2024 Great Beach Time with family from Oregon!

We had perfect weather and really enjoyed our unit, this time being much higher in the west building. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The main bedroom had a great mattress. We also enjoyed the chairs & umbrella that was provided. Sunsets from the condo level were wonderful! We enjoyed some new restaurants this trip (so many to pick from), of course went to Walmart, and the four of us went parasailing for the first time viewing our condo from the water. I would definitely recommend Seachase!

Great Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seachase never disappoints. Our condo was great and it had everything we needed for our stay. I Love the beach themed decor in this condo. The only issue we encountered was the ramp going down to the beach. It was slanted at the end of the ramp and going up the ramp you had to hold onto a rope they had attached. For an older person this could be an accident waiting to happen. Also, we had a wagon to get up onto the ramp and that was also a challenge. I hope someone addresses this issue. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Exactly what we wanted

Our stay at Seachase was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. It was comfortable and well equipped with anything you could need. All the pools were clean and refreshing. The beach was pristine and the sand like powder. The property management crew were happy, friendly and helpful with any local recommendations. Everything was convenient.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did respond already with positives and areas for improvement. The positives were ease of check in and out, the beds were comfortable, the ice maker was a bug plus. We have always chosen sea chase due to proximity of stores and less crowded beaches. Areas of improvement include the need for more comfortable living room furniture-couch ok, recliner and chair not comfortable, one of outdoor chairs was broken;there was no liquid dishwashing soap. Please review the first survey I completed about 1 week after our stay.

Amazing Trip!

There was even a built in ice maker that came in handy for having cold drinks down at the beach. The views were amazing and we were able to see lots of wildlife. We will be coming back for sure!

The few times we needed help with something, the staff was always ready and willing to help. The facilities are great with an indoor pool and hot tub, the weight room, the outdoor pools and hot tubs and the close proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend!

My only concern is the WIFI experience - wifi speeds were less than 10% of what I get at home. If you need wifi to conduct business be prepared for slower service than you are used to.

Relaxing time at the beach

The condo was fabulous. The only huge disappointment was the lack of WiFi. WiFi wasn’t working the whole time we we there. I reported this to the Sea Chase office and was told it would probably be down for a few months.

Great location and amenities for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location with fantastic views. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. They don’t provide and cleaning spray or a dust pan for the broom which isn’t convenient for families with kids and the 9am check out is excessive and doesn’t match typical hotels but otherwise our stay was nice.
