BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
This tastefully decorated apartment, located in a modern housing estate on Kołłątaja Street in Kołobrzeg, offers easy access to shopping and service infrastructure as well as all the city's tourist attractions. The seaside climate of Kołobrzeg promotes regeneration, and the clean, iodine-rich air improves health and well-being. The beautiful sandy beach is about a 14-minute walk away. On the way, it's worth spending a moment among the greenery in Aleksander Fredro Park. The area is rich in attractions typical of seaside towns. While in Kołobrzeg, it's worth visiting its major attractions, such as the pier (2.3 km), the port (2.6 km), and the lighthouse (2.6 km). Sailing enthusiasts can reach Marina Solna – the sailing harbor, Kołobrzeg Maritime Skansen (with a Cold War-era patrol submarine, an engine room exhibition, and the possibility of touring the deck), and the Museum of Piracy within about a 35-minute walk.
