La villa Siesta se dresse poétiquement dans un jardin clos et clôturé sur un Hansen Bayou profond et bleu azur, offrant une vue sur la baie de Sarasota et les toits de la ville. Cette villa à l'architecture unique de 5400 pieds carrés est construite autour d'une tour spacieuse avec un escalier en colimaçon de 3 étages s'ouvrant sur chaque niveau de vie.

Cette résidence romantique est située à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Shell Beach, à moins de 5 km de la plage primée Siesta Beach et à une courte distance (moins de 6 km) du centre-ville de Sarasota, où abondent restaurants, boutiques et activités culturelles.

La villa s'ouvre sur des espaces de vie extérieurs avec des terrasses à chaque niveau pour profiter des magnifiques environs. Récemment rénovée et décorée par des professionnels, la Villa Siesta offre des espaces de vie exquis comprenant 4/5 chambres, 5 bains et demi, un étage ouvert et lumineux au deuxième étage avec cuisine du chef avec îlot dînatoire, coin repas donnant sur le canal, bar des sièges et une grande salle familiale donnant également sur le canal. Envie de dîner en plein air? Ouvrez les portes françaises et profitez de la salle à manger extérieure en terrasse donnant sur la baie et la ville. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter cette propriété enchanteresse avec la grâce d'un salon spacieux avec cheminée, bibliothèque et suite parentale au troisième étage, le tout offrant une vue dégagée sur la baie et la ville. Les chambres disposent de salles de bains privées pour plus d'intimité et de détente. Un ascenseur à trois arrêts permet d'accéder facilement à l'un des nombreux espaces et fonctionnalités, notamment une table de billard / table de poker et une table de ping-pong au premier étage.

Le quai privé offre une des meilleures eaux de navigation de plaisance de toute la région: très profonde et protégée, claire et propre en raison de la proximité de la baie de Sarasota, du Big Pass et du golfe du Mexique. Beautiful House & Great Location

We've stayed at many Siesta Key properties over the years and this was our favorite house out of all of them. We watched dolphins and manatees swim by. We rented a motor boat and kayaks which made a huge impact. The house was well stocked with cooking items and the host was very accommodating.

A Slice of Paradise

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking VRBO property, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in a sense of luxury, comfort, and pure serenity. As for the home itself, "stunning" doesn't even begin to cover it. Impeccably designed and furnished, every corner exudes elegance and charm. Great Place - Very Spacious, Well Appointed, great Hosts

The house is beautiful and very spacious! The view and fishing opportunity of the canal and bay are gorgeous. In December, would prefer either more sunny hot weather, a more highly heated pool, or a hot tub. Myself and my young adult children are all thinking about a return trip with our friends…without a hot tub though, I’d target a warmer month. Lots of fun nights cooking and playing games at the expansive off kitchen dining table. Overall, a complete success!! Thank you!!

This property and location is beautiful. Marie, thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. We had an amazingly relaxing time there and basked daily in our beautiful surroundings! It’s a short drive to the absolutely stunning Siesta Key beach. The house was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. It’s your own little piece of paradise while you are there. The location is quiet and private. We will definitely be returning. To future guests…you will love it. Treat it as if it were your own. It deserves that much respect. ❤️

Great vacation!

This house and location was amazing! It’s located about 2 miles from the main Siesta Key beach which was easy to get with the golf cart we rented. The pool and outdoor living areas were perfect for our friends and family.

Amazing Property

This is our 3rd year at this beautiful home and we just love it! MJ is so great to work with and very responsive and the house, pool and property is stunning. We saw dolphins and manatees right from the dock, rented kayaks and kayaked to the sandbar for sunset every night and fished off the dock daily. It was just perfect!

Sarasota/ Siesta Key

This property was a perfect family getaway. It was located on a secluded area of the key for a perfect relaxing stay. We were able to park our boat in the canal for easy access to all the local sandbars and beaches. The pool was great for lazy days in the sun. The location is terrific, but the house is icing on the cake. It was spacious and allowed for us to accommodate family with there own areas for privacy. We were able to enjoy family dinners at home or take a 5-10 minutes drive to some of the best cuisine you’ll ever taste. The house is super clean, comfy beds, and huge bathrooms. It has so many different spaces to gather or lay back to engulf yourself in a book. It was absolute perfection. It’s situated close to the best restaurants, most beautiful beaches, nearby shopping, and has a wonderful view of downtown. 10/10

If you’re looking for an amazing house in Siesta Key you can stop here. Absolutely beautiful property that you won’t want to leave. MJ is a fantastic host that made sure we had everything we needed. We watched dolphins from the dock everyday, the sunsets were spectacular, and our families had plenty of room to spread out and relax. This property is perfectly located close enough to the beaches but far enough for a peaceful retreat. Stay here. You will love it.

A Little Piece of Paradise

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home and we just love it! The house is fantastic, the location is ideal and MJ is so wonderful to work with. We saw daily dolphins and enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. This has been our favorite vacation rental and we plan to book again next summer!

Charges applied for false allegations, Owner never witnessed

We stayed at this residence with another couple and their children, totaling 10 people in the home. My husband grew up in Sarasota. His high school friend, who is also a medical professional in Sarasota, came by with his girlfriend to pick up the extra groceries from our stay, the day we were departing. The property manager assumed that they were from out of town and informed the owners that they were guests who stayed with us the entire week. She did not ask for any clarifications from us on the day of the departure. When we informed the owners of the truth after noting a grand addition to our bill, and an onslaught of further false allegations followed from the property manager, all of which the owners have taken to heart. The owners never confirmed the alleged damages in person. The incident which set off the manager was the garbage. We called the cleaning service to come and collect the trash that had been strewn about the driveway from the prior tenants. There were two garbage cans, however, the black garbage bags had been ripped and rummaged through by animals. Lisa apparently was upset that she had to take care of this necessary matter. Then, the false allegations followed after our departure, none of which the manager pointed out to us in before we left. She was in the house for an hour the morning of the departure: 1- We had tobacco in the home— no one in the home partakes in chewing tobacco or smoking cigarettes. 2- We left glass in the bottom of the pool—which again, we are sticklers about this due to our small children being in the pool. 3- We ripped an outdoor cushion-- no one ever sat on the cushions because when we arrived the cushions were moldy and we were disappointed in the condition of the outdoor furniture. The manager on the day of the arrival had actually lifted up the cushion from a large lounger and showed us the mold. She had also informed us that the furniture top was damaged from a tree branch which had fallen. Part of a Florida experience is lounging on furniture with nice cushions by the poolside. 4- We broke the elevator—which we never used except for on the day we arrived. We used it by the direction of the property manager to transport our luggage to the third floor.

Fabulous time with my family.

Wonderful location with dolphins and manatees right outside the house. We enjoyed our family and the home. Very unique fabulous Italian style home. Great communication with owner and willing to help with any questions. We would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing property

This house and property are so beautiful and has everything you need for a Siesta Key/Sarasota vacation. The property Manager Lisa and owners are great to deal with. The beds are so comfy, the furnishings beautiful and the house is equipped with all you need and more! The best rental we have ever had in Florida hands down! The dolphins are an added bonus :)

This is a gorgeous property inside and out. The owners have created an atmosphere of high style yet it lends itself to easy relaxing in the various verandas and living rooms. Great location for exploring surrounding sights. High traffic to beach on weekends but all else pretty perfect!
