Ce condo dispose d'un roi dans le maître avec une salle de bains, deux jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon, permettant à six personnes de rester et de se sentir à l'aise avec beaucoup d'espace. There was hair in the bathroom but otherwise very nice. It would be great if there were more essentials—toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. We stayed in 506 before and think we prefer 505!

Was disappointed there were no beach towels in the unit.

Was disappointed there were no beach towels in the unit. They were supplied the last 2 times we stayed in this unit. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella were not in good shape and need to be replaced. We had to buy a small umbrella and beach towels during our stay. Staff was great. Had to call the office once during my stay. Rachel was extremely helpful and got our problem fixed quickly.

Overall good but hope the owners address the issues for future renters. The fuse box looks like it has been on fire - the electrical issues should be addressed. Team members were excellent. Had two service folks out and both were great.

Had a great time. Nice condo! Lots of rain during our stay. TV's were on when we arrived at condo. Bikes were great as were all the items in the storage closet. COndo did have a strong smell of moth balls coming from the locked closet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been visiting Sanibel for 15 years, and this was our first stay in this location on the island. We've found our spot! Sandpiper Beach 505 is very well equipped and was nice and clean. We do a lot of our own cooking, and there were plenty of kitchen tools, including for baking. The beach supplies were in good shape, and even the bicycles/helmets were newish and in great shape too. Very nice view of the beach from the living space and patio. Complex pool is solar heated and was very comfortable. This was our first time renting through ReMax, and I would definitely rent through them again. Shortly after check-in, someone from ReMax showed up with a new coffee maker, since the old one had wear (we hadn't even noticed yet). We were very impressed with the service, Sandpiper Beach, and the unit.

We also appreciated the beach towels! There is a washer and dryer and we had been told there wasn't one so that was a nice surprise! We had a great time. Very nice pool, very quiet complex and a great place to see the sunrise. The beach is so convenient and nice. Wonderful screened porch! A few notes for areas of improvement: wifi (not good), AC (main room gets very cold to cool bedrooms), plastic cups would be appreciated. I will keep this one bookmarked for the future.

I got a text on Saturday after we landed and told us the room is ready and when we arrived to pick up the keys the person at the front desk was very polite and we out in less then 1 minute. We arrive at the Condo and it was clean & ready for us to stay for the week. The condo sits off the main road quite a way back and that makes it even better. The pool was very nice along with the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a week of rest & relaxation ! We stayed the last week of October and it is the slow season (not very Many people) for the places on Sanibel.

It was a short walk but not a problem at all. It was so nice to have access to the closet in the parking area that housed a wagon, umbrella, bikes, and sand buckets! We enjoyed riding the bikes a few times. The sidewalks were available everywhere so safety wasn't a concern. The property was clean inside and out. The decor was serene and not overdone. We also appreciated the free wifi. Hope we get to visit again!

There's no better beach to shell, relax by the water or enjoy quiet time together. This condo was very well equipped with everything we needed... bikes, sand cart, wifi, covered parking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and bright. We enjoyed the pool and screened patio. We will definitely be staying here again.

We know you can't control this but, the beach was covered the whole week with sea squirts that looked like feces and smelled just as bad. This, of course, ruined any chance of being on the beach during the week. We have stayed at other units on Sanibel and are spoiled. In general, the unit itself and the staff at Re/Max were pretty good. Thanks.

Reviewer Comments: Sanibel beach was wonderful as usual. warm enuf to swim but not hot enuf to fry in the sun. enjoyed kayaking at Tarpon Bay Explorers but too windy to learn to paddleboard. lots of birds on the beach overwintering from their summer Canadian nesting sites-lots of willets, sanderlings, ibis, some black bellied plovers, ruddy turnstones, osprey overhead, white egret and snowy egret. the bathroom sink dripped, no overhead lites, good breezes at nite and in the am, the louver doors did not stay shut where they covered the washer/dryer, the sink water tasted nasty. very quiet on the beach and in the condo--few people.
