Profitez de belles vues de ce confortable condo, qui est équipé avec votre confort et votre détente à l'esprit. Le 5ème étage avec 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est un luxe en bord de mer avec de belles moulures, des plinthes de neuf pouces, de superbes œuvres d'art et de beaux sols en carrelage dans chaque pièce.

Il offre une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Des ventilateurs de plafond, des télévisions à écran plat avec câble, une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil et un téléphone fixe avec appels locaux gratuits se trouvent dans le coin salon et dans toutes les chambres. Une Smart TV, des lecteurs de DVD avec une sélection de DVD, des livres populaires et des jeux de société sont également disponibles pour votre plus grand plaisir.

La chambre turquoise (principale) est meublée avec un lit king size avec du sferra matelassé et des couvre-oreillers. La chambre Coral est meublée avec un lit queen size et la chambre Sea Creature est meublée avec des lits jumeaux et des édredons de créatures marines de Pottery Barn. La cuisine à aire ouverte comprend des plans de travail en granit et des appareils Kitchen Aid en acier inoxydable. Elle est entièrement équipée avec tous les articles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Les tabourets de cuisine pour les chaises de comptoir ou les tables et les chaises de balcon sont parfaits pour les repas décontractés, tandis que la table et les huit chaises du coin repas sont parfaits pour un repas plus élégant. La buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Nous avons essayé de créer un espace idéal pour les couples et les familles à la recherche d'une escapade et espérons que les couleurs apaisantes et apaisantes de notre logement vous détendront instantanément et vous feront sentir comme à la maison.

Great Time At Sea Chase

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very cozy and great location to the beach access. The rental contact stated the provided a starter kit of items but didn’t give as many details. We had to go but coffee filters, shampoo, soap, trash bags, etc. they did provide 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher soap for 2 loads and washing machine soap for a load. The extra ice machine did not work.

Would Recommend!

I brought my mom, my husband and my two kids (2 and 5). We really enjoyed our stay! A couple things I would note would be that the lights in the kitchen above the bar area need to be changed. They did not let off hardly any light which made the kitchen pretty dark at night. Also, it would be helpful to have some kind of plastic cups for young kids to use. Everything in the kitchen is glass. Thankfully I brought some of my own cups but it would have been nice to have some already there. Other than those two things, the room was great! We probably spent more time at the pool than the beach. We really loved the pool, splash pad, and kiddie pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first impression of a condo is the front door and when we arrived, it looked like someone had vomited on it. Upon arriving I found the condo lacking the following items: icemaker does not workfaucet handles on jacuzzi loosewall outlet in Master bathroom loose (unsafe)inadequate number of towels (6 for 6 people)handicap seat for shower not put awayunusable dresser inside a closet - no way to put clothing in itripped shower curtain in bathroomchipped woodwork needs to be painted. The living room furniture appears to have been replaced recently and living areas were comfortable, however the master bed mattress needs to be replaced. Cooking/dishes were adequate and appliances except for icemaker were in good condition. I appreciate that the owners rent out their condo, but if they are going to charge a premium rental price, then the condo should be in pristine condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented was updated and very nice. Had everything we needed. Only thing is when we arrived the floor was dirty and was not mopped on our checking in. Called front desk and they responded immdediately. Also had construction on a balcony above us that we were not notified in our rental agreement. They started at 7 am and was very noisy with drilling. They gave us a little compensation but didn't want to be woking up at 7 am on vacation for 2 days straight.

A well needed last minute escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Orange Beach has come highly recommended from friends for many years & on a last minute decision, we decided to escape for New Years. The location is perfect - great entertainment for all ages, easy to visit Florida and the beaches are perfection. SeaChase was a beautifully maintained community with multiple pools and access to the beach. Overall, our stay at 504C was perfect. The furnishings were modern, clean and stylish for the most part. For our family, the beds were hard as rocks and the bedding was uncomfortable, so if you like a softer bed or pillows - bring your own. The kitchen was well equipped with both adult and kid friendly materials, but it would have been nice to have amenities provided that could be used - additional trash bags, additional rolls of tp & paper towels, same of laundry detergent and dryer sheets, maybe coffee filters so we aren't guessing as what to use. Regardless, it was a lovely stay in a perfect place where we made sweet family memories.

Offseason Oasis

Beautiful and spacious condo in great location, central to pretty much everything. Offseason so it was pretty quiet but the weather was perfect the entire stay. Kitchen was well equipped if you are dining in, although we opted to go out most nights. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

504C Very Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First thing, broken ice machine. I was led to believe in the pictures the ice machine worked but it did not. Doesn’t look like it’s been working for some time. The second bedroom bed is as hard as concrete. My son had to sleep on the couch it was so hard. What’s the point of getting a 3 bedroom when the bed is unusable? There are about 8 very uncomfortable dining room chairs. If you’re a big person, good luck fitting in those narrow ones. There’s a TV in the living room but only 1 chair faces it. Same in the bedroom, there’s a TV but you would have to stand up and watch it. The kitchen supposedly had everything someone could need but just not what I needed. A vacation condo should have a griddle for breakfast, it did not. The master bathroom has zero hooks or hangers in the bathroom for before and after a shower to hang your towels. The suite is across from the elevator so you get a lot of noise from that if you’re in the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms. There were no “when you leave” instructions on the fridge or handy numbers in case you have issues. On a positive note, the A/C worked well. It was clean except the master toilet smelled bad like it lacked a thorough cleaning. The master bed was fairly comfortable if you like softer beds.
