Great location and beach view

This condo was clean and fully functional as described. We really enjoyed the comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony and the bikes were a bonus! Great location for restaurants and a market. Pool was nice and beach access was easy. Loved it! Thanks

Breakers

First problem was with bedding for pull out sofa. Mattress cover was wet and moldy.Second, during our rental, a pest control contractor appeared in morning to spray. Poor timing as we refused entrance.Overall, a little small bathtub for elders as well as inadequate closet and hangers for 2 weeks stay.

Valentines Day stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Girlfriend and I decided to get away from Atlanta for a couple of extra days to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I grew up going to HH and would stay very close to this spot but never rent from this location before. First off, for the price and location, perfect! You are right in the heart of shopping, Bar and food locations. Everything is walkable being right across the street. The place also offered free bikes to us and the conditions of the bikes were not bad at all saving us a little money on renting a pair down the block. For two people, the place was a perfect size. Our view was also amazing which was my biggest need for this trip. Overall, I was impressed with how smooth it went and I would recommend this unit and location to anyone looking to get away for a few days.

Vacation. getaway

Perfect oceanfront view on the balcony! So nice to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. Added bonus having two bikes. Very spacious and love the keurig. The only thing we didn't like is coming back from breakfast and someone from pest control was in our unit. The bathroom door is hard to close. No one was in guardhouse when we arrived.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony (and view) was great!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location as everything we did was within walking distance. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Quick Getaway

Everything was as listed. Perfect location. Great view, easy access to pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. The reservation process was efficient, easily got all the information we needed for our stay. Access to beach chairs and bikes was an added bonus!

Great little home base for a beach week

Nice and clean. Good for a couple, or maybe one or two small kids. Easy walking distance to several beachy restaurants and shops. The pool is nice and there's a sun deck for those who want to bask without a splash. We pretty much stayed within 500 feet of the condo the whole week and we're happy.

Great location and can't beat the view!

We stayed for a month as a winter getaway (we're from Maine). The beach is just beyond the pool and we walked on it almost every day. Many unique shops and restaurants are in walking distance behind and beside the condo. Everyone was so friendly including the security guard. Definitely a great place to vacation!

Stay In HHI

We had a great time during our stay. It was clean and located in a great location. The location was clean and updated nicely. Walking distance from shops and resturants. Only gripe ( and it's small) was not much communication directly with the owner of the condo. I sent some messages hoping for some direct communication. You will get general updates and info through text but it's all automated but no human responses.

Perfect view

Cozy little one bedroom one bathroom. It was perfect for my husband and my visit. Perfect view of the ocean. Not a long walk to the beach. Finding out where security was to get a parking pass was a little tricky. There isn't a lobby. I recommend staying here for the view alone.

Spontaneous vacation !!

First of all, I choose the apt for the location, and it was great..it was a plus the beach chairs and the umbrella..I knew it was a small apt, (and the kitchen it's a kitchenette)..but it could've been better if there was at least a small dinning table with at least 2 comfortable chairs; it was very hard to be by the kitchen island on those stools and same applies for them balcony..( not a good sitting chair or any decent patio table)..those are my only complaints;.. other than that, I knew what I was getting.. The place was small, but clean and we had a great time on the beach and the weather was good ( no rains, but hot and humid, but the ocean water was warm ). Overall, we had a good relaxing vacation on the beach, by the ocean..

My Winter Retreat

Searching for a warm place to stay for a couple of months I started my search in Florida and continued up the coast until I found the perfect place for me. I will never forget this wonderful little condo with a beautiful view. I would go back every year if my pension allowed it.Thank you so much for an unforgettable two months. I came away feeling like a new person.

There was minimal space in the kitchen and no room to store food for the week or to prepare food. With couch pulled out to make bed for kids, it takes up the entire living room. Parking pass was not in folder but when contacted, staff brought it the next day. Overall, very small but close to everything!

Great Work from Home location

Including the bikes w/rental was very nice. Travis w/Island Rentals was great to work with on extending our stay. Would have loved to stay longer but holidays was coming. The only complaint-trash truck several times a week before 7 a.m. - hear the beeping of backing up. Complex is getting an elevator but the workers were only there maybe 3 times during our 2 1/2 week stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not so nice. Hilton is beautiful and the area we stayed was amazing. As far as the condo is concerned, it definitely needs work, not only in upgrades but a handyman should be employed- the toilet seat kept breaking, was given 2 washcloths to last for 20 days. We had to go to Walmart and purchase additional washcloths. The curtains in the bedroom were coming off hooks. Much work needed in the condo.

Lovely Stay with a Surprise Ending!

We had a lovely stay. The place was a little stuffy when we arrived but after opening the doors and turning on the AC, it began to clear out, (though my husbands allergies never cleared up all weekend. poor guy!) The condo is decorated sweetly and the size is bigger than a hotel room but not much more - which is what we expected, it was perfect with a beautiful view and location. This review would be 5 stars until our final morning when housekeeping just walked right in at 9am without knocking, without announcing themselves, nothing….just walked right in. I had to say to my husband - “did someone just open the main door?” They heard me and quickly exited before I could see them but I heard the door close. When I got outside, I saw their laundry bag outside but no sign of who it was. Because of this interaction, I don’t give our experience a great 5 star review.

Very clean but small

The unit was very clean but small. The pictures are deceiving. I came on trip solo and it was fine. If my husband was with me it would have been cramped. Bedroom very tight and bathroom had no room for anything more than a toothbrush on one side and brush and can of hair spray on other side. No soap dish and had to use a wash cloth. Kitchen had a lot of items except a blender for my morning smoothie. Also the bar stools are very flimsy and I’m not overweight and I think a 200 lb man would probably not even be able to sit on the stool. Living room area was comfortable and decorated nicely. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Security guards are very nice.
