The apartment building is in a lovely and green district in Stara Novalja, not far from the beach and on a slight elevation on the island of Pag.

There are six fully-furnished apartments, which meet the highest European standards and offer a view of the sea. The apartments have two bedrooms and a balcony. Wireless Internet access is available. You can use the shared swimming pool measuring 4 x 3m, as well as the sun loungers and parasols. It is heated by solar power and there is also an outdoor shower. Stara Novalja is a village on the northern part of the island of Pag in Croatia. The economy is based on tourism, sheep farming, fishing and viticulture. It is known for the remains of the old ancient waterworks, for its rich underwater life, amphorae, diving tourism, sandy beaches, olive groves, and for its gastronomic specialties (lamb, fish, Pag cheese and good wine). It is home to the old ferry pier "Drljanda", where the depth of the sea reaches up to 38 meters. Small boats and yachts are moored inside the bay.
