By the river with windows that bring the outside to the inside.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful riverside location. The place is quiet and surrounded by lush greenery—we especially loved the vibrant fall colors! The large windows at the back of the house create a stunning glass wall, making us feel immersed in nature. Both the host and our contact for the house were very gracious people. The town is lovely too.

Great location - lovely house

We loved staying in this lovely, well appointed home. The river is amazing, neighbors are nice, beds are comfy, very clean, easy check-in, wonderful property manager, great little town, too. Only issue is the sofa and TV area are not ideal - but the view makes up for that!

Great place!

We have stayed at this property for the last 2 years (both times in August). Location is perfect - we walked to town every day to enjoy the quaint coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean and the view of the river/trees is beautiful. There were a few treats waiting for us when we arrived! Allison was easy to work with and responded promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

We love love love this home. It’s walking distance to town, right on the river, is so comfortable and always immaculately clean. Allison is a great host, and her home is our go to for a quick getaway.

Beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay in Narrowsburg. The house is beautiful and in a great location, right on the river and about a 15 minute walk into town. It was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I loved the heated bathroom floors!

Another relaxing weekend on the river

One of our favorite houses to stay at when we see a concert at Bethel. Eagles on the river, robins nesting over the deck, super clean, super comfy, totally relaxing and enjoyable. Stocked up on coffee at 2 Queens, and a nice meal from the Laundrette too!

Another great weekend in Narrowsburg

This is our favorite place to stay when we want a quick getaway. Right on the river, close to Bethel, immaculately clean, everything we need - plus the added bonus of watching eagles on the river. Love it here!

Family trip

What a great experience! Allison was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and responded to questions very quickly.A bottle of wine and chocolate chip cookies we’re waiting for us when we arrived - an unexpected treat! We would most definitely recommend this property.

Another Great visit to the river

We had tickets to see a show at Bethel Woods, and decided to come back to our favorite house on the river in Narrowsburg. Once again, it didn’t disappoint. The house was clean, comfortable and central to all we wanted to do. Both the host and the house manager were easy to work with and available if needed. We enjoyed a carnival in the town, a short ride to our concert, and got to see a variety of eagles on the river. It was another great time.

Immaculate dream vacation home

This house is one of the most immaculate and well designed vacation homes I’ve ever been in! The fit and finishes were perfect quality, the house was spotless, the amenities are top notch, and you can’t beat the location on the Delaware river. My family and I will definitely be back! One of the most relaxing weekend you can imagine :-)

Exceeded expectations!

The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. It contained everything we needed. The location on the river was perfect, and we were lucky to have eagles regularly perching in the tree across the river from the property, as well as flying by. Appreciated that we could walk into town. Happy we chose this place 😊

River Chalet, Narrowsburg

Location was quiet, back yard pathway to the river, bald eagle sightings were frequent. Walk into town is 10 min., great farmers market this Sat. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all typically needed paper products. Condiments provided without the need to run out for forgotten items. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds; bathrooms are modern with ample amenities and towels. We utilized the outdoor seating areas often; used the available modern gas grill for dinner meals. Would definitely rent again, highly recommend it.

River Chalet Repeat Retreat

We had another amazing experience at this property. The view of the Delaware River is astounding of course and watching the bald Eagles and other wildlife from the comfort of the hammock not to be missed. The owner and manager were very responsive and the house was stylish, comfortable, and immaculately clean. A chilled bottle of wine and some delicious cookies welcomed the weary travelers. A walk down the street to the Laundrette for a scenic and delicious pizza dinner came next. The kitchen was Very well stocked for cooking and serving. We were fans of the recent upgrades- heated tile floors on a chilly morning and the new outdoor shower were particular favorites. We hope to be back to enjoy it again! Thank you for a needed rest and retreat.

My husband and I had a great time! The house is modern and super clean, with beautiful renovations. The view of the river from the property is stunning! The neighborhood is nice, and location is very convenient. We highly recommend this property, and will likely stay here again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

As other reviewers stated, the house is even better than the pictures! The house itself was beautiful and the view from the house and yard was amazing. We enjoyed relaxing outside and watching all of the wildlife and can’t wait to come back again!

River Retreat

This house is perfection on the river. Stylishly yet simply renovated, the furnishings create an oasis of serenity. No detail was overlooked. The back wall of glass faces the river with daily views of wildlife including eagles, deer families, songbirds and water fowl. Outside are many spaces to relax and reflect, including the spacious deck and the Adirondack chairs near the water. If you tire of nature sounds, there are Sonos speakers throughout the house. This house exceeded our expectations and we look forward to many more visits. Thanks to Allison for sharing your exceptional house.

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!

I didn’t realize how much I needed this vacation until we arrived here…. Everything from the entry way front door to the open floor plan and view of the Delaware River , everything was SO MUCH BETTER in person. Communication with the owner Allison as well as caretaker Jeanine were perfect. It was so nice to walk into a beautifully clean home with amazing views and a bottle of wine and some fresh baked cookies ! There were even some goodies in the fridge and cabinets that we were told we could use. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again and again ! It truly was like being in our own little piece of paradise after a much needed break from work for both my husband and myself .

Mental Recharge in a Beautiful Setting

We had a very much needed getaway with our family and we were so happy to see the house when we arrived. It was even nicer than the pictures and was so tastefully decorated with so many amenities. The outside shower was a hit as was the nook. The fire pit and the views of the river we’re also a bonus. We saw a bald eagle in its nest every day we were there. Easy walk to the very quaint and nice town.

Catskill heaven

Modern and pristine home - exactly as shown in the pictures. Sitting on the Delaware River, the house is both beautiful and picturesque. Back-yard was heaven and quiet. Saw 2 bald eagles and was able to relax for a few days. Allison and Jeanine were both both terrific. We had one minor issue and it was resolved in 5 minutes. Visited Bethel (Woodstock), White Lake, and the nice town of Narrowsburgh. And did I mention the wine on arrival. Thanks for a great time - my wife and I totally enjoyed it.

Stunning Scandinavian Charmer! Such a WOW!

Blown away by this beauty! Nestled along the river, the scenery is magical— birds chirping, bald eagles in flight, fish jumping out of the river, and crickets singing. So serene! Inside the home is just as lovely — a simplistic Scandinavian style cottage that is incredibly clean, beautifully redone, and super organized. This place is a gem, no doubt. My kids and husband said, “Wow! You didn’t tell us this place was SO awesome!” Truthfully, had I known (the pictures don’t do this gorgeous home justice), we would’ve stayed longer. We WILL make a return to this amazing abode, put our feet up on the Adirondack chairs, outside, and soak up Mother Nature’s splendor!
