Notre studio Caracol est l'un de nos studios les plus accessibles, avec une grande terrasse. Equipé de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin: A / C, salle de bain privée, cuisine et plus.

Villa Los Corales est un nouveau bâtiment de 3 étages et est situé à seulement 5 min. à pied de la plage nord Sayulita et à 10 min. marcher jusqu'à la place du centre-ville. Nos studios sont parfaits pour les couples et les célibataires qui aiment se détendre et faire l'expérience de Sayulita.

L'espace

Notre immeuble est un 3 niveaux avec 10 beaux studios. Il est totalement sécurisé et sécurisé pour votre sécurité. Vous recevrez la clé de la porte d'entrée pour que vous puissiez entrer librement à votre guise. Vous pourrez prendre vos repas ou vous détendre dans ce studio et profiter d'une vue imprenable sur Sayulita

Accès invité

Tous nos clients ont un accès complet à notre terrasse sur le toit avec piscine, palapa et solarium où nous avons un accès WiFi pour nos clients. Également une place de parking gratuite dans notre garage privé au sous-sol de l'immeuble.

Interaction avec les invités

Nous, vos hôtes, vivons dans le même bâtiment et sommes toujours heureux d’interagir avec nos invités et de les aider dans leur planification de toutes les manières possibles. Nous sommes en contact avec toutes sortes de services touristiques pour passer un bon moment à Sayulita.

Amazing roof top view.

Roof top pool area was great.Just a short walk downhill to get to all the shops etc. Beach not far. Rodolfo was very nice to deal with and very helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if we come back. Notes: Nice big shower, No microwave (but not a big issue) . Small bar size fridge only. Parking in underground if needed.. Has wifi.

Excellent Spot

This location and room was perfect t for our last minute getaway. The room and facility was exactly as described and better. Beautiful view from rooftop. Bed was very comfy and overall room was great with huge patio area. A little noise from downtown but we embraced it as the culture and fun!

Relaxing stay!

Sayulita is a lovely town. With enough walking to not be lazy but able to relax on the rooftop. It’s beautiful. Great keeping of the condos. However we had to chase down minor necessities for our stay. Eg- garbage bags and toilet paper. Still would recommend staying here. Very close to bus depot as well.

perfect getaway!!!

Perfect place. Exactly as pictures show. The best views from the top deck pools. The staff are friendly and willing to give you great advice. When I come back I will most definitely stay here again!!

The space was so comfortable and beautiful. Very private and the staff were super kind. The only thing is if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as there are nearby animals. A very wonderful space and location would recommend! Thank you 🙏

Better than the pictures

The room is a studio apartment, clean and well-designed. Perfect for a couple or single. I was traveling alone, and felt very safe and comfortable. The tenants are on property and easy to talk to and ask questions. They were very nice. I was so impressed with housekeeping! And not to mention the view from the to terrace. Breathtaking. I definitely recommend and will stay here again. The only time negative is the hill climb up. I was fine and enjoyed the workout, but if you have disabilities, it might be a challenge. Unless you rent a golf cart!

Excellent Location

We loved staying at this wonderful place! Super comfortable and lots of extras. The room was cozy and the rooftop relaxing area was great. Nice view and nice pool. The location was close to everything we wanted. The street and driveway were steep so if you have mobility issues you might want to think twice before booking. The hostess was so helpful and gave great directions and tips. We highly recommended this boutique hotel.

A Nice Getaway Location

The property is well maintained and daily cleaning of common areas was excellent. Room was clean and kitchen area had sufficient kitchenware. Rodolfo was helpful and available whenever needed. His staff was pleasant and attentive as well. The location is great with terrific views, and the pool area was well furnished, clean and made for a nice area to view all of Sayulita and enjoy amazing sunsets. The pool was clean and refreshing and a nice place to cool off and enjoy the views. It is close to town (A 5 minute walk) and only 8 minutes to the beach. The hill up to Villa Los Corales can be challenging after a long day at the beach but that is the price you pay for a hillside location with wonderful views of town, the bay and the Pacific Ocean.

The property was very nice. Owner and property manager were on site to address concerns and offer ideas. I have no complaints. As an older person. The hill was very steep if walking. However the hill offered a fantastic view of the entire town.

Sweet spot & wonderful place

The Villa is situated on side of the hill overlooking the town, yet just enough to not be too far a quick walk to reach it. After getting the lay of Sayulita’s main district, we appreciated the Villa’s location, immensely. The Villa is appointed nicely as it blends modern style living within a traditional Mexican architectural building. Our studio was spacious enough for our two week stay. The rooftop entertainment area that sports the pool overlooks the town with the Pacific Ocean in full view. Whales blew, the shaded hammocks cradled us, the patio furniture perfect for sunning or dining, and it was a perfect meeting place to visit with other Villa guests. All this was wonderful, and to top it off, the staff was friendly, helpful, and kept the Villa spotless. Rodolfo is the ever pleasant manager that was always asking us if there was anything we needed. A sweet spot & a wonderful place, so much we booked 2024 to make sure we could have the experience again.

Everything in the post for this property was exactly what we hoped to find - especially watching sunsets from the rooftop deck + pool Rudolfo was a great host from the minute we arrived (early) until the minute we were reluctantly leaving + continuing our trip to explore more places ...

Location to town is great, a short steep hill that would be challenging for those with mobility problems. The owners, managers, cleaning staff were exceptional. Very accommodating! Our only problem was the noise of dogs, roosters, and sometimes loud music from neighboring residences. (bring earplugs).

Jeanette and I (David) in our late 50's are native of Germany and Mexico and have been married for 31 years.
We came to Sayulita some 25 years ago for our first visit when it was just a small fisherman town. We loved it and were always joking about one day living here; but, living in a big city in the center of Mexico, we never thought that it would one day become reality. Thank goodness we are here to help you enjoy the town we love.

We love to meet new people and make them feel at home. Helping our guests find the best way to enjoy a great vacation in Sayulita, offering them information about what we know about Sayulita and the region, and sharing experiences are some of the things we enjoy the most. Since we live on site managing the place, we are almost always available to be of assistance.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are located on the firts hill of the north side of town and that give us great advantage. Near to all and far enogh to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. Even though we must walk up the hill, that provides great ininterupted views from out rooftop of the ocean, the town and the mountains.

Our Studios are all made taking care that our guests will have all is needed for their stay and enjoy their time to the max. we have thought of the couples and single people that want a place that is better than just a hotelnroom and want to feel at home. Making some meals taking it eazy or just plain resting time is just what we thought when we opened Villa los Corales.
