Ground Level appartement d'une chambre dans le calme en cours de progression quartier résidentiel 4 blocs de la plage de Ocean Park. Accès facile à Old San Juan et à distance de marche de Condado. La chambre 1 est l'une des deux unités que nous gérons pour la location de vacances à court terme sur notre propriété. Pour plus d'infos sur les autres biens et avis VOIR vrbo # 390026

L'appartement est une structure autoportante sur une propriété qui abrite d'autres appartements que nous vivons ou le gérant. L'appartement est entièrement équipé, il dispose d'un lit queen size et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La cuisine comprend tous les éléments essentiels, y compris les serviettes de plage pour vous emmener à la plage. Nous fournissons également WiFi et câble de base. Climatiseur est le type de fenêtre.

La rue adjacente Loiza connaît un regain grâce à la mise en place d'une nouvelle vague de restaurants et de magasins, y compris un dépanneur de 24 heures. Il donne également accès aux bus pour vous emmener à Old San Juan, Isla Verde, etc. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre à pied le Centre de Condado.

Eduardo’s apartment was comfortable and it had everything needed to spend a comfy stay.Fours blocks away from the beach and close enough to restaurants and coffee shops.i would stay again.

Wonderful place

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this property. We planned the trip a little last min and were delighted to find that the property was a couple blocks away from Cafe Regina, a recommendation that a friend from San Juan had given me. It was only a couple blocks further to the beach, and a reasonable walk to many other areas (we’re New Yorkers, though, so we walk a lot already). Great communication, wonderful flexibility; hoping to visit again soon (I was a bit under the weather the whole trip so we didn’t get to do everything we’d hoped to) and would definitely stay here again.

Loved this little place

We had such a nice time in Puerto Rico for 11 days. Eduardo and his wife were so helpful giving up tips on where to go and for the best beaches to snorkel. We were able to walk to dinner at a different spot from our place. We were in a quiet neighborhood and felt like locals in the heart of Puerto Rico.

Great lil apartment!

Location, location, location. I found this apartment to be close to everything in San Juan. It was tranquil, comfortable and easy to manage. I will be coming back to this place next time.

The loveliest casita en San Juan

I loved staying at the casita, close to the beach, calle Loiza and most of my friends who live in Santurce. Eduardo and his spouse were amazing hosts, helpful and warmth in all interactions with me and making me feel super welcome throughout my stay. This site is a hidden gem, has everything one needs, and I hope to come back to visit really soon again!

Very tranquil n safe neighborhood near all including the beach. Was there to renovate my house and was the perfect location for a restful night, couldn't hear a pin drop. Strongly recommend a stay here, owners on premises n attentive to all. Top notch cleanliness.

I simply had a wonderful and relaxing time. It was mostly beach and eating and walking about, but I really needed the break. I loved the quiet apartment. It had everything I needed. I kept finding thoughtful touches: beach chairs and towels, umbrella, cute friendly dog. The bed was comfortable. The privacy was much appreciated. Really good place in a lovely part of the city.

Great stay

Eduardo is an amazing host. He was so helpful and gave us great advice and recommendations for places to eat and visit. The casita was clean and the location great. The area might look a bit rough, but it felt very safe for us walking at night. Parking is on the street, so we recommend to rent a small car for easier parking. At night in the casita, you can hear animal noises like bird/tropical noises (very common of PR), but when you get inside the room, close the windows and turn on the air and the amazing fan the bedroom has, you can barely hear them, plus the bed was comfy. We’ll definitely stay there again.

A great week in Ocean Park!

We truly enjoyed our stay with Eduardo and his family. We were in apartment E, which is a standalone little casita. We loved it. The apartment was clean, well equipped as listed, comfortable, and decorated with style. It felt like someone’s little home and not just a rental. It is convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants all on or near Calle Loiza. We ate out for lunch and dinner for a week and never had a bad meal! We could have easily cooked in the apartment, but we were having too much fun exploring all the neighborhood had to offer. We walked to everything and always felt safe—even after dark (we’re in our 60’s). We used Uber to go into Old San Juan for less than $10 (plus a cash tip). We took a taxi from the airport for $22 and an Uber back to the airport when we left for $11. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again 100%. Susan

Our stay at Eduardo's place was all in all very nice. Our apartment was small and cozy and in an average San Juan neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but clean and just right for my husband and me. We cooked several meals and had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the property is secure with a locked gate to get in and out. The owners have also provided a washer/dryer outside for guests' use (free of charge but provide your own detergent) which was an added bonus. We walked or Uber'd everywhere the first week to explore the area. Large grocery store about 8 blocks away and several restaurants depending on the direction you go. Perfect to try something new. Beach is about a 5 block walk and seemed to be always windy when we went but apparently earlier in morning it's nicer. A car is really needed to explore other parts of the island and everything seems to be fairly long drive so it may be a good idea to stay at different areas if you're staying for a longer time to better explore the island and all that Puerto Rico offers.

Great stay

Our stay at this property was nice. The accuracy of the listing was correct. Price point was great. The owner stays on the property in their own apartment. We maybe saw the owner 3-4 times during our 7 night stay. It was quiet and we had nothing bad to say. It's nice and convenient walk a few blocks up to the beach. We also found an awesome cafe 3 blocks over. Parking can be hit or miss because it's street parking but we were lucky every night to get parking fairly close nightly. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back.

Pleasant and well designed small apartment. Very secure in a compound with resident owners. In a great neighborhood for food and activities. Four blocks from a terrific beach. Convenient to Airport and to Old San Juan.

Excellent place to stay! Highly recommended!

We were close to everything. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This is our second time staying on the property and I must say, after looking at other properties, we decided to come back again.
