The apartment is ideally located, for active summer and winter vacations and excellent also for walks with the dog. Vacations in Scuol, that means relaxing in an Engadine village, surrounded by sgrafitto decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, the cross-country ski trail and close to the ski and local bus stop for trips to the valley station of the gondola or to the train station.

The location of the apartment impresses with tranquility, the separate entrance is accessible at ground level and a short distance to the ski bus, which takes you in a few minutes to the valley station of the cable cars Motta Naluns. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, where a barbecue, table and deck chair/chairs are available. The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment has a very good layout and as a further highlight, a Swedish stove with wood is available for use in the apartment.

The approximately 46 m2 apartment is located at ground level with a beautiful private terrace. The living room is designed with open kitchen and offers space to enjoy the vacations together.

The skiing area Motta Naluns is reachable by car and post bus in 5 min. The valley cross-country skiing Martina-Scuol can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Shopping possibilities are in the Denner, also only a few meters away or on the main street, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
