Face à l'océan au troisième niveau de Kuhio Shores Condominiums. Situé sur le côté est de la propriété. Ce condo d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain avec cuisine complète et salle de bain a été entièrement rénové et terminé en janvier 2014. NOUVEAUX CLIMATISEURS dans la chambre et le salon.
Vous ne pouvez pas battre l'emplacement. Face à l'océan avec vue sur la montagne. La plongée avec tuba et la natation sont à quelques pas.
Les condos Kuhio shores sont uniques. Contrairement aux grands hôtels, cette propriété offre une élégance décontractée et décontractée. Ai-je mentionné la commodité d'avoir de bons restaurants et des magasins à distance de marche? Une fois arrivé sur les rives de Kuhio, vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter. Mais il y a tellement de choses à faire à Kauai. Venez tout voir et restez en 307 pour avoir une magnifique base de départ pour vous retirer après une journée complète.

Absolutely amazing!!! Spacious condo with. Beautiful king size bed and very comfortable pull out couch. Enjoyed having a cup of coffee every single morning watching the sun come up. Hearing the waves crash at night was wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A

Relaxing Stay

Comfortable unit overlooking the little bay. Easy walk to Beach House…crazy, crowded, overpriced!Best to cook in and enjoy the unit. Would have liked a makeup mirror and washer/dryer in the unit.

Comfort and convenience

Perfect accommodation for a couple wanting a quiet nest overlooking the water near beaches, restaurants, shopping. Excellent snorkeling at Lawai bay, a short walk. Beautiful sandy beach, Poipu, is a short drive. We were very comfortable.

Perfect honeymoon getaway

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. It had everything we needed in a great location on the south shore of Kauai. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. with a phenomenal view of the ocean from the property. We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing!

Wonderful stay

We loved the condo. It was my daughter’s second stay at this complex. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and falling asleep to the sound of waves hitting the rocks. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfortable. It’s within walking distance to a shopping village, and the restaurant next door has the best Mai Tai in town! Highly recommend!

Never Wanted to Leave

Time spent here was just what we needed for a vacation! We really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai watching the sea turtles come and go throughout the day. When it was dark, we also found it therapeutic to sit outside and chat while listening to the waves crashing along the shore. We used the nicely designed kitchen for minimal meal prep and often walked nearby for dinner out. It was pretty warm during our visit so we used the A/C when we got back in the evening. One of our favorite parts of the condo itself was all of the space designed in the bedroom and bathroom for the supplies, clothes, etc that we brought for the trip. No need to live out of a suitcase! Hoping we can return before long for another visit!

Beautiful, modern, well stocked condo. Large deck directly on ocean. The most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. Great Hostess. 5 stars all the way!

Gorgeous View & Perfect Location

This property had the most gorgeous view from the lanai. It had everything anyone would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially loved the Old Koloa Town.

Perfect location and wonderful unit

This unit was absolutely perfect for our vacation and we could not have enjoyed it any more than we did. The unit was clean which is super important to me. It had everything we needed. Most of the time was spent on the lanai watching the water and the turtles. Koloa and Poipu are, in my opinion, the best part of Kauai (all beautiful though) and we would definitely stay here again. Polly was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great unit with amazing ocean views that’s hard to beat! Property is as described, with excellent amenities and location situated about 5 mins from Poipu beach and Koloa town. We had a really relaxing time in this property. Thank you very much Polly!

Very nice place

We loved our stay here, very clean and well maintained. The best part was sitting on the lanai watching the turtles or just listening to the waves crashing on the shore. At first I was a bit disappointed because it faced east so we wouldn't be able to see the sunsets, but then realized if it did we'd have the afternoon sun beating in to the condo, heating it up. Plus, we did get to see some fantastic sunsets. As it turned out, we were usually on some beach at sunset anyway so we wouldn't have been on the lanai anyway. The kitchen was great, we were able to make all our meals in the condo and didn't need to eat out at all (we figured that saved us around $2K - my wife said Hawaii is like the state fair, if you go for the food you're going to go home broke). The AC did keep it cool when it got too hot, but we didn't use it much. We preferred to keep the door to the lanai open at night so we could hear the ocean. The location was good and bad - it's in a fairly busy area, but it's also very close to shops and restaurants if that's what you're looking for. The condo and lanai are facing away from all that so when we were in the condo we didn't really hear any noise. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Kauai.

Stunning View!

I can’t say enough about the property! The views are amazing. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai watching the waves and a cocktail at night looking at the moon reflecting off the water. Unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Location was perfect and we enjoyed walking to Baby Beach for the day. Excellent communication with Polly, the owner before and after our stay. Thank you for a memorable 10th Anniversary stay!

Overall, disappointing.

The location of the condo is nice & the space is adequate. But that’s where it ends. First, the condo needs a “deep clean”. Second, it needs a total refresh. The furniture & appliances are old, the utility drawer doesn’t stay closed, very few bath towels provided (which is bad because the condo doesn’t have its own washer & dryer), etc, etc. If possible, I highly recommend you spend more for lodging & avoid this rental.

Great location, beautiful view

This condo has a great location. You can watch turtles in the waves from the balcony and walk out on the grounds to watch the sunset. The condo is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and has a balcony with a beautiful view. There is a large kitchen area and a very nice bathroom and shower. There is so much to see in every direction in Kauai and if felt great to come back exhausted every day and have such a beautiful, comfortable place to relax and watch the turtles or catch the sunset. The outside of the complex is nicely landscaped and lots of surfers to watch from the front lawn. There are nearby restaurants and beaches. The location is great and the condo itself is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful, clean, and had a great view of the cove. The condo is well stocked and is close to everything in Poipu. Great communication with the owner relative to stay, check-in instructions, and follow-up.

Outstanding!

What a beautiful, immaculate, and well appointed unit! Everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay was there. We spent hours on the lanai watching the sea turtles and reading. The entire property is very well maintained and quiet, and is in close proximity to incredible dining options. We will definitely be back to Kauai and would eagerly rent this condo again! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Lawai Beach Condo

The condo was very well equipped with an updated kitchen. There is a nice walking path to the shopping center and great views of the ocean from the porch or large windows. I think the condo is in a great area and overall the entire complex looks very well kept. We had a great time here.

40 yr anniversary

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and chose this location by the listing. Everyeverything was top-notch, clean, and a wonderful location to everything that we did on the island in the afternoons. We got to see the green turtles come in and feed right off the lanai. We were able to see whales spouting And had the beautiful morning sunrise and a short walk through the sunsets. The unit had everything that we needed for our stay and we are completely satisfied giving a five star rating! Mahalo Polly, hope to see you again soon

Outstanding location, directly on the ocean. Small, private building without any crowds. We are close to great restaurants and leisurely shopping.
We love to open the doors at night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
