Cette incroyable maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain au bord du lac a subi une rénovation de 200 km en 2016. Les plus belles finitions sont évidentes partout. À 1,5 km de l'autoroute et à quelques minutes de la plage ou du centre-ville, cet endroit est idéal. Cette maison ne manque de rien. Belle véranda pour profiter d'un livre tout en regardant les oiseaux sur le lac. La nuit, l'éclairage paysager à l'avant et à l'arrière apporte une touche d'élégance. Il ne fait aucun doute que vous souhaiterez pouvoir rester plus longtemps et sauver cette maison. J'avais 5 rien mais les meilleurs compliments quand j'avais invité rester dans une seule pièce, mais maintenant que j'ai déménagé, c'est une occasion d'avoir cette maison incroyable à vous pour en profiter avec votre famille ou vos amis.

Outstanding property in the middle of VB, close to 264.

My team used this property to prepare for an event held here in Hampton Roads. We’re a remote company, so the house provided us an area to prepare for the event. The owner was great- he was tremendously helpful and responsive to a minor WiFi issue. The house was perfect, and we’re going to book it again for future events.

Family friendly and spacious

Our Family stayed here for a week break as a base to explore the wider VB area, good central location means your 20mins from most places. Property was to a high standard with a lovely view and access to lake. The host was was very helpful and had the property nice and warm upon arrival and dropped off snow shovels after a big snowfall.

Very comfy and welcoming. Great floorplan

We were in town for a pool tournament. Four couples shared this rental, mostly used as a crash pad as we stayed at the pool hall many long hours. The house was welcoming and comfortable, great layout with the great room and plenty of comfortable bedrooms. The back yard and porch were great w views of the small lake. Rod was easy to work with.

Our family had an amazing time in this home. It worked for our large family. Rod was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The large backyard oasis was the highlight. The deck over the lake was a huge bonus. Kids played in the lake EVERYDAY.

My business partner, and I met in Virginia Beach for a new business acquisition. We stayed at this property, and the host was excellent at communication and even showed interest in what we were doing there. I love entrepreneurship and the true Vrbo that gives a great experience is an entrepreneurial owner. Not a house, lender! Will definitely stay here again with my ownership group when the time arises

I'm from San Diego. I came to Virginia Beach with the Navy 25 years ago. I fell I in love with the area being a strong second to San Diego with a much more wholesome community. I started first renting rooms to occasional guest to meet people and donate the money. Now, I'm renting the whole home as I've moved to a little bigger home to enjoy boating. We try hard to make sure our guest are very happy because we wouldn't want anyone to ever be disappointed with any property.

I bought this house because of the location. Lake in the backyard and park across the street in the front. It's incredibly close to everything and it's so much bigger inside than it faces up. I'm so thankful I never sold it when I was younger.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Here you will see a top of the line kitchen with incredible upgrades. So many customer features throughout. I downsized from a big home back to this house and made everything about it top notch. Then decided move up again.
