Superb comfortable apartment with ample space. At the entrance a cloakroom with ski storage corner and boot warmer, and a toilet. Then a double bedroom with balcony and private bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper level, where a large open space features the kitchen, the dining table and the living space with sofa and TV. In the sleeping area a double bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and washing machine, a separate toilet and the kids' room, with a single bed that becomes double and a wonderful mezzanine with play area. Three outdoor parking spaces.

The apartment is located a short distance from the Römerbad Thermal Baths and the Kaiserburg cable car, which can also be reached on foot with a 5-minute walk (attention: you have to go up a hill).

The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
