Ideal for two couples – two apartments directly at Stryckpark near the viaduct! Two compact 2-room apartments for 2x2 people in a great location with balconies – ideal for active vacationers/couples who are out and about a lot during the day and want to be close to nature and the city center. According to this motto, the owners Kaiser-Brehme have completely renovated a housing estate from the 1950s, preserved the beautiful old wooden staircase and created six modern, chic apartments around it with a lot of passion. Dogs are welcome in the barrier-free ground floor apartments on request.
The beautiful location of the house directly on the Stryckpark - and yet close to the center (approx. 700m) - make "Kaiser's Traumzeit Appartements" the ideal quarters for guests who value superior comfort, nature, peace and quiet and also proximity to the exciting town center and tourist facilities and who want to relax on vacation and enjoy a wonderful break.
The center (approx. 700m), lagoon pool, ice rink, cinema (approx. 600m each) and adventure golf at the viaduct (200m) are just a few minutes' walk away. The Skywalk, 1.5km away, can be reached via a walking path through the Stryckpark and the Strycktal. The cable car is approx. 1.3km away. In winter, the cross-country ski trails start just 50m from the house.
The house and apartments are equally ideal for a short trip or an extended week-long vacation - and are primarily designed for active vacationers/couples who are out and about a lot during the day and want modern and compact accommodation.
You will stay in two apartments, depending on availability, either next to each other or one above the other (ground floor + first floor) - a medium-sized dog is welcome in the ground floor apartments!
Amenities per apartment:
- Kitchen-living room with couch, TV, dining table and kitchenette with dishwasher and practical equipment
- one bedroom with double bed, TV and wardrobe (baby bed (high chair on request).
- Modern shower room with window and hairdryer.
- balcony with furniture and view of the Stryckpark.

Lockable bicycle room with charging option for batteries.
Information on accessibility: The ground floor apartments are barrier-low, but not barrier-free according to DIN standards. Unfortunately, the barrier-low filter isn't available on booking portals, which is why we list the property as barrier-free there. It's still easily accessible for many people with walking difficulties, especially given its beautiful location opposite Stryck Park. The approximately 20-meter-long path from the parking lot to the ground-floor apartment is paved with paving stones and is at ground level. The shower has a 12-cm step. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.
You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.
- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over
Deposit & payment conditions:
A general deposit of 2x € 200 = € 400 (€ 200 per appartment) is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
