Cottage pittoresque sur le canal de Davis. Situé au bout de Oak Island, près de la marina de Blue Water Point. Admirez les levers et couchers de soleil depuis le nouveau quai! Nous avons 4 vélos de taille adulte avec casques, de sorte que vous pouvez descendre jusqu'à la pointe située à l'extrémité ouest de l'île. 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bains (avec douche, pas de baignoire) Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle et batterie de cuisine. WiFi TV (désolé, pas de câble, mais vous pouvez profiter de Netflix, Amazon Prime et Hulu!) Explorez le marais - Location de kayak disponible à Blue Point Marina. 1 bloc de l'océan! Remarque: bien que nous ayons un excellent quai, à la marée basse, la partie flottante repose sur le fond - elle convient mieux aux kayaks. Vous pouvez mettre votre bateau à la rampe publique à un pâté de maisons.

Another Great Stay At This Oak Island Property

This is the third time that my family has stayed at and enjoyed Angela's property. She is a great host. Super-responsive and helpful in every way. We had great weather this time and spent almost all of our time either on the dock or walking on the beach. So convenient to beach access, and so very nice to have the large dock to spend the time on. The house is lovely and very well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. Kitchen very nice. Sunsets two nights at the Point did not disappoint. Having the restaurant so close by is a big plus. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Great stay

We had been staying in this fanastic house a lot of times in past several years. It becomes mustgo trip in Summer. We love the location to the beach as well as the inlet, kids love fishing at the backyard dock and we catch multiple fishes and crabs. Our family love this place!

Excellent Location

Peaceful location on the sound with just a short walk to the beach -- Thoroughly enjoyed fishing and crabbing off of the dock!! Just wish there was an easier way to launch/put in kayaks from the dock. Will definitely be back!!

Peaceful beach getaway

This is a beautiful, spacious, and clean cottage with a private dock, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and short walk to the beach! The views are breathtaking and the cottage is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was was so helpful throughout the stay. We highly recommend this home and we hope to be back!

Scenic spot with private dock

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see that the space was larger than the photos suggested. The yard is a nice size, too, and the private dock was great to fish off of and enjoy a nightcap with beautiful views. We even saw a dolphin swim past the channel!

Perfect, relaxing week!

Wonderful house that was spotlessly clean! Views of the water are outstanding. House is actually larger than it appears in pictures and was the perfect size for our family. We loved fishing off the dock and watching the brilliant sunsets. My husband even caught a small shark one night which brought lots of excitement! Watching the dolphin play up close was such a treat. And the close proximity to the ocean was one of the best parts. The only suggestion I could make to make this house any better than it already is would be to have a full outdoor shower rather than just a hose. But other than that, our week was absolutely wonderful and we definitely plan to return. Thanks so much to Angela for sharing her little piece of heaven with us. We are grateful.

Cozy Cottage

We've stayed here a few times and thoroughly enjoy each visit. The house is cozy, comfortable and clean, and its location on the West End of the island is quiet and peaceful. The beach access is just a short walk across the street. Fishing off the dock is a favorite activity for my family. Angela is very sweet and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect piece of paradise

Have been staying here for years. Would never find a place more perfect for my small family. It has everything we could ever need! Host is by far the best out there and has done everything to make it the perfect getaway.

Picturesque

We have vacationed at this property several times and the feeling has yet to change (you can find my other review). We LOVE this place and all it has to offer. When here, we are able to completely unplug from our busy life. Its CLEAN and the owners are incredibly generous to share their slice of heaven.

Beautiful views

Absolutely beautiful little place for a small family. Quiet area with little to almost no traffic. Walking to distance to the beach is just around the corner. Beautiful views sunset/sunrise from the dock. Crabbing was great and fishing wasn't so bad. Dont forget to go for a Beautiful bike ride. Big thanks to Angela for letting us experience a great vacation, she was easy to communicate with. Would be going back!

Excellent property for fishing and beach time!

We had a wonderful time on a spring break! This was the perfect place for boys who love to fish. We were able to walk out the back door and fish off the back dock. We also had a very easy walk to the beach. The fishing pier is a short drive and we spent a few days enjoying that. Overall, excellent house! Very spacious and clean. Also a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful rental & perfect weather!

Rental is located in great location with easy walking access to beach and beautiful waterfront views on the ICW. Very clean and cozy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The only negative was the mattresses on both queen beds need to be replaced. Our son & DIL both agreed their mattress was not comfortable nor was the one on the bed my husband and I shared. Other than that, the home was perfect! We could not have asked for more perfect weather than we had the last week of October. Beautiful weather every day!

It was nice and quiet and the place was very clean and spacious. My only problem was that there were no curtains in the bedroom to block out the sunlight in the mornings. I am a night shifter and not an early riser so curtains would have been nice to have. Overall a very nice place to stay.

It was always a dream of ours to have a little cottage at the beach ! We love staying in our simple cottage with breathtaking views of the water and nature - it is mesmerizing and a wonderful place to relax.

Dock on the Water and the lush marsh! A quick stroll to the beach (just a block away) GORGEOUS sunrise and sunset. We are on the quiet end of the island, with owner-occupied neighbors. Peaceful!
