Christmas Getaway

Beautiful area, incredible property, everything was perfect. Pet friendly, clean, pretty room with everything we needed. Very nice owner and friendly property supervisor (? not sure of his title) Would absolutely love to go back this summer to enjoy the pool. It's a really nice pool. Can't wait to go back 5 STARS

Weekend Get Away

Ideal rental for two when visiting New Hope, Peddler's Village and Doylestown area. The sunrises and night sky are gorgeous! The owner, Joann is very knowledgeable in regards to the area. Joann is helpful and responsive when reaching out via the phone.

Clean, Comfy, Pretty Apartment in Great Location

JoAnn's property is really nice; the apartment is spacious, cozy, has everything you need, and is impeccably clean. Because of a website glitch, not all of JoAnn's check-in instructions came through, but she was easy to reach and super helpful. The apartment is also very conveniently located to be able to get to lots of different things to do easily.

"A Room with a View"

Sitting out on the porch, one has a wonderful view of the pastoral hills that make Bucks County such a beautiful place. A great place to unwind.

Perfect Hideaway

I was back in the New Hope area for a few days, mostly to catch up with friends, but also for a bit of relaxing in the middle of a long, multistage road trip. JoAnn’s place couldn’t have been more perfect. Plenty of space, great views, and easy driving distance to everything. Definitely recommended.

Private location

I initially reserved four nights and then extended my stay by three more, as it was a comfortable place to stay. The large windows offered a beautiful view that was enjoyable at any time of the day. New Hope, Lambertville, Peddler's Village, and Doylestown were just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

Cute Cozy Nest

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. The two huge windows with the long window seat were great for reading. We ate out on the deck as we looked over the beautiful property. JoAnn was great with communications. So glad we chose this place!

Away from it all

After finally finding this place using our Waze app, we were pleasantly surprised. The listing only says Bucks County, the owner said it was in Carversville & the Waze said it was in Plumstead. It is a 15 min ride to New Hope. The host, Joann told us it was set back from the road & the mailbox across the street, this helped. P Parking was nice and the room was around the side of the house with a private deck facing the beautiful pool, which we used, and beautiful countryside. I woke up early to catch the most beautiful sunrise. The bed was comfortable. We used the small fridge and Keurig. Coffee set up. Fortunately I brought a blower dryer, I didn’t see one, there was an iron & nice big tv. The bathroom was a nice size.there were fruit trees on the grounds & Joann offered me peaches, which I canned when I returned home. The property is a work in progress and not fancy but so comfortable and quiet. The host answered my questions promptly before our stay. We attended a family reunion in Lambertsville about a 1/2 hr away.

Amazing Getaway

My wife and I (and our pup) absolutely love this property as a getaway from the city. We’ve been back twice now and plan to come again! JoAnn is a lovely, generous host who always makes sure we have everything we need. The property is immaculate and beautiful! We can’t say enough good things about it!

Joanne was very pleasant. She made some very good recommendations for local meals and activities. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area was beautiful. Loved that she had real creamer for the coffee! Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely weekend stay

We enjoyed this property and would stay there again if we're in the area. JoAnn was easy to communicate with, check-in was simple, and the room was clean and welcoming. It has a beautiful view, large windows, and a super-comfy bed. The fridge and microwave are dorm-sized so there isn't a way to prepare meals but you can stow some leftovers or keep drinks cold. The A/C is a wall-unit and kept the room comfortable. This property was perfect for a weekend stay.

Valley Edge Oasis

This is our second time staying with JoAnn at Valley Edge, and it was like coming home. Beautiful, tranquil and serene. Perfect for a couple or someone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. This one bedroom has its own entrance and porch. Located in the town of Carversville. 15 min drive to New Hope, Lambertville, Doylestown, and Stockton PA. Relax by the pool with a beautiful scenic view. My expectation is that guests enjoy themselves in this sweet little get-away.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Removed from, but close to New Hope, Doylestown and Lambertville, NJ. Delaware River is minutes away as are many parks and recreation. Enjoy a bike ride/visit a museum or just lie around the pool.
