Cette unité est sur le côté de la plage de Gulf Blvd. Profitez de couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis le balcon ou prendre quelques mesures pour le sable et l'eau et profiter de la plage. distance pour les restaurants dont le célèbre Crabby Bill marcher. condo 2 chambres modernes et bien équipées. Indian complexe Sunset Condominium est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Une des unités onze rend pour une agréable et calme vacances. Cette unité est à l'étage supérieur avec meilleure vue dans la maison. Il fait face au golfe du Mexique directement à l'ouest à l'eau. Il est en retrait d'environ 50 pieds du sable mou. Il dispose d'un débrayage à un grand balcon couvert depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Profitez des repas, la lecture et la visualisation des couchers de soleil sur la terrasse entièrement meublée. La piscine est située directement sur la plage pour profiter du soleil, la plage, les couchers de soleil et les brises chaudes. Wi-Fi est inclus.

Wonderful Stay!!

This is one of our favorite places we've stayed! Right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, even right in the middle of July. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants, a beach store, or CVS if we had wanted to. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Florida!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo is beautiful and perfect h the or a small family. One of the best beach access areas we’ve ever had on vacation. The area is quiet and I crowded. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!!

Absolutely a great condo to stay at. Alex the owner always responds quickly. Have never stayed anywhere that was so stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation, from beach chairs to sunscreen and much more. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location close to the beach

My family had a great 2-week stay and enjoyed quick access to the beach. The beach and ocean view from the deck were amazing, too. This place has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to cable TV and a Keurig. Walking distance to several restaurants including Crabby Bill’s. Loved it!

Great vacation

The property was awesome. The view even better . I would recommend this condo it offered everything you could want for staying in, or going to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs to the table and sofa on the balcony. Also walking distance to restaurants.

Beautiful place!

Very nice condo with an amazing view! Conveniently located to many great restaurants and just steps to the beautiful beach! Alex was readily available to answer questions and made some great shopping/dining recommendations. We hated to see our relaxing week come to an end.

Love Love Love this Place

We loved this Condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We could stay on the beach right up until the rain came in and then go in and sit on the wonderful porch to watch the rain and the ocean. The condo was well stocked, nicely furnished, ad great for families. We will be back next year for sure.

Very nice place to stay with awesome views

We really enjoyed our stay! Watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The place was equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the pool is really small but that doesn't take away from how great this place was. The beds were also very comfortable which is a really big plus for me, every time I vacation my back is usually in pain but I was pain free this vacation. You are only steps away from the beach and there's also restaurants and shops near by.

Great family vacation.

We had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, spacious, and had a great view of the gulf. Alex was awesome to deal with. The best owner we have dealt with yet. He was always quick to respond, and very accommodating. He even put a list of restaurants for us to try together. It was a great family vacation.

Very Comfortable

My husband and our 23 year old son stayed here from January 18th until January 27, 2015. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach access very convenient and sunset/ocean views were beautiful. Loved the location and parking was perfect. Best part was that the owner, Alex, was prompt, professional, and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would rent again and recommend that you do the same!

Fabulous Beach Rental

The rental is very clean and super comfortable with a great beach view. The kitchen is super well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and eating in. Great balcony and furniture to sit and drink your morning coffee and watch the action along the beach or relax with a great book while listening to the waves. Alex is very prompt with replies. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again if ever in the area.

Paradise!

This condo is located perfect between the ocean and intercostal. Supplied with everything you need, except food! But, do a walk through before grocery shopping as there are many items available. Great supply of beach towels. Alex was very responsive prior to and during our stay when we had questions. We had a great week!

Another excellent vacation

We stayed here last year and the whole family loved it so much we decided to stay again this year. IRB is truly a beautiful beach and we love the area. The beach is never crowded and everything is so close. We always find the most amazing treasures when we are snorkeling out in the beautiful ocean. We also really love this condo. It is always so clean and very well stocked. The owner is great to work with and extremely helpful. I am so happy we were able to still enjoy our family vacation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place again this year! We look forward to returning again next year!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This place feels like vacation, but has all the amenities of home. Since it is a small complex, it is a quiet retreat to come and relax. The condo provides a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit. Enjoy our gorgeous new pool or take a swim in one of Florida's most popular beaches. You can walk for miles of uninterrupted beach. Several restaurants are within walking distance along with a CVS drug store and ice cream shops, making it a very convenient location.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Fishing, boating, swimming, and anything else that the being so close to the beach can bring you. So many dining spots and shops are a short walk away. St Pete/Clearwater Airport is 25 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 40 minutes. Some of the most popular spots to visit are Clearwater Beach, John's Pass that are also available by trolley.
