The stone house is on a hill right in the middle of Dubrovnik, between the new Lapad and Gruz districts and the old town on the other side.
The big terrace, which is partially roofed and has garden furniture, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the sea.
The comfortable holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a sofa and a TV. The air-conditioned living and dining room also has a TV, a dining table with chairs and an open kitchen, which is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge-freezer. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The sea is only 150 metres away and the nearest beach around 300 metres away. It is 1.2km to the old town centre with its historical sights, a 20-minute walk away.
