La retraite de San Remo a été entièrement rénovée avec amour de fond en comble en 2017 et est magnifiquement décorée et méticuleusement entretenue. Soyez parmi les premiers à profiter de ce 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison située dans le lotissement souhaitable de San Remo Shores sur un grand canal d'eau salée avec un quai de 50 pieds. Apportez votre bateau et profitez de la pêche dans la baie de Palma Sola, dirigez-vous vers le golfe du Mexique pour la pêche hauturière ou faites une croisière autour des îles de Long Boat Key et Anna Maria Island à seulement 1. 5 miles à l'ouest.

Le San Remo Retreat propose un espace de vie confortable et un coin repas. La cuisine spacieuse dispose d'appareils haut de gamme et d'un bar pour des repas décontractés. Vous préférez cuisiner à l'ext��rieur Regardez le poisson sauter dans le canal tout en restant assis sur le grand patio pavé et griller votre repas. Les lamantins et les dauphins sont également des visiteurs fréquents!

San Retro Retreat dispose de 2 chambres �� coucher King et 1 Queen. Toutes les 3 salles de bains ont des baignoires et 2 sont en-suite.

Il y a une grande tél��vision à ��cran plat dans le salon et des écrans plats dans toutes les chambres. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et la télévision par câble vous permettront de rester connect�� dans toute la maison.

Christmas 2021

Our initial thoughts on arrival was Clean and newly remodeled. Made me happy and my wife beside herself. Our enjoyment didn’t waiver for the remainder of our stay. We are a water family and access to Palma Sola bay was exceptional and access to the beaches started 2 miles away. We brought SUP’s but used the kayaks several times and very much enjoyed the access to the canal with the ladder/watercraft hoist. The pool area was fantastic and worked flawlessly for hosting dinners and cocktails. The owners had all the bases covered and it was outfitted nicely. All said it was a slam dunk and we highly recommend. The only thing that made us unhappy was while it was listed at one price per night we ended up WELL north of the original price when the fee’s added up. I see this as an issue with vrbo and not the property. All said we highly recommend.

Awesome Vacation House

My family and I were so delighted with the house. There remarks were the pictures don't do it justice and i couldn't agree more. Everything was perfect the rooms, size of the bathrooms, location close to EVERYTHING! The pool and backyard was beautiful. We couldn't have been more pleased!! We will be renting there again for sure and i have recommended it to everyone that has asked me about it.

Amazing Property

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Listing is exactly how the property is. San Remo is a perfect location to the beach, of course canal access is onsite, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. This property is very clean and the best VRBO property we have stayed on. Can’t wait to book this property in the future!

Clean, Spacious, and Relaxing

This home is better in real life than the listing can really depict. It is an immaculately clean and meticulously kept home. Open concept kitchen with bar seating and dining room table. Updated and tastefully decorated throughout, every room and bathroom. Super short drive to Anna Maria Island. Recommend visiting the island towards early evening for live beach music and sunsets. We stayed at this home so our three teens could attend a team camp at IMG. The comfortable beds and three full baths were great to keep our family well rested during our week stay - so important when traveling with kids. Our preschooler enjoyed the pool so much. We did not expect to spend as much time in and around the pool as we did. The pool is warm, beautiful patio, and overlooks the canal with just enough privacy landscaping. The owners obviously put a lot of resources into the outdoor living space and it’s a great place to hang out in the sun. It’s great to have laundry machines and a garage too. Lisa, the listing agent, was a prompt communicator and made sure we were settled.

Very nice place!

This house was well kept, clean, very nicely decorated! The pool and it’s privacy was great, and the bonus of being on the canal was great for our stay with a wave runner.

Wonderful Holiday Break

Our family was very happy with this property for our Christmas break this year. The location was excellent (very close to beach) and quite convenient. The house was perfect and clearly has been renovated recently. Very clean and comfortable for our group (2 adults, 2 children). Also, excellent internet for the times that some work had to be done. Overall we were very satisfied with this house.

Very clean & comfortable

We needed a place to stay while our home had some construction. My family stayed here for three weeks and it was great. Very clean and comfortable. Has a big beautiful dock on the canal, wish we had a boat to bring with us. however, there is a boat rental place not far down the road. My only complaint would only be having some privacy blinds on the back door. Not a huge deal but the sun really blasts you in the face in the morning when trying to watch tv. As stated in the previous reviews, what you see in the pictures is truly what you get. Property is very well groomed and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely rent this home again.

We had a great time. The house was clean and all new. The pool was great and we loved to have the boat in the back canal for easy access. Close to the beaches. The property Manager Lisa was awesome. Very easy to contact and fast response. We had a great experience.

Very nice, clean, right on the canal - kept our boat docked right behind the house on the water

We loved our stay. Spacious and very nicely designed. Appears the place was renovated just recently - granite countertops, new appliances, new bathrooms. Everything u need for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having our boat on the water and did not have to go to the marina unless for gas and bait.
