"The Farmhouse" est une maison rénovée de 1947 qui se trouve dans un grand quartier avec deux parcs et à distance de marche de J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza et épicerie.

La ferme à Tech Terrace est une maison de 3 chambres 2 salles de bain de 1400 pieds carrés à moins d'un mile de TTU. Il est entièrement meublé et dispose de parquet d'origine dans le salon et la chambre. Dormez bien sur des matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et profitez du forfait Divertissement de Direct TV! Détendez-vous sur le pont dans l'arrière-cour sous un auvent de lumières de café! Nous espérons que vous vous sentirez chez vous à "The Farmhouse"!

FYI: Il y a une petite maison à l'arrière de la propriété qui a sa propre entrée privée depuis la ruelle, elle est inoccupée.

Great stay in a quiet Lubbock neighborhood walking distance to Texas Tech

This is a great small house! Very comfortable. Reminded my wife and I of our first home. Well maintained with lots of character. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood within walking distance of Texas Tech and no more than a 10 minute drive to everything else. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Quick trip to Lubbock

We needed a place to stay near to Texas Tech for a 2-day event. The communications from the owner were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We didn't spend much time in the house - basically just shower and sleep. But it was like staying at a friend's house. Very easy. Great layout. Nice deco.. Thankful!

Overnight stay

We stayed in town to attend niece’s basketball tournament and the property was in the perfect location. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were excellent to communicate with. Terrific owners and property and I would recommend to anyone headed to the Lubbock area

Cute house. Great location. Outstanding host!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. This cute house is comfy and inviting. It had everything we needed. The firepit with wood provided, and the nice backyard were a favorite feature for us. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to check out the pizza place, coffee shop, brewery, and bakery right around the corner. Karen felt like a close friend rather than a host; checking to see if we had everything we needed and making sure our stay was perfect. Don’t miss your chance to stay here. We will be back!

Perfect for Traveling with Pet

First time to stay in a short stay rental. We are spoiled now and will probably not stay in a hotel if possible in the future. We think the key is getting a place with good management. Cannot express enough how welcome we felt from the communication between us and management. The listing indicated pet friendly and that was an understatement. It was so so pet friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. Karen and John were the best host and hostess without even being there.

Our favorite place to stay in Lubbock!

We stay at The Farmhouse every time we visit our son in Lubbock....we consider it our Lubbock home. It is cute, clean and comfortable! Great location....you can walk to a great coffee shop and pizza place and it is very close to Texas Tech. The owner, Karen, is great at communicating and always ensures that we have everything we need for our stay. Pets are welcome, and they even have dog bowls and leashes for you! Nice backyard with a deck, fire pit, and adirondack chairs. We just returned from another great weekend at The Farmhouse and will definitely be booking it again for our next visit!

Best Hostess

Had a last minute 24 hr trip to Lubbock and happened upon this rental. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and 2 pets. Karen was such an attentive and lovely host - made our stay that much better!!

Very nice and bigger than expected

We rented so that we could move our daughter into her college dorm. This was the perfect space to rest in and spend the last bit of family time before we moved her in. All of the kids had space to sleep and the rooms were actually bigger than it seemed in the photos. This helped as we had the 2yr old in a playpen in the master room and still had plenty of space. We didn’t get to really utilize the back yard this trip but it is a wonderful space to hang out. We reached out to the owner before the trip and once during and she was extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond!! I would definitely rent the house again!

Cozy Farmhouse

We totally loved our stay at the "Farmhouse". The house was very clean/updated and felt very homey. The back yard was very inviting in the evenings to hang out and relax in the evening. The neighborhood was super quiet and the doves in the trees in the morning were soothing to listen to with coffee in the AM out back. We would definitely look for this place for futures stays in Lubbock. Our Host was super communicative and very helpful - THANKS KAREN :)

The house was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfy beds. Also the AC worked great and there were ceiling fans in all bedrooms so the temp inside was very comfortable despite being an older home.

Really nice place

Dog friendly, fenced back yard. Seating area in large back yard with fire pit. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and appliances. Clean and really awesome shower.

Great location!

We had a great stay! Loved the location being close to campus and the coffee shop and pizza place down the street were both great! Highly recommend if you’re looking to be close to campus. House has been updated and beds are very comfortable. Karen was great to work with too!

Stayed 1 night for tech graduation. Well decorated house with all the stuff you need. WiFi check. Cable check, washer/dryer check, great backyard with fire pit and comfy chairs Check Remodeled bathroom fully stocked even if you forget your toothbrush. Beds a little hard for ourt liking but that is my only drawback on this property. It is well managed and the owner felt like a friend from the very beginning. Don’t waste anymore time. Book this now. You won’t be disappointed.

Relocation

Stayed while we waited for our daughter and son in law’s moving truck arrived. They had a big move and we were helping out. Moving is stressful. Best place to unwind and recharge, the house was adorable and perfect. Even better the hosts Karen and John assisted us with my many needs and concerns. Easy to. Great stay

This house is exactly how it's described. The place was clean, the beds comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. Karen is an awesome host, she contacted me prior to the date, gave me a little background on the house, and made us feel comfortable. The day prior she asked what time we'd be coming in, how we liked the temperature, and left some lights on for us since we came in late. We only stayed the night but I would definitely stay there again.

TTU Ring Ceremony

We stayed at the Farmhouse to attend our daughter’s ring ceremony. The house was perfect for our group of 5. After the ceremony my daughter had a couple friends join us at the house for corn hole and food. We could not of asked for a better house! Our host was just the nicest too!

Comfortable, clean, great location

We have stayed here multiple times. The house is clean, well stocked, beds and other furniture are all comfortable. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to.We enjoy the backyard amenities and games provided. The fire pit is a favorite with our family.
