Fabuleuse maison de plage sur le sable à Faria Beach à 5 minutes au nord de Ventura, en Californie et à 20 minutes au sud de Santa Barbara, en Californie. Super vacances en famille ou tout simplement dois s'évader et se détendre .....

2 étages, 3 chambres et 2 bains.
En bas: salon avec une cheminée encastrée, coin repas, cuisine, chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète.
Pont avant avec meubles de patio.
A l'étage: Chambre des maîtres avec un lit King et terrasse extérieure.
2ème chambre avec un lit Queen.
Les chambres partagent une salle de bain complète.
Jardin fabuleux dans l'entrée. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le garage. Vaste parking. À seulement 5 pas de la digue jusqu'au sable! Des spots de surf très populaires à moins de 3 minutes à pied dans les deux sens. Nager en été 68-70 degrés. Grands voisins sur cette plage privée avec une vue magnifique sur les îles anglo-normandes de Santa Barbara.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Spectacular location w/ beautiful ocean views! You are able to see both surf spots from the deck. An abundance of sea life (seals and dolphins) rolling by in the surf. It was a great spot for a quiet family getaway. Thank you Karen!

Wonderful two weeks at the beach

The house is comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and table settings of all kinds, beach towels, linens, etc. Location and deck space are ideal and the owner was very accommodating. My wife and I, two adult sons and a daughter-in-law had a wonderful, two-week family reunion here -- a great autumn vacation on the Faria beach.

The Perfect Getaway!

This was our fourth stay at this absolutely Fabulous Beach House On The Sand at Faria Beach! It was as wonderful a vacation as we have always enjoyed--so much so, that we have already booked it for next year! This lovely home is beautifully furnished, has a well-appointed kitchen, is mere steps from the beach, boasts an amazing patio and just has everything you need for the perfect getaway. But honestly, just sitting on that patio will be all you require to feel the hustle and bustle drain from your mind and body as you melt into coastal living... You will find yourself coming back, again and again! Highest recommendation!

Ocean Front at its Best

Had an outstanding time. Ocean/Beach/Surfing lifestyle at it's best. The accomodations were just as pictured and the property and amenities are well organized. Great communications with the owner.

The Magical Sea Wall

We have stayed here many times. Fishing off the sea wall, easy access to the beach, house is fully stocked for cooking and Karen is a wonderful host. Our family has made incredible memories here.

The Best Family Beach House

We've just finished our 4th year at Karen's beach house. It has the BEST ocean views and beach access. House is fully stocked with all your beach and house needs, along with being clean and spacious. Karen is so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. It's our family's favorite place to enjoy time together.

So Relaxing

Really great experience. We’ve vacationed in this area of So Cal many times and stayed in several homes along this coastline. No disappointments here. Not as luxurious as some other properties we’ve experienced in the area, but not priced like those properties either. This place is a bargain in our opinion. Very comfortable, secure and well appointed. Beautiful views and direct access to the beach. Dolphins swam by everyday. Sunrises are epic from the large useful deck.

A Special Place at the Beach

We are locals who stay at Faria at least once a year, so we've been in a bunch of beach houses in the neighborhood. This is one of the best. The location is excellent, parking easy, and the place almost demands that you relax and have a lovely time. So many quirky and charming touches, from the conversation pit by the fireplace to the many candles, to the little sculptures and artwork that you discover everywhere you look. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked, there are plenty of beach towels, and everything about the place makes you feel welcome. Also, the cleaning crew is excellent. The cleanliness of vacation rentals varies, but this place was organized and pristine. Not off-puttingly fancy, not sterile, just friendly, comfortable and well-supplied. We'll be back.

Perfect Getaway

Three generations of my family stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The house had room for us all while still feeling cozy and very comfortable with lots of artistic touches. Access to boards and bikes was such a treat. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. And the view..... I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant

The house and beach met all our expectations. Perfect weather and after a few days of little beach walking access due to high tides, we were able to walk north and south to our hearts content. Thank you so much for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We’ll do it again!!

My happy place!

Our family loves to fish off the wall and explore the tide pools. Watching the dolphins, seals and pelicans diving for their catch was entertaining. We have made many family memories in Karen’s wonderful beach house for a few years now. She is an awesome host and the house has everything you need waiting for you. Already booked for our next stay.

A True Gem!

The minute we enter the front door, the incredible views envelop us, just like a hug from a dear friend. Casa Lancaster is a slice of heaven---the perfect home to host memorable family get togethers. This beautiful, beachfront property is clean, well-appointed and maintained and oh so very comfortable. Any tensions brought with you, immediately melt away. Spend some time beach-combing, take a surfing lesson, cook a delicious meal, or just lounge on the patio taking in the breathtaking and ever-changing views. We have already booked our next year's stay, the very minute we got home!

Coastal Paradise

We have been renting homes along the Rincon for years. This location is amazing & offers direct access to beach during lower tides. The spacious deck is an extension of the home offering multiple areas to relax in the sun, enjoy the shade under umbrellas or sip some wine as the sun sets. Karen, our host, has thought of everything- from fresh beach towels, blankets, umbrellas & lounge chairs to boogie boards, coolers & more! This one is now on top of our list! Well organized, stocked with all the essentials & excellent communication. If it’s available, grab it while you can!

Great Family Spot

This is a great location and an excellent property for 1-2 families. The house provides plenty of household supplies if you want to stay in and cook, and enough beach gear that will help keep you busy on the beach and in the ocean. We look forward to visiting this property again!

Location, location, location

What a find! I did so much research in trying to find the most perfect place for our “surfcation” and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark with this house! Just a short 5 minute beach walk down to Mondo’s surf spot, absolute perfection. Loves having the beach right outside the back door. My boys spent hours playing in the sand and looking through tide pools. Added bonus were all the beach extras Karen had on hand for use! Aside from the beach, we so enjoyed the comfiness of this home! Very well stocked! Thankful for the abundance of towels in particular. Some of my favorite moments included morning coffee on the back porch watching the waves, seals, and dolphins. During the evening, my husband and I enjoyed drinks on the back porch listening to the waves underneath the starlit sky. We still can’t stop talking about our time here. 110% will return and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway on the California coast. Five to twenty minute drive to nearby towns to shop, eat, and stroll. Literally could not be a more perfect location.

Awesome stay at Faria!

We loved our stay at Faria Beach! The location is perfect. So close to both Ventura and Santa Barbara, but also very private. It is also right at Mondo's surf spot which is great. The house was very well appointed and we loved the garden/landscaping. Our favorite part, though, was the fireplace. We enjoyed it every morning and evening. It made our stay so cozy!. The host was great with good communication and accommodation. Thanks so much!

Doesn’t get any better🐬

Karen was a joy to communicate with. Her beach rental has everything you will need and plenty of toys for the ocean. We appreciated having a bedroom down stairs for us. The tide pools were incredible during low tide. Fishing off the sea wall is fun, you never know what you will bring up. Cooking on the deck while watching the beautiful sunsets was amazing. We are looking forward to next years vacation. Thank You, Karen

Fell in love at first sight. Like coming home. Comfy beds with crisp ironed white sheets. Fluffy towels and blankets galore. Appliances and kitchenware well stocked for family gathering. Beach gear a bonus. Windows and patio open onto scenic ocean life panorama. Hostess efficient and attentive. Made for a marvelous and memorable experience.

Back For More...

This is our second vacation spent at this glorious property and it has everything we returned for, and more. You can choose to be active, whether it's surfing, paddle boarding, body boarding or kayaking or take it down a notch and just enjoy a cool dip in the sea. I grew especially fond of drinking in the view from the perfectly perched patio, where its vista changes from moment to moment. Commune with the locals (our fast little friends the hummingbirds, seagulls and curious crows), or sit back and wave to the playful seals, pods of dolphins, or wet suit-wearing-sports enthusiasts---it's all at your pace here. Beach-combing is relaxing and fun, or you can venture to nearby Santa Barbara or Ventura for a wondrous sunset and delicious meal out. The restaurant choices are endless and everything is a convenient, quick drive away. The home is perfection, well-appointed and maintained and the perfect size for family gatherings. This place is everything you want in a beach getaway, we already know we will be back for more!
