Cette maison en rondins fantastique se trouve sur une colline vous donnant des vues de la forêt nationale de George Washington de la grande terrasse frontale et latérale et de l'intérieur de la maison.
Le pont est fermé afin que les enfants peuvent jouer!

Murs en bois, planchers de bambou, planchers de céramique, comptoirs de cuisine en granit, hauts plafonds, grandes fenêtres, Internet haute vitesse et barbecue à gaz.

La chambre principale est très spacieuse et possède sa propre terrasse privée.

Une table de baby-foot, des jeux de société pour adultes et familles, des cartes et des films vous divertiront. Cette maison a un service Internet haute vitesse sans fil.

Entrez dans la grande salle. Plafonds hauts de 2 étages et grandes fenêtres. Profitez de la vue à l'année de cette pièce et du pont. Salon a un canapé et un fauteuil inclinable, télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo avec CD, et des jouets pour les enfants.

Sièges de table de salle à manger 6. Grande et spacieuse cuisine. Sortez sur le pont depuis le salon et la salle à manger. Gril à gaz et table de pique-nique sont sur le pont.

Deux chambres et une salle de bain complète sont hors de la grande salle. Chambre 1 a 2 lits jumeaux. Chambre 2 a 2 ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux (4 lits). La salle de bain a une baignoire avec douche.

A l'étage il y a un loft avec une causeuse, un fauteuil et une télévision pour les jeux. La suite principale est également à l'étage. La chambre principale a un lit queen et une terrasse privée à l'arrière de la maison. Salle de bain principale a une douche.

Perfect location

Enjoyed our family winter weekend in the mountains. The house was in a great location to access all Massanutten has to offer.

Nice home

House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Deer greeted us morning and evening and walked right to us, kids loved it. Location was great for our skiing trip. The drive way was super steep and was a problem for a flat lander like me and my minivan. That was the biggest area of concern for us.

Beautiful Property & Location

Property was very close to the Massanutten resort. Mountain view from the deck was beautiful. Property was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Away

Great spot for a quiet weekend away. House was in great shape and perfectly situated in the mountainside of Massanutten. Place was clean and comfortable. We will definately stay here again in the winter when ski season kicks in. Thank you for a great stay.

Such a great house!

Our stay here was perfect! The house was very open and comfortable. The bedrooms were great. The bunk beds were very stable and I felt totally safe letting my five year old sleep on the top bunk. The location of the house is close to the slopes and tubing. The only downside to the house is the driveway. It is very steep! As long as you are aware of this and prepared, it is doable and you get used to it. Other than that, I would completely recommend staying at this property! Communication with the owner was great too. We had an issue with a toilet flusher breaking and the owner promptly had someone come fix it. It was a great weekend for my family.

Great place for a MTB weekend.

Stayed in mass for a mountain bike weekend. One day on the western slope and one day on the lift side. House was perfect for our group.

Excellent views and wildlife abounds.

Beautiful cabin…we loved it… the driveway was another story. I think a winter stay there would be very questionable unless you own your own snowplow. It is very steep and challenging to navigate even in dry warm weather.

Great mountain retreat

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and had everything we would need. The owner was great at responding to questions quickly. The location in massanutten was convenient to hiking nearby at the National park and had some nice amenities as well. Beautiful views from inside and on the huge deck. Overall a great trip!

Overall served its purpose, when we arrived the towels were wet, trash under the beds, and mold on the shower liner. There was a few bottle caps on the deck as well. Looks like the house had or has water damage. Looks to be in the middle of a repair. Driveway was very steep and from other reviews people said the same. No way you can turn around at the top. Probably would not stay here again.

Pleasant Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend at this house. The views are great, deck is lovely, and it was easy to get to trails in Massanutten and SNP. House and features were exactly as advertised. Driveway is super steep but we managed it and could turn around, as promised!

Awesome place!

My family and I loved our stay here! We had 5 children with us and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The house was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond to any questions and happily resolved any issues we had. The area is beautiful and we were all amazed at the amount of wildlife we saw around the resort. There are stores near by and the Luray Caverns and Skyline Drive are a must do! I highly recommend!

Lovely house but the driveway is horrible I know the house is built into a mountain I wouldn’t be surprised if my transmission start to give me problems because of the driveway I wouldn’t stay at that location again because of the driveway

Great house

Loved it - we came with 7 people, kids, Adults and enjoyed the house very much. A little challenge to get to the garage way with the car. Most of the activities nearby are for club members only and closed for the guests. 20 minutes drive from Shenandoah park.

Cosy house in a clean and safe area in the heart of charming Massanutten

We were a group of 6 adults and the house offered anything we needed. Whatever you need is nearby, grocery stores and national parks for example. It´s also a sanctuary if you want to escape the big Cities and enjoy nature. At least the driveway in front of the house is a little bit challenging but with the right car it will be no problem. Communication with the owner was perfect and they cleand the whole house just before our arrival.

Great for family mountain getaway

Our family (parents and 3 young kids) stayed at this property for 5 nights just before the thanksgiving holiday. The property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and the house worked great for our family. The owner responded very quickly to a few questions I sent before our visit, and fortunately our stay had no issues that required contacting again. The house is really well located within the Massanutten resort area. Even though we were there in sort of the off-season between summer and winter, there were still plenty of fun things to do with the kids. It would be a great family property during ski season, and we’d love to return again for that.

Not what I was hoping for

The location of the property is great, nice neighborhood. The driveway is EXTREMELY steep which required 4WD to back up to the house. Barely enough parking for a 4Runner and a Pickup truck. The house was clean, however, the cookware was not in decent shape. Most of it was old nonstick cookware and most of the Teflon was flaking off from use with metal silverware. We had brought food to grill but the grill grates were so rusted we couldn't use it. The house sleeps 8, but the living room is not conducive to that number of people and is not comfortable. There is only a couch to seat 3 and 2 chairs. There were 4 of us and we felt we were on top of each other while trying to watch a movie. The lighting in the living space is poor. Very dim at night. I was not able to read in that room with all the overhead lights on. There is a TV if the main living room. A small one on the balcony but this is pointless as you can hear both due to the proximity. Also, there is a fuse ball table on the landing which makes it hard to watch anything on that set. There are not any TVs in any of the bedrooms. We had two children with us and would have liked to be able to let them watch a movie in their bedroom to wind down from a big day at the resort. One of the bath towels had a large hole in it and was frayed. Some of the hand towels were so new it was apparent they had not been washed prior to placing them in the house for use. The dishwasher did not work, this happens. Things break.

Graduation Weekend

The driveway was as steep as warned, but not unmanagable. The deck and outside furniture were in need of a good cleaning. When I entered the home, the floor was a bit dirty, but after a good sweeping, it was fine. The toaster oven and coffee maker needed cleaning as well. Everything else was great, and the home provided us with a great place to sleep, eat and hang out during our son's JMU graduation weekend. I would definitely stay again, but a good cleaning would have made it a perfect place.

Perfect Mountain Retreat!

Second time staying at this cabin and just as pleased. Yes there is a steep driveway but it is a mountain home and there is a back up area so you can drive out ,you do NOT need to back out all the way, which makes it very manageable. All conveniences one needs, kitchen is very nicely equipped for cooking including a functioning outdoor gas grill which is always ready to grill! Close to swimming, miniature golf, go carts, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball court, just lots to do but, nice enough to just hang out on the deck and enjoy the views.with a coffee or glass of wine! Oh and storage, there is a ton of that to tuck away suitcases, coolers etc. If you must there are even TV's and wifi! We will be back, LOVED IT!

Great views, well stocked, clean house

The house itself was amazing. It was big, well equipped, and had awesome views. The owners were incredibly responsive to questions and were easy to work with. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the ridiculously steep driveway. It was hard to get our car up it so we ended up parking at the bottom but then we had to carry everything up it. That was a little bit of a pain, but once you got in the house there was nothing bad about it. I would definitely consider renting here again, despite the driveway because everything else was so nice!
