Récemment rénové pour 2018 !! Nous avons ajouté une nouvelle planche de terrasse trek sur le porche et le solarium, tous les nouveaux meubles et matelas, les appareils électroménagers, les nouvelles fenêtres et portes et une repeinture complète pour rafraîchir ce chalet classique face à l'océan.

Vous n'allez pas vous rapprocher de la plage. Accès direct à l'océan depuis la cour clôturée. Superbes couchers de soleil sur la terrasse ou le grand porche couvert. Sentez la brise et détendez-vous sur les 4 chaises berçantes, salon et bronzage sur votre terrasse privée, profitez d'un dîner en plein air sur la table de pique-nique. Faites 5 minutes à pied des restaurants, des magasins ou de l'épicerie.
Cour entièrement clôturée idéale pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques

L'intérieur est frais et aéré avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger et la salle familiale. La salle familiale a HDTV, Netflix et WIFI RAPIDE pour tout le monde. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes ou utilisez les tabourets de bar autour de la cuisine entièrement équipée. Nouveau réfrigérateur avec double machine à glaçons et de nombreuses armoires et utilitaires. Les 2 chambres à l'avant ont des portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur une vue sur l'océan. Les 3 chambres ont des téléviseurs HD,. La chambre d'enfants a 2 lits superposés avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Relaxing week

It is right on the beach. It was chilly for North Carolina but I really enjoyed my time there. I did not have any problems with the unit and it was very clean. Hope to come back next year

Perfect getaway

The Boys of Summer was the perfect place for our vacation with friends. The fenced in yard was great for the furbaby. Can’t beat being right on the beach with the most gorgeous sunsets! The house was clean and equipped with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return! The location is perfect.. right on the water, near restaurants and quiet! The dogs loved the fenced in yard, and we loved the massive deck!

Family get away

This was a perfect location for a family get away. We had easy access to the beach, a beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone to relax. My favorite moments were coffee at sunrise on the porch, even in December.

Exactly what we needed for a getaway

Great stay at The Boys if Summer, even though summer is unfortunately long gone. Plenty of room in the house, comfortable bed and couch in the living room. Also very nice to see a place that has an actual large screen tv instead of a little tv in a corner. Yes I know it’s the beach but there are still some rainy cooler days where it’s nice to have it available.Yard was perfect sized for our four legged companion to be able to go out for nature calls. The two tiered deck was a nice feature with the deck chairs out in the full sun or having the option to sit under the covered portion.We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great location right on the beach and convenient to stores and shops without having other houses right on top of you.

The house was a great size for my family, I have 2 grown children with husbands, and then my mom and my Aunt actually slept in the “kids” room but it was wonderful having our pups with us it really made the trip for all of us.

Great beach house

Excellent place to stay, especially with a dog. Yard is fenced and back porch also has a gate. Very easy beach access from back yard of house. Able to easily transport supplies and dog back and forth. Great ocean view from porch. Walkable to great restaurants, 2 grocery stores, beach shop, and mini-golf. Town Park and Rec loaned us a beach wheelchair, which was also very helpful. You can also drive dog to nearby Caswell beach for off-leash time before 9 am.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We have stayed in Edisto, Ocean Isle, and once before in Oak Island. This stay was the best of all of them! The house was well-equipped and clean. It had a fenced yard and was close to everything that we needed including a large dog park. The owners were very responsive to our questions during the inquiry process, and the check-in process, and answered questions once we arrived at their home. We would highly recommend this property for a wonderful beachfront vacation!

Came down with friends for the race and this place was perfect for us. Close to the starting line and had all the amenities we needed. The porch with the rockers over looking the ocean was the highlight!! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View!!

This stay was everything we wanted and more! Right on the ocean, the view was fantastic! Walking on the beach everyday was just what we wanted to do, very calming. The Boy of Summer house was exactly as described and pictured, you will not be disappointed. The town was beautiful to drive around and while (in January) a lot of restaurants were closed for off season, the places we went to were great. You can be confident of getting exactly what you want booking this house!

A great trip

We very much enjoyed this cozy beach house! We are two couples, so it was wonderful to give each couple their own bed/bath area. The location is perfect! We found plenty of restaurants, beaches, and fun at this house. We also spent many hours just sitting on the porch watching the waves. Thank you for the full-size w/d! That’s a huge bonus!

Perfect Getaway

We loved every minute. The house was beautiful! We enjoyed the proximity of the shops and places to eat. The views from the bedrooms and living room were amazing. Luckily, the weather was nice, so we enjoyed eating at the picnic table, rocking on the porch, walking the beach, and relaxing in the hammocks. Our hosts were quick to respond & always very friendly. It was our first visit to Oak Island, and we loved it!

Great, relaxed space to hang out right on the beach! You could hear the waves at night from two of the bedrooms. Our pup loved the fenced-in yard and pet-friendly stretch of beach!

Delightful week at the beach

This beach house gave us everything we were hoping for from our vacation. It was comfortable, cozy, and airy, with a layout that offered some alone time when we needed it. Best of all was its spot on the beach. Swimming often was effortless, and we got to experience lovely sunrises and sunsets every day. Just sitting on the porch watching a storm blow in felt special. We had one small need during our stay, and the hosts couldn't have been more responsive. Loved it.

Perfect spot for a family beach vacation

The *boys of summer* was an ideal spot for our family beach time at the gorgeous oak island — we came with our 9&11 year old kiddos plus an uncle and a set of grandparents. We loved cooking in the kitchen, eating out on the deck, taking afternoon snoozes on the hammock. Being right on the beach with an easy access was ideal - while also being in walking distance to the grocery store, beach store and of course the donut & ice cream shops. Comfortable beds & linens, shower towels, and a great living room meant we were more than comfortable throughout our stay. Hope to return again next year!
