La belle plage de sable fin est à quelques pas de la rue. La plage, le magnifique océan, un spa chaud et 2 piscines sont à votre disposition pour un séjour incroyable à Galveston.

Notre condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes avec tous les sols carrelés et les comptoirs en granit est un régal de luxe. Belle décoration à l'intérieur avec un bel aménagement paysager luxuriant à l'extérieur! Vous vous sentirez comme dans un resort!

Vous pourrez profiter de la préparation de vos repas dans notre cuisine complète joliment décorée qui comprend la cuisine et des ustensiles pour faire la préparation des repas une brise manger. Votre séjour se sentira comme une expérience de séjour Resort- moins le coût bien sûr! Nos photos ne révèlent pas la détente et le luxe retrouvés dans notre joli condo! Laveuse et sécheuse situé dans le condo avec 3 TV.

L'emplacement est fantastique avec le patio face à la piscine et l'accès facile avec un petit portail menant rapidement à la piscine fermée. Et la plage de sable de la ville est juste en face de la rue. Le chariot de la ville de Galveston ramasse et dépose les invités à l'extérieur de notre complexe pour visiter facilement les attractions de la ville. Idéal pour les familles avec 2 piscines, spa chaud et une salle de fitness. Notre condo est décoré avec votre confort et de détente à l'esprit. Adapté aux enfants - La recherche de coquillages et de petites créatures marines est toujours amusante pour les enfants de l'autre côté de la rue grâce à la traversée sécuritaire du Seawall.

Spring Break

The property was great. The condo was cleaned and very well stocked! If you did happen to forget something Super Walmart is literally across the street which came in handy. The beach across the street is so much nicer than the beach down the road by the pier. The pool area is wonderful wish that the heated pool was actually heated but that is not the owners fault. The one downside is that you do have to drive to most restaurants not a lot around in the walking distance of the condo. For us driving was not an issue because traffic was very light but I could see during the summer months the traffic congestion would be an issue. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone. For anyone that says their are a lot of rules there are not anymore rules that this owner asks for that I have not been asked for at other rentals. We were given all pertinent codes and information well in advance of showing up. Great job Yolanda!

Yolanda provides all information needed for your stay days prior to arriving. Easy access to the beach with crosswalk at the intersection of the propery. WalMart across the street. Circle K on the other side of the fence. Direct pool access directly outside the back door.

Galveston short stay

Our family group of six had a wonderful stay at Doc’s Quarters.Firstly, the condo and property were well-appointed with amenities and the two pools available were beautiful. Usually heated, during our stay the pool heaters were broken so the pool was too cold for swimming. But we still admired its lovely condition and a short walk across the street took us to the wild ocean. The kids had a blast playing in the water and although we didn’t use the many water toys available at the condo, we were very excited to have them available for our use. Just so many excellent touches and we happily and easily took out our trash and started some towels. Walmart next door was also very helpful and likely best for longer visitors. We would absolutely stay again. Thank

This placed sucked. Never again

we had hell getting into the property because no one gave us a code to the gate. Once we got into the gate we had trouble getting into the condo. Had to contact Vrbo for assistance. The condo needed a deep cleaning. There were rules taped everywhere like we were children. The condo was supposeded to be ADA approved (handicapped approved) but was not. Will not ever rent again. Beware if you rent this property you will see what I mean but I advise you not too!!!!!!

Great stay for a family of 6

This was our first time staying closer to town and it was great. The location is perfect. From door to sand is about a 5 minute walk. Having the pool right outside the back door was great. Never had any problem finding a parking spot close to the condo and loved that it is on the 1st floor. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what the listing showed. We loved the easy access to the condo & easy access to the pools. It’s also a short walk to the beach and near a light to safely cross over to the beach with kids. The day bed with trundle in the living room was perfect for our older kids. I would absolutely choose this condo again in the future. The only negative was that the pool closes at 9 every night. It would have been nice if it were open later on the weekends at least. I do understand that the owners have no control over that part though.

Quick Beach Trip

We were down in Galveston for a beach soccer tournament and had an extra day for family time. Doc’s place was fabulous! Yolanda is a super host. She thinks of little necessities that you forget about … there were coffee filters, hand soaps at all of the sinks, extra toilet paper if you are just there for a short trip, a couple of trash can liners - these little touches were so nice bc all of the other places we have ever stayed we had to buy all of those things no matter how long the stay. We had an issue with the microwave and she was so responsive and had it replaced within 24 hours. She checked on us and checked on how we did in our tournament. I can’t wait to come back when we can classy longer and enjoy their beautiful property with the perfect pools and super close proximity to the beach! It was beautiful and welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host!

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well supplied. The weather was awful so didn't go to the beach but the kids did go into the pool. The water is too cold for me. The only surprise, that I missed until my check in instructions were sent (and to be honest they may be on the listing) was the $50.00 charge per car to park. This is the first time I have dealt with something like this. It wouldn't prohibit from staying there again - now that I know!

Doc’s Quarters

We loved the location of the property and the location on the unit in relation to the pool. With some upgrades to the furniture and more supplies provided, this would be a five star property. It would be nice to have laundry soap, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some coffee supplied. It’s difficult to pack those things when traveling by plane. We also had to was the sheets in one of the rooms because they were full of sand. Over all the property was very nice just wish the pool was heated a little warmer. It started off warm but got much colder as our vacation progressed. We didn’t need to reach out to the host for anything, but she gave excellent directions to entering the property and getting into the unit.

Right close to the beach

Nice location for beach and some tourist attractions. Across the island for Old Town and the docks. <15 minute drive>. Nice apartment, could use better inside lighting, no grab handles in shower, parking ok ( but you do have to pay extra for self parking, so add that in). Lots of coffee filters! Big box store across the street if you need anything, liquor store near. Rainy and high wind our whole stay so we didn't get to go to the beach or pools.

Nice location. Nice unit. I wasn’t made aware of the chore list beforehand, or I wouldn’t have stayed(sweep floors, empty trash, empty refrig, do dishes, strip beds, do laundry, put everything back how you found it). There's no space to put any personal items in the bedrooms because the dressers are covered with lots of breakable knickknacks. I’d be leery if my children were young. There are signs everywhere of do’s and don'ts. It makes it hard to relax worrying about all the things you might do wrong.

1st time in Texas

The condo was great. Roomy and clean. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment was that the heated pool and spa were cold.

We find that Galveston, Houston's weekend playground, has so much to enjoy, especially the wonderful seafood! Nobody can get enough of Galveston's seafood.

The many activities in this historic town are many and Galveston is wonderful for family getaways.

The town is a relaxed seaside community with a lot of history to experience. If you have never enjoyed Galveston, this spacious relaxing home atmosphere condo is a MUST especially if you have small children with plenty of energy!

We work hard to make our places "special" so that guests continue to come back and stay at our wonderful condos or beach homes. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Dawn Condominium is a beautiful well-kept resort type atmosphere. It is located close to all attractions and is very private but family friendly. The best reason for staying at our condo is the beach across the street, the two swimming pools, hot spa and 24-hour fitness center as well as being close to all attractions and the Convention Center. Galveston has a rubber trolley that stops outside our complex on the Seawall that the children (and adults) will enjoy riding around the city.

The condo is located within 1 mile from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn and the Galveston Convention Center! The Pleasure Pier is only about 7 miles away on the Seawall. Yes... take the city trolley!

We have many returning guests that enjoy the beautiful grounds and well-kept community! Our condos are also very spacious NOT "tiny" like many you will find on the island! I hope you allow us the opportunity to be your host and provide you with a wonderful Galveston stay!

This condo is very spacious; easy access to one of the two swimming pools, spa, fitness center along with the beach across the street! We chose this complex for its beautiful resort - like environment and easy access to the beach and all Galveston attractions! And most of all with no stairs to climb, large door wide openings which makes our home wheelchair accessible.
