This detached holiday house of 50m² is near Acque Dolci in Messina province, about 2km from the town centre, and has a big garden with a path around 100 metres long leading directly to the seaside.

The little holiday house consists of a big living and sleeping room with an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen has a four-ring stove, fridge with freezer compartment, espresso maker and electric coffee machine. The bathroom provides a shower, WC and bidet. The living and sleeping room has two double sofa beds. The rental price included bed linen and hand towels, electricity, water, gas and the final cleaning. The accommodation provides a TV, hairdryer and fan. There is no Internet connection and there is no heating or air conditioning. Pets are allowed.

Outside there is a big area with brick paving on two sides of the house, which is ideal for spending relaxing moments. On one side there is a big, brick-built table with ceramic tiles, perfect for dinners with friends or family. Next to the big table there is a fountain with running water that comes directly from the village well, and there is also a grill for preparing meals outdoors. In the garden there are various fruit trees and there is an outdoor shower by the path leading to the seaside. A concrete courtyard and private parking spaces are available on site. The site is only partially fenced.

The beach is about 100 metres away and consists of sand and pebble. It looks out at the Aeolian Islands and is quiet and not overcrowded, as only you have direct access to it from the garden. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or a family who would like a holiday characterised by visits to the beach, grill evenings and relaxing moments. You can still go on cultural trips to nearby towns such as Cefalu, Palermo, Capo d’Orlando or Tindari. From the harbour of Sant#Agata di Militello, about 4km away, you can take a boat to the Aeolian Islands. It is about 10km to Parco di Nebrodi, the largest nature reserve in Sicily, which stretches from the north coast to Etna and Enna province. The area is ideal for holiday-makers who enjoy hiking and mountains in general.
