Spacieuses maisons modernes en rondins de bois à destination de la montagne Loon et de la vallée de Waterville.

Cette spacieuse maison en bois rond dispose de quatre chambres, d'un studio séparé et d'un canapé-lit. Peut accueillir douze personnes au total. Il offre une vue imprenable sur la rivière Mill Brook. Grand sous-sol en bas qui s'ouvre sur l'espace extérieur et le coin salon. Vous pouvez entendre le débit de la rivière lorsque vous êtes assis à l'extérieur.

La maison comme un garage qui convient à deux voitures, un bain à remous et un poêle à bois ainsi que d'une nouvelle cuisine gastronomique, garde-manger et salles de bains flambant neuf. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Tous les meubles sont neufs. Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles.

Il y a une salle de boue lorsque vous entrez pour stocker votre équipement de ski, et une zone d'entrée pour obtenir tous vos équipements de ski avant votre journée sur la montagne. Il y a une télé qui peut être utilisée à l'extérieur et regardé dans le bain à remous.

Great Winter getaway

The house, especially the great room was stunning. It was very spacious, open and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room on the basement level and everyone took advantage of the massage chair. An added bonus were the heated floors on the main level. It was quite the treat after our snowy outdoor activities. The property was close to all of the attractions we planned to do. Although we couldn’t enjoy the back deck and fire pit because the weather I can imagine how serene it would be in warmer weather. We all enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our every need. The spacious main floor with kitchen and sitting area was more than big enough for all of us. Downstairs with the games and massage chair was a big hit. Fire pit out back as well. We hope to be back same time next year. Thanks Aaron

Great Property!

The property was as advertised, and Kevin made the check in seamless! The house was clean and the linens and furnishings were very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with all of the pans we could have needed! I would absolutely return to this very well maintained home again!

Motorcycle trip

This property was an excellent place for our group whom was touring the White Mountains on street bikes. Wonderful kitchen area that accommodated our love for cooking and we really enjoyed the screened in porch area. Stunning Master bed / bath and great rooms for the rest of our group. The layout offers a nice selection for various taste. Communication with the property owners was prompt and issues were addressed immediately. Would recommend to others.

The house was beautiful and very clean! The space the house provided was perfect for our group. There were a few little issues but Michelle was super responsive and things were dealt with very promptly! I would highly recommend this property!

Summer hiking trip with family

Location was great to get to many hiking options in Franconia. Turns out it was one of the hottest times in August. The house does not have central air conditioning and the great room with all windows did not have any shades thus the sun shone through all day keeping the main part of the house very warm. There should be floor tower fans for the bedrooms during the summer. I believe the listing says air conditioning, the owner pointed out it was only separate wall unit for master bedroom and studio. Said to keep blinds closed, but most of the windows do not have blinds. The owner responded quickly through texting as there were a couple issues. Owner was able to replace one window screen while we were there and fix one leaking shower stall. The studio apt had missing screens as well. I told property manager so he could replace for the next renters. Our family enjoyed our time together and the size of the house worked for us. The grill worked well, and the deck had a great view.

Not ready for summer!

Michelle, We arrived last Saturday and were all in disbelief about the setup and layout of the house. It is very impressive. That being said, saying that we were disappointed with our stay is an understatement. We were counting on the six bedrooms being “usable” during our stay. We had 3 infants with us as well as a 3,4 and 7 year old. We were led to believe that the house had “central air conditioning”. Unfortunately the air conditioning was 3 mini split units in the master and two bedrooms above the garage and central air in the basement. The entire second floor was well above 80 degrees for the length of our stay and no one could sleep up there. By the end of the week, even the main floor temperature was overwhelming and we all had to go to the basement. That may be fine in the winter, but during a heat wave in the summer, those conditions are not ok. If we had been aware of those conditions ahead of time we certainly would not have rented the house. Also, we found out that the upstairs bathroom was leaking down into the kitchen when there was water on the kitchen floor AND we found out it was being fixed when a “handyman” showed up at the front door on Monday and announced that he was there to fix the bathroom. At the time, the husbands were out of the house and there were 4 ladies with 6 kids there when he arrived. Just a heads up would have been nice. What if we had not been home when he showed up, would he have gone into they house with all of our stuff there? The only dresser in the studio apartment above the garage was falling apart. One drawer didn’t even have a bottom and two of them didn’t slide correctly. I was very concerned about my kiddos fingers getting hurt. Almost none of the electrical outlets up there had face plates on them and that was disappointing as well as a safety issue for our young children. When we tried to get in touch with the owner, it took an extended period of time to get a response if at we got a response at all. While I certainly understand that people have jobs and lives, more timely communication would be appreciated.

Spacious oasis in the mountains

If you’re looking for a place where you can sleep multiple families and have plenty of space to spread out, look no further. We were able to put the kids to bed and have cocktails with the adults in the common area without disturbing them. There are many amenity options like fire pit, bbq, well appointed kitchen, and hot tub. They also had a great stereo / HTS that we enjoyed. If you are picky and/or expecting a pristine place where everything is in good working order, you may be disappointed with this rental. The apartment over the garage, basement and master bedroom have AC but the main living area and upstairs bedrooms do not. They have fans but if it’s gonna be a hot week (which is not the norm in the White Mountains) it’s gonna get balmy in there. Many of the lights are burnt out and the place could use a deep cleaning / sprucing up. I think the value in this rental is the large space and the location. It’s definitely not cheap but the price is fair. Would recommend for a large group but likely won’t be back because we like a bit more luxury when we spend our vacation money.

We had 6 Couples 12 people the house was perfect everyone had their own rooms plenty of bathrooms

We stayed there for bike week from Saturday to Sunday six couples 12 people could not have asked for a better house everyone had their own bedrooms plenty of bathrooms open living room kitchen dining room everything we needed Garage to keep our bikes safe and clean hundred percent the best vacation we have had not often can you find a place where 12 people can go and really enjoy themselves thank you for having us

Family Vacation

House itself it quite beautiful, but could use some deep cleaning and some updated pans, dishes, and glassware. There is not enough silverware for 12 people for 2 meals a day. Coffee pot, toaster oven, fridge, blender, and pans were quite dirty upon arrival. Lower level is very uninviting, fireplace doesn't work and when you try to manually light it, it gives you a shock. Televisions are a bit small for the space of the room they are trying to fill. There were no darts to be found for the dartboard. Sonos speakers, hot tub, bathtub, and firepit area were great!

Location Location Location

Beautiful home, centrally located in the White Mountains. Gorgeous wrap around deck offered scenic views of mts and stream. The screened in deck allowed our group to enjoy the hottub, outdoor dining, and relaxing. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lower level offered a great place for the kids to relax and enjoy pool, video games, bubble hockey and sleeping. New appliances and spacious great room/kitchen provided a perfect place to prepare and enjoy a family meal. Definitely plan to use again in the future!!!

Amazing week in New Hampshire!!!

Our second year staying at this awesome house!! Could not ask for a better vacation spot. The house is modern and spotless! We were a party of 10 and we enjoyed all of the amenities - pool table, dart board, fire pit, outdoor decks and dream kitchen. So many outdoor activities close by such as hiking, biking, swimming and outlet shopping. Would highly recommend!!

Ski Trip 2020

We decided to rent closer to home for our yearly ski trip and couldn't have been happier with the place. The place was spacious, clean, updated, and perfect for our group. Close to both Waterville and Loon.

Large and spacious home, perfect for a large group

We enjoyed this property very much as it was large enough for our group of 11. It was as advertised except the “studio apartment” which is a loft above the garage that is unfinished. The owner was lovely to work with despite us having some booking troubles on our end, she was understanding and accommodating. It is a beautiful home and in a convinent location.
