Villa Los Corales est un nouveau bâtiment de 3 étages et est situé à seulement 5 min. à pied de la plage nord Sayulita et 10 min. marcher jusqu'à la place du centre-ville. Nos studios sont parfaits pour les couples et les célibataires qui aiment se détendre et faire l'expérience de Sayulita.

L'espace

Notre bâtiment est un niveau 3 avec 10 beaux studios. Il est totalement sécurisé et sécurisé pour votre sécurité. Vous recevrez la clé de la porte d'entrée pour que vous ayez la liberté d'entrer à votre guise. Vous serez en mesure de profiter de vos repas dans sa salle à manger et une cuisine pleine grandeur ou simplement vous détendre et profiter d'une vue imprenable sur Sayulita. Studio Chachalaca est notre plus grand logement, avec une capacité d'accueillir jusqu'à six personnes avec son lit queen size et ses deux canapés-lits. Situé au 3ème étage, il se trouve à un escalier seulement de notre terrasse sur le toit et de la piscine.

Prix:
Le tarif nuit officiel est valable pour 4 personnes. Il y a un supplément de 10 USD par nuit pour chaque personne jusqu'à 2 de plus, pour une occupation totale de 6 personnes.

Le Studio Chachalaca offre une surface habitable de 57 m2 comprenant tous les équipements et la qualité offerts par la Villa Los Corales. Situé au 3ème étage, il s’agit de la pièce la plus proche du toit-terrasse, de la piscine et de la vue parfaite offerte par Villa Los Corales.
Le tarif nuit officielle est pour 4 personnes et il y a un supplément de 10 ISD par nuit pour le 5ème et 6ème perdo

Tous nos clients ont un accès complet à notre terrasse sur le toit avec piscine, palapa et solarium où nous avons un accès wifi pour nos clients. Aussi un espace de stationnement gratuit dans notre garage privé au sous-sol de l'immeuble.

Nous, vos hôtes, vivons dans le même bâtiment et sommes toujours heureux d'interagir avec nos invités et de les aider dans leur planification de tout ce que nous pouvons. Nous sommes en contact avec toutes sortes de services touristiques pour passer un bon moment à Sayulita.

Great spot for small family

This apartment was simple and met all our needs. The roof top pool was great entertainment for our kids and beautiful views for us. Rodolfo was So kind and helpful. We appreciated the house keeping (they came 2x in our 1 week stay). The small kitchen was perfect for quick breakfast and lunch at home. I was very pleased with the location (we had a golf cart - which was helpful taking kids to and from the beach, but not necessary for the location). I would return.

Quite, clean and convenient

Our room was clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool area is excellent. Staff and host were pleasant!The location is perfect if you are looking for a quite place, nice contrast from the insanity along the water and main strip. Everything in Sayulita is still walking distance so it's not a problem at all.

We had a lovely time at this villa. Rudolpho was super helpful organizing our stay and sent all the info we needed to check in easily. The rooftop terrace is amazing with the most spectacular view.

Great location!!

Spent a few days at this hotel. Loved how easy it was to get to downtown Sayulita. And all it has to offer, in minutes. Some sound carries through the walls as the building is made of concrete. And there are roosters and goats nearby. But the rooftop pool and views are breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Moms and Daughters Vacation

Lovely condo and great location in Sayulita...close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from the noise of the main square!! Check in was easy and rooms were spotless. David and Rudolpho were so kind and helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything for the condo. The fresh bottled water in the rooms was a bonus. We went through several large bottles and they were very quick to replenish it! The rooftop area is beautiful and an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of you beach day. There were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. WiFi was a bit spotty at times but we were always able to do what we needed to do! David was keen to chat and wanted any feedback to make our stay even better. We would highly recommend Villa Los Corales!!

Nice place, great area.

We had a fun week in Sayulita and were able to walk everywhere from the condo. It is a hell of a steep hill to get there so you get a little workout every time you head home. The pool is very pretty but too cold to actually use it. There is also fresh bottled water in the rooms. That was not listed in the description,but was a huge help while we were there.

Very spotty wi-if, which is extremely important if you are needing to do work, no TV, unreliable air-conditioning Living area, kitchen and two beds all in one tiny room. Pool closes too early and not enough lounge chairs, otherwise great roof top pool , that’s why they need more lounge chairs.

Great place to stay in Sayulita

Very helpful on-site management in a great location overlooking Sayulita. The rooftop area is a great place to spend time, and the room was clean, comfortable with hot water and a wonderful AC.

You’re paying for the view, and it’s with it

Nice, newer/newly remodeled condo style rooms. Location is a bit tough to find. Google maps take you close but it’s listed as 102 on the street sign at the top of the one way street hill (not 39, as that doesn’t really work with the way the numbering system works). Really basic rooms. Small fridge and gas top stove and a toaster oven. That’s the extent of the appliances available; so if you plan on baking anything larger than a small item, you’re SOL, or if you bought microwave popcorn (we used the stovetop and pans to make ours pop). I liked that there weren’t any TVs, and the Wi-Fi instructions and passwords didn’t work at all, so it was nice to disconnect. But if you need to work or the like, the roaming cell service is spotty at best. Again, you’re paying for the rooftop views. Unbelievable sunset views. The condos are perched atop a hill and so you get to see the coast, beach, water and surrounding area. It’s truly amazing. Parking our small VW full-size car was a little challenging. The crazy steep driveway isn’t congruent with climbing uphill. There are a few stalls and each unit was rented when we were there and so we had to improvise a parking stall. Many people rent golf carts and if you taxi in, I’d recommend that too. Seems fun and easier to park. The town was busy af while we were there and parking wasn’t aplenty. While searching for our needs on VRBo this place popped up and it worked.

Absolutely Amazing

Wow is such an incomplete description of this place. Rodolfo is there 24/7 with the staff and the place is clean, safe, and perfect!! The stairs and the climb up the hill are a little daunting but we knew that going in so no big deal. The room was perfect is size and accommodations. The rooftop pool and patio are off the charts awesome. The view is stunning and it’s just outside of the hustle and bustle of town. The golf cart is the best way to get around town and allows access to some awesome hidden beaches. Definitely be back again !!!

Great location, pool, and view

David and Jeanette were super helpful the whole time! Cleaners come twice a week. Great views and a great area on top of the complex where there is a pool and chairs/tables. Location is perfect and within walking short distance of everything in Sayulita. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again.

Beautiful Pool and View

We spent a week in the chachalaca room. The room was simple but spacious enough for our family with 2 little ones. We had a small balcony with a view of the surrounding trees & neighborhood. The view from the rooftop was beautiful, we loved spending time in the pool. I was working while there and the wifi was not great but I made it work for the few days I needed it. It is definitely a steep walk up from town but it's a short one and we didn't mind. They sell ice and offer free use of some chairs, umbrellas and sand toys which was appreciated! The management was very responsive to any questions or requests. It's definitely a great value with the pool and good AC.

Amazing Place

We stayed for 8 days at Los Corales. The owners/managers are super friendly and helpful. The building is new and well kept and extremely well built. The view from the upper deck with the pool is spectacular. Likewise, the pool itself is very enjoyable. This is very close to the beach--a several minute walk to the quiet beach and about 5 minutes to the center of town. I highly recommend Los Corales and will certainly stay there again when I return with my family. It's an ideal location.

Jeanette and I (David) in our late 50's are native of Germany and Mexico and have been married for 31 years.
We came to Sayulita some 27 years ago for our first visit when it was just a small fisherman town. We loved it and were always joking about one day living here; but, living in a big city in the center of Mexico, we never thought that it would one day become reality. Thank goodness we are here to help you enjoy the town we love.

We love to meet new people and make them feel at home. Helping our guests find the best way to enjoy a great vacation in Sayulita, offering them information about what we know about Sayulita and the region, and sharing experiences are some of the things we enjoy the most. Since we live on site managing the place, we are almost always available to be of assistance.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are located on the first hill of the north side of town and that give us great advantage. Near to all and far enogh to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. Even though we must walk up the hill, that provides great ininterupted views from out rooftop of the ocean, the town and the mountains.

Our Studios are all made taking care that our guests will have all is needed for their stay and enjoy their time to the max. we have thought of the couples and single people that want a place that is better than just a hotelnroom and want to feel at home.
