Summerlin est un magnifique condo de deux chambres sur l'île Okaloosa, dans un petit complexe de bord de mer de 30 l'unité. Ce condo a le meilleur de tout pour ceux qui ne veulent que le meilleur. Internet haut débit sans fil GRATUIT. 3 téléviseurs, lecteur DVD, livres et jeux. Entièrement équipé, cuisine en acier inoxydable, salle à manger peut accueillir 6, buanderie séparée - vous allez adorer cet endroit.

Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 avec lit king chambre principale qui dispose de sa propre salle de bain privée et ouvre sur le balcon. Deuxième maître est spacieuse avec un lit king et sa propre salle de bain qui s'ouvre également dans le hall. Aussi un grand canapé-lit.

Great getaway!

I would definitely stay here again The condo was clean and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. It was a girls getaway trip but I will definitely be taking my family back with me. The weather did not cooperate but there are plenty of restaurants that are a quick drive as well as shopping and nail salons!

Absolutely wonderful

Modern, superbly clean unit. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved using the cleaned BBQ grills. Well equipped with modern appliances. The king mattress could be replaced. Will stay here again.

Fall get away

Spur of the moment get-away to Summerlin condo 304, Fort Walton Beach. Easy booking with VRBO. Condo exactly as described. Very well stocked and comfortable. We will be back!

Beachside condo

This is one of my favorites. It has easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. I enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I would stay here again.

Wedding getaway

Our condo was great. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils that you would need to make your meals if desired. There were even some spices and cooking sprays in the cupboard. Another added bonus was the pool or beach gear that was in the laundry room. Very handy.

This was our 2nd visit to this location and unit. We like the ease of access to the beach. The only negative was the fact we could not open the Master bedroom door wall so could not access the balcony from the bedroom. This needs attention.

Perfect Place!!!

This is our third stay in this unit and we love it!!! The location cannot be beat and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The condo is set up nicely with two fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers. It is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby easily. We will continue using this condo for as long as it is available.

Best stay in Fort Walton Beach

We’ve spent a week on Fort Walton Beach for the last 5 years. This was our best experience. The unit was clean and well appointed. They even had toys and extra beach chairs. I can’t see us staying anywhere else in the area.

Beautiful Condo & Awesome View!

We love this condo! The location is nice and quiet; but only minutes from everything. The building is well maintained with easy access to the parking lot and beach. Scott & Tina are great to work with and really saved us on this trip; as our original rental fell through after we arrived. They responded to our message immediately and allowed us to book with them. We're so thankful they helped us out! This two bedroom/two bath has everything you will need for a fun, relaxing getaway. We've stayed in this condo in the past and we will definitely return!

Perfect place on the beach!

Beautiful place with everything you could need for cooking and being on the beach! Super comfortable beds. Very nice decor. Large showers. Great balcony for great views of the sunrise and sunset!! One of our favorite places ever!!!

Wonderful Property

We love Summerlin and this condo was just as beautiful as rhe beach! It was very clean, well stocked in rhe kitchen as well as plenty of towels in rhe bathroom. The property itself is perfect and the beach is pristine! We will uae this condo again when we return.

Loved the fact both the Master Bedroom and Den face the beach. Water was crystal clear and no sea weed. Not real fond of the city of Fort Walton Beach but the condo location is fine. We will likely come again!

Amazing time!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, up to date and the location was perfect for shopping and eating at all the good places in fort Walton. The view was perfect! We spotted dolphins every day we were there. After a great day at the beach, we were able to come back and relax in the condo. TV’s and living room was awesome!!! I would highly recommend this condo. Five stars!!
