Amazing staying

We were 4 people and we spent short time inside it but we were very comfortable. It's a quien neighborhood and it's near two underground stations (almost 10 minutes walking) for different lines that connect you to everywhere in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Cost place

Exactly as advertised, did all we needed it to. Photos are accurate. My only negative is there was only one towel for each of us and no paper towels or dish towels. But, that being said, a great place in London

Quiet location-10 minute walk to tube

This basement apartment has everything we needed. Washer/dryer, dish washer. Large bedroom. Another bed in living room. Some days we didn’t want to eat out, Tesco Express 2 blocks away. Big bathtub w/shower. High entry to tub. Everything we needed was provided. Clean. Comfortable.

A wonderful month in london

Property was exactly as represented. Location was excellent. Well stocked kitchen with all appliances and cookware/dishes needed. Great to have separate washer and dryer. Our only small issue was the entry stairs, they were very steep and hard to handle heavy luggage. Younger people probably wouldn’t have an issue (we are both senior citizens). Loved every minute of our trip!!

Wonderful spot near Chelsea

This was such a lovely place to stay for almost a full week. We could have stayed here for longer! There was so much space for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the house was SO CLEAN which is a priority for us. The full washer and dryer was incredibly helpful as we arrived from the Cotswolds with a bunch of muddy clothes. The kitchen is fully kitted out with anything you could need. Alex was so responsive and checking in and out were a breeze. It’s only about a 10 min walk to Earls Court tube stop but is on a lovely, quiet residential street. The best of all worlds! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location - well equiped

Stayed 10 nights and would highly recommend. Alex was quick to respond to inquires and on the day of arrival let us store our bags early without much notice as our train location changed. There was a bit of a mis-communciation for actual check in and getting the key but it was resolved quickly and Alex was quick to respond and very apologetic. Flat is located on quiet street 10 minutes from Earl's Court tube station and a few bus stops. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores close by. We mainly booked for larger bed (very comfortable), washer and dryer (worked well) and larger space. Couch was comfortable (although we did not sit on it much), kitchen was well appointed, small outdoor space was lovely. We would definatly stay here again.

Flat was located in an okayish area, but not the greatest, with a decent walk to the tube. Pictures made the place seem better than in person. No instruction manuals on how to operate any of the appliances, no coffee despite having two coffee machines in the cupboard. No paper products of any kind except two rolls of toilet tissue. One towel person, with one shared hand towel. No rugs, even though the floor was cold. Noise from above and the street. Really lacking basic comforts. Communication was good a times and not timely or informative at other times. Generally, I felt like I was staying at my son’s university dormitory.

Lower Your Expectations

It's a nice little flat in an ok neighborhood. In the hands of an attentive host who actually cared about their guests, it could even be a pleasant experience. But this "host" leaves a great deal to be desired. There was no useful guest information in unit, like how to operate the wash/dryer or dishwasher. What little info there could have been found on your phone. Much of it was either irrelevant or out-of-date. I had to download the user instructions from the manufacturer to wash and dry clothes. Asking "Alex" resulted in yet another of many information 'rabbit holes.' Suffice to say, communication is a skill "Alex" is still developing. When you're told "the bed will be made up", that doesn't mean what most of us would expect. In my adult son's case, who slept on the futon sofa, it meant a pile of sheets and a blanket was left for him to make a bed. In my case (the only bedroom), it meant nothing more than a duvet smelling of other people's sweat. No sheets. Then there are the 'spooky' issues. Like when "Alex" tried to draw me into accepting "a package" at the flat on his behalf. I refused and left it sitting outside. It was still there when our stay ended. And the morning someone let themselves into the flat. While we were asleep. Their heavy foot falls in the hallway outside my room woke me. I listened as they opened and closed the front door behind them. I watched thru the window as they climbed stairs. This means the flat can't be secured when you're not in it.

Great home base while exploring London.

This apartment was a great home base while we were exploring London. It was clean and well kept in a quiet neighborhood. And within a short walk to Earls Court underground. Exactly as advertised.

Perfect Getaway

This flat is in the most perfect location, my fiancé and I LOVED it here. Alex was extremely available for our questions and the space was perfect for the two of us. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this pleasant basement flat in a quiet street. We felt quite safe in the area. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. Big plus to have separate washer and dryer instead of the more usual single/combination unit. Pro tip for Earl's Court station: use the Warwick Street entry as it will save you a block of walking over using the Earl's Court Road entry.

Cute as it Looks

A wonderful place to stay. Although it's a basement flat, it is well lit. The flat was clean, and the owner was easily accessible by phone. It is close to many restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and many other amenities you may need. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest Underground station. A fun community vibe without being in the heart of London.

Earls Court 850 m .

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Ansprechpartner waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Statt Earls Court als Ausgangspunkt empfehle ich die nächste Bushaltestelle: Redcliffe-Street (Linien: 328, C3, N31). Sie liegt in der Parallelstraße, einfach durch den Hof und dann links. Gehzeit unter 10 min!

A nice stay

We had a nice stay in the apartment. It is in a basement and therefor not bright and sunny, but it was comfortable, had all we needed and well equipped kitchen. It is in a quiet street, about 5 min walking distance from several busses at the corner of Finborough road and Old Brompton road. There you also find several restaurants.
