gelegen mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder,eine grandiose überdachte Terasse und nicht zuletzt ein großer Pool lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man nur brauchen kann. Das ganz besondere ist jedoch,dass dieses Haus autark "funktioniert", das Haus erzeugt seinen Szrom zu 100% selbst und das Wasser kommt aus den Bergen...und das funkioniert absolut reibungslos...toll!!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch Ines war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Auch konnten wir sie bei Fragen jederzeit kontaktieren. Das Haus steht wie ein Solitär oberhalb von Olivenhainen und bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick. Zahlreiche Sitzplätze, für jeden Sonnenstand einen. Die Sauberkeit ist phänomenal und der bewusste Umgang mit der auf dem Grundstück gewonnen Energie schränkt nicht ein. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Danke!

Ein super Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön + allein gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Eigenversorgung mit Strom über eine PV-Anlage funktionieren Spül- und Waschmaschine jeweils nur im Kurzprogramm (15 Min.) + tageszeitlich begrenzt; darauf kann man sich gut einrichten. Es gibt eine freundliche Hausbetreuung, die bei Fragen erreichbar ist. Wir können das Haus sehr gut empfehlen.

Ein traumhaftes Reiseziel!

Vor Jahren sahen wir bei einem Aufenthalt auf dem Peloponnes die EKO-Villa und freuten uns diese später in der Vermietung zu finden. Wir waren uns sofort einig diese für einen Familienurlaub zu buchen. Der Kontakt mit Edwin war super nett wie auch mit Ines vor Ort, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat um uns in die Geheimnisse der EKO-Villa einzuweihen. Der Umgang mit diesen Geheimnissen stellte sich als äußerst problemlos dar und über Mangel an Strom und Wasser mussten wir uns nie sorgen. Man fühlt sich praktisch wie auf dem Olymp, hoch oben über Vasilitsi, mit dem Blick auf das Meer und in der Nacht wird einem ein unvergleichlicher Sternenhimmel geboten. Die EKO-Villa ist ein wunderbarer Ort um erholsame Tage zu verbringen, wir genossen dieses zwei Wochen im September 2019 und waren vollauf begeistert. Die umliegenden Orte bieten alles was das Herz begehrt und die naheliegenden Tavernen laden mit herrlichen Speisen und gemütlicher Atmosphäre zum verweilen ein. Zum Meer in der Gegend muss man nichts sagen außer ... toll! Nach unserem wunderbaren Aufenthalt überlegten wir was verbessert werden könnte und haben nur einen kleinen Punkt gefunden, die Spülmaschine kann erst sehr spät gestartet werden so das man nicht vor 11:00 Uhr das Haus verlassen kann, hier sollte die Zeituhr unseres Erachtens auf 9:00 Uhr eingestellt werden. Dieses ist keinesfalls als Kritik gedacht, lediglich als ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Herzlichst, Wolfgang und Familie

Great Villa!

We stayed for two weeks. Everything was great from the moment we booked. Smooth and quick communication with Edwin, the owner. He was able to answer questions regarding our travel etc. This made it clear to us it would be a good experience all round! Ines, the lovely lady that looks after the villa was also in touch beforehand to check our arrival time & bed requirements. Another good sign! We were a group of 7. Two 14 yrs olds, two 18 yrs old, and three grown ups. This villa gave us all room to spread out! The bedrooms were a good size, the living area inside was really not used that much but was also spacious. Bathrooms were fantastic. We loved the shaded outdoor space. So much room and seating available. Lots of different seating areas outside, everyone could find their own space. The pool was perfect! Inside the villa everything had been thought of. We made good use of the music speaker! Ample towels etc., glasses and crockery also in good supply. This is by far the best decorated and most stylish villa we've ever rented! We had a couple of issues during our stay, both were dealt with very quickly, within half an hour! One was WiFi, even on holiday we did still need this. Teenagers for social media and sadly for work for a couple of the grown ups. Once there was WiFi it worked well but the issue was all of the data had been used up before we arrived by the previous guests. Edwin was great and said to just get more on his account but I felt this was an expensive way to do it. Looking on the local providers website you should switch your tariff Edwin - you'd get a better deal! The only other issue was the washing machine. We had great difficulty in getting it to work. It did work once but we couldn't get it to work again. I think this issue was to do with the electricity but I'm not sure what the problem was as we always had plenty of electricity! We never ran out of water - all was good! The drive up to the villa is hair raising!! The kids loved it! As mentioned in earlier reviews don't rent a sports car! It is worth the trip up for the amazing views. The area is beautiful. We visited lots of local beaches, some near, some far, lots of local restaurants. Rented a boat for an afternoon. We also made a trip to the Polilimnio Waterfalls and the ancient ruins at Messene. Both worth while trips. We left early and were back for afternoons round the pool. Spent evenings in Koroni, Gialova but most in Finikounda. Lots of choice.

Rustig, relaxen met super mooi uitzicht

Met familie (volwassenen met tieners, peuter, baby) hadden we een top accommodatie in deze villa. Alle comfort die je kan wensen vind je in deze villa. Goede bedden, complete keuken, nette badkamers, fantastische veranda en buiten keuken. Heerlijk schoon zwembad en onbeschrijfelijk uitzicht. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen en te beleven. Een auto is hiervoor wel een must. De villa zelf heb je volop rust en privacy. Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad.

Traumhaft

Wir haben absolut traumhafte zwei Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, alle haben genügend Platz die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, der Pool mit Meerblick fantastisch, der Garten und die Terrassen bieten vielfältige Orte zum Wohlfühlen zu jeder Tageszeit. Alles ist großzügig und bequem, geschmackvoll und alles absolut neuwertig und perfekt sauber. Die Bilder werden auf jeden Fall übertroffen. Das Hafenstädchen Coroni (15min mit dem Auto) ist ganz zauberhaft und lädt zum Bummeln und in seine leckeren Restaurants direkt an der Mole ein, und die sauberen gemütlichen Strände sind mit ihrem glasklarem Wasser fantastisch zum Baden und Schnorcheln. Der Urlaub in der Villa war perfekt, fünf Sterne sind zuwenig!
