L'un des meilleurs de Folly! Pier Pleasure est un condo de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain situé au centre des villas Beachwalk. Profitez de votre grand balcon privé offrant une vue partielle sur l’océan avec beaucoup de ciel bleu, et de nombreux sièges à l’extérieur. La belle plage et le quai de pêche ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied, tout comme la rue Centre où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et magasins locaux. Détendez-vous dans le salon confortable où vous aurez toujours cette vue magnifique sur Folly Beach depuis les portes coulissantes qui donnent sur le balcon et laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Organisez une soirée cinéma en famille autour du grand téléviseur intelligent à écran plat avec câble HD et lecteur Blu-ray. Cuisinez vos plats préférés dans la cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision connectée à écran plat et d'une salle de bains avec une grande baignoire à jets. Les deux autres chambres sont situées à l'extrémité opposée du condo et disposent toutes de lits queen size. Tous les lits sont équipés de draps confortables et de haute qualité. Pier Pleasure comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un parking réservé pour deux véhicules et un ascenseur dans le complexe pour un accès facile! Venez voir par vous-même pourquoi rester ici est vraiment un plaisir!

Well appointed and maintained property, great location

We had a lovely stay at Pier Pleasure. Couldn’t ask for a better location and everything in the condo was nice and in good condition. Point off for no jetted tub and the unit number was hard to find in description.

Folly Beach & Charleston

Property was excellent overall; comfortable, clean and well furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony deck area in the evenings. It was a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The close proximity to Charleston, 20 minutes, allowed taking in some southern culture, something that seems more difficult along the gulf coast. I will definitely consider this property again if a future need arises. Note: on the evening of our arrival, the outlet fitting to the water heater burst. We shut off the water to the water heater and called Folly's Best management. They had a new water heater installed by about 1pm the next day. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency in which this situation was resolved. We spent most of the next morning and afternoon at the beach anyway, and it had little impact on our stay. Trust Folly's Best.

Excellent!

So lucky to have found this condo! Everything about the condo was great but the porch was AMAZING. We loved sitting on the huge deck giving us a view of the water and loads of people watching. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything and a short drive to Charleston or Mt. Pleasant. My only advice is to bring your own pillow!

Perfect location in Folly

We’ve been coming to Folly multiple times a year since the mid 90s and I pick different rentals based on the time of year, who is coming with us, and how long we are staying. This condo is perfect for people who want to be close to Center St., the pier, and Bert’s (and who don’t mind a little noise). For us and our adult children, it was perfect to go to the beach and to visit the restaurants and bars. The condo itself was super clean and has definitely gone out of its way to make it convenient and comfortable. There is a big beautiful balcony to sit on and people watch. And even though the condo is on the 2nd block in, you can even see a sliver of the ocean from it. You get 2 parking spots and it was not difficult to find free parking on Cooper for our 3rd car. If you are familiar with Folly and want to be where the action is, this is a great option.

Folly’s Best!

This property far exceeded our expectations! It was fully stocked for everything you need and so very clean! The bathroom floor tile sparkled! The bed linens were extra nice too. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and the pier. The large porch was the perfect place to relax and watch the surfers in the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Plenty of space, comfortable family room and deck was amazing! We were so close to everything, we felt safe and slept comfortably.

I totally agree with the other reviews-this place is very clean, which is one of the reasons we chose this rental. It’s also roomy and a nice layout. The beds were decently comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. Another bonus was all the food containers. We like to cut up fruits, etc. and usually there are no storage containers to store it. There is a Keurig, but the property description only says a drip coffee maker (there’s both). There is a nice little vacuum for keeping the sand cleaned up. The location is fantastic! A couple blocks from the beach, with a nice view from the balcony and close to dining/shopping. Surprisingly the taco/tequila bar was not loud or intrusive for being so close. We would stay here again.

Nice visit

We loved the place and it was as advertised. We loved the Folly Beach location. It's laid back beach town but the condo was enough off the main street that noise wasn't ever an issue.

Cancellation policy

It was my fault, but I missed reading the cancellation policy. There is zero cancellation allowed once booked. So there is definitely a risk involved with this booking! I looked at canceling our booking due to friends having a death in the family and the funeral service the wknd of our trip. Fortunately we had other friends that could make the trip in their place. Aside from that, the accommodations and location where excellent! Nice large front porch with a nice view of the Atlantic and good for people watching. Very friendly lady from the mngmnt company came by and asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything after we checked in. Place was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

Best location on Folly Beach for walking

As soon as we walked into the unit, we could tell it was very well maintained and was the perfect location. The unit is right next to Taco Boy restaurant but we did not hear any noise from it or around us. There are so many bars and restaurants and shopping practically at your door. There is private parking and an elevator. You walk across two streets and you are on the beach next to the pier. The unit is beautifully designed with nice furniture inside and out and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had tons of dishes and pots and pans and small appliances. We loved our weekend away and would use this same unit again.

Terrible Experience

Property manager would not refund our money when we cancelled due to our stay being scheduled at the time Hurricane Ian came through Charleston. They care about profit only and not the safety of their guests. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!

Great place

As a short term rental owner myself, I’m very picky about other places. I have to say, this place was insanely clean and organized. The location was perfect for a quick beach getaway. The manager was so kind to handle a missing watch we forgot. I can’t say enough great things.

What a clean and relaxing condo! We had everything we needed for our little family, from rented beach chairs to laundry in the unit. We spent our days at the beach, then walked to any number of restaurants for dinner. We did cook breakfast and lunch in the unit, which was easy with all the tools provided. The proximity to Center Street means that you get more of the night life, like music from bars and clubs on weekend nights, but they shut down at a reasonable hour. Very happy to have spent our vacation at Pier Pleasure!

Incredible location, incredible place

The pictures of this property don’t do it, or it’s proximity to the heart of Folly Beach, justice! The place was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The size of the balcony was an extra bonus. We’ve stayed in Folly Beach on several different occasions and this was by far our favorite property.

This property is excellent, and is within walking distance to everything you need! We parked when we got there and didn’t start the car until it was time to leave. I’ve stayed at this property 3 times now and have enjoyed it every time. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

The condo was very clean and just as described. Loved how close we were to the ocean and to bars/restaurants. The weekend night noise was a little loud at Taco Boy, but it didn't go on really late at night. The porch was amazing for sitting and people watching. We enjoyed our stay!
