Nous avons survécu à Harvey !!! Ce condo propre et confortable de deux étages (3 chambres / 2 salles de bain) avec une nouvelle cuisine mise à jour est magnifiquement situé avec vue sur la piscine principale au Coral Cay Condominiums et comprend une vue sur l'océan depuis la chambre principale. Profitez des deux balcons pour le son reposant de la plage ou le début de l'happy hour.

Le golf, la pêche, l'observation des oiseaux, les sports nautiques, le tennis et la gastronomie sont à quelques minutes de cette propriété stratégiquement placée ... apportez simplement votre lotion solaire et vos serviettes de plage !! Cette unité familiale permet la flexibilité de s'amuser sur la plage avec les enfants ou un court voyage pour 18 trous de golf sur un parcours de championnat abordable.

Perfect getaway location

Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! .

Great location !

We stayed at this property for almost a month and it was perfect. Beach was a 3 minute walk and we had a nice view of it from the upper balcony. The airport in Corpus Christi was an easy drive to pick up our guests. The host of the property was absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with.

Wow!

We have stayed in Rich’s condo several times, and I am always amazed by how thoughtfully it is managed. I’m used to being able to cook some pretty sophisticated meals, but this time we realized that there’s no need to buy or bring most beach supplies—the closet on the balcony has chairs, balls and frisbees, sand castle supplies, a cooler and a large shibumi shade to make your day fun and easy. Thanks so much, Rich!

Wonderful Stay and Host

Wonderful location and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for a lengthy stay (kitchen utensils etc, not food). The owner was available and friendly. We are definitely coming back!

Family Beach Vacay

This condo fit our group perfectly. Close proximity to everything. Since my husband and I stayed on the first floor, the young adults had the upstairs all to themselves. Plenty of space to hang out together but privacy when wanted. We cooked every meal either in the kitchen that had everything or on the grill at the pavilion. Lots of extra beach paraphernalia in the closet. Everyone had an awesome time even our little schnauzer!

Fantastic Stay!

This was my first time to Port A, and I was bring 3 teenage girls. We had a blast! The place was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed to cook our meals. The pool on the property was great! But best of all, it was easy access to the beach. Rich was very helpful and we truly had a great stay. We will be back for sure!

Kid friendly weekend getaway

Being from Louisiana, this was our first Texas beach trip and the only thing we wish was different was a longer stay! The property was clean and had such a cute vibe, not to mention anything you could possibly need and a pool right off the balcony for the littles! The beach was just a short walk away and the water was beautiful and clean. Everyone we met in town was so nice and we can’t wait to come back to Port A for a longer stay! Rich was super attentive to every need we had and I’m so grateful we got to stay in his awesome beach getaway!

Great condo close to the beach!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and just as described. The pool is just steps away and the beach was a short walk. Restaurants were just a short drive. The balconies also offered a great view. No complaints and we would definitely stay there again!

Very cute condo close to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds great pool. Owner was beyond hospitable, kind, and extremely accommodating. Had such a wonderful time.

Beach Vacation Fun without the Headaches

If you want to enjoy the beach without having to try and remember everything needed, then this is the place to stay. From your essential beach needs (chairs, cooler, canopy, boogie boards), to all your kitchen needs (crock pots, pans, plates, etc...) this rental is your home away from home. The unit is well maintained and modern with a tasteful beach vibe. The owner is extremely friendly and responsive and takes care of any issues you might have. If needed, he has tech support standing by to help out. Having multiple floors with two decks allows for everyone to spread out and enjoy the views. The pool right outside the unit is also a great plus. Finally, the unit has private beach access that is within walking distance (a couple mins max). We definitely recommend getting a golf cart, as it makes getting around town and going to the beach with your stuff much easier. Everything in town is like 5 mins away by golf cart. We are already planning our trip again here next year.

Perfect for Family

Three generations on vacation together and this property was perfect. Grandparents downstairs, kids and parents upstairs. Easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach and easy drive for the grandparents. The property was clean and well appointed. The grocery store is 5 minutes away, making cooking convenient.

Best place ever!

Everyone had a good time. Beach and pool was great. Condo slept everyone, no air mattress. Next time we will take BBQ supples great picnic place across parking lot. We just had a great time!!

The property had plenty of room for my family of 6. Rich was a great host - accessible and informative before and during the stay. The house had ALL the amenities for the beach, including chairs, sun shade, toys & boogie boards. We’ll definitely stay again!

Check-in is contactless, we spoke through text with the owner. The condo was perfect for us and the location from the beach was good. The property has all the dishes and utensils that you will need while staying. We had an amazing experience!

Beach Fix we needed!

The property was very cozy, nice, clean and the property owner/manager Rich was very attentive and prompt in responding the our questions. The amenities inside the property are everything a family would need for a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation. The beach is a short walk and the pool was just behind our condo. Overall, a much needed beach vacation. We will recommend Rich and his property to any vacationers looking for a restful and hassle-free time!

Girls beach trip

Condo was very clean and organized. The beach items for use need to be updated. The umbrella was broken and the chairs were quite old. The property is advertised to be on the beach but it is not. We drove down to the beach rather than making the long walk with all of our stuff. We had a great time. Our only disappointment was that the property was not right on the beach.

I also volunteer locally at the non-profit ARK (Animal Rehabilitation Keep), assisting and supporting the local and migratory birds and sea turtles. I am excited about what Coral Cay #206 "Island Time" has to offer you and my goal is to make your visit accommodating and enjoyable.

The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Coral Cay Condominium complex amenities are abundant. Its beachfront location is ideal; there are two inviting pools (closest pool near 206 heated during the winter months)., pickel ball court, an activity/meeting room, shuffle board, palapa with picnic and barbecue area and the convenience of on-site coin operated laundry. For those fisherman, there is a private fish cleaning area for your convenience.
