Cette maison de vacances remplie d'agréments peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes; un lit king, deux lits queen, cinq lits jumeaux et un futon double sont fournis. Cour arrière clôturée, beaucoup d'espace pour se promener et faire de l'exercice avec l'un des cinq vélos (une remorque de vélo pour enfant est fournie).

La résidence à deux étages de 1868 pieds carrés est le rêve d'un cinéphile devenu réalité. Il y a quatre téléviseurs, quatre magnétoscopes et trois lecteurs DVD. Un télécopieur / imprimante / copieur est fourni si vous en avez besoin; il y a un CD stéréo pour jouer votre musique préférée. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou près de la cheminée et rafraîchissez-vous avec la climatisation.

Les autres équipements comprennent une laveuse / sécheuse, un garage double, une table de ping-pong et un barbecue à gaz.

Perfect Stay

This property had everything we could hope for. It was very well stocked in all aspects. We especially appreciated how family friendly it was as we had several littles with us. It was so cozy and comfortable and the Sharc passes and the hot tub were hits as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

The Ultimate Dog House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The “Dogs” are a group of 10 military vets that gather each year at Sunriver to play golf and renew friendships. We appreciate living quarters that are comfortable, well-furnished, and convenient to amenities. McKenzie #4 qualified on all aspects. Compared to similar properties, the rent was quite reasonable. We would not hesitate to book it again.

Fantastic Retreat!

Our group had plenty of room for all of our sleeping spaces, playing group games, meals together, ping pong tournaments, bike rides, patio and hot tub hang outs, and just enjoying time together.

The house had a great location at circle 5, great layout for out friends/family and good amenities. Our only suggestion is to re-paint the walls and replace the carpeting that was very stained.

Wonderful for group get together

This home has a perfect setup to spend time with your friends and family. The open concept and HUGE kitchen made it so comfortable to spend time together. The large deck made for a perfect place to sit and chat while we drank coffee in the morning!

Great little spot for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife and I, our three kiddos (teens) and my mom and sister. Convenient for all, plenty of space for everyone to get some privacy, bikes worked great, BBQ was full of gas and ready for several cooks, and the house stayed cool with temps in the 90s.

Great location!!!

The house needs some updates for sure. The beds were super uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The back deck Is borderline. It’s super warped wood and seems a tad dangerous. I did love the location.

Oregon vacation

I absolutely loved this property. It was just like in the pictures. Well organized and clean. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. I went with my whole family a total of 10 people including children and they all loved the home. They loved the hot tub very nice, clean and relaxing. If you need something they are quick to answer phone calls and help you right away. They have great customer service. Overall a great vacation home. I definitely recommend this home and location very beautiful.

Nice Stay but Wrong Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great - both inside and the back deck & hottub! Unfortunately the location was 2 circles farther away from where it was placed on VRBO. We let Sunset Lodging know, and they were responsive, "Our account with VRBO is set up so that the address is accessible once a booking occurs." It was too bad because the other 20 family members were all at circle 3, but we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 5 nights in this rental. Experience was okay. Property exterior is very neglected. Interior is okay, but rugs are very dirty and need deep cleaning or replacement. Ample beds for large group, nice sized living room. Good selection of bikes in garage that were in good working order. Nice hot tub which we enjoyed every day.

Don’t stay here

The Menegment was less then poor, no humanity, very rude way of communication with sunset lodging. Could not get ahold with them, had to call VRBO agent and they were able to get them on the phone hours later. Will not book with this sunset lodging ever again. The property is nice, but definatlt NOT worth dealing with scum.

Great family vacation spot

Pleasant experience renting this property in Sunriver. Well stocked kitchen as far as cooking utensils and cook ware go. Home was cozy and plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and private back deck. Set up was great for our diverse any range to all be together. 2 yrs up to 74 yrs. . We had to contact rental management a couple times over garage door that wouldn’t close and laundry washer that was full of water when we arrived and did not drain. They were on it, very helpful, and communicated well. Unfortunately washer was not able to be fixed during our stay there. But overall we had a wonderful time and property was great!!

It was ok not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bedroom bed is highly uncomfortable, it is stiff as a rock it needs to be replaced. Also there were things that were missed by the cleaning before we came. There were dirty towels on the backs of doors and dirty cleaning towels left on the counter in the master bedroom. I felt like check out time was too early at 10:00 with trying to get myself and my kids up and out of the house plus the house company wanting me to get certain things done before we left that should have been there job. Since I was already paying a cleaning fee. It was a stressful end to our vacation. Also when I had emailed the property management company on the day we arrived to ask for a late check out they did not respond.

AC was a savior as it was in the 90s every day and smoky outside towards the end of the trip. Be careful if you’re staying upstairs it’s still hot! You’ll need fans. Deck is well stocked but warping badly. Great appliances! One of them sings to you! Ha! Dishes are gigantic and heavy. Odd choice. Good but not great bikes. Ping pong WOULD have been great except the nets are broken. Cool fountain in back but couldn’t turn it on. Great central location. Fenced yard in back great if you have a pet. We didn’t and I’m not sure if you can even bring pets. Fence is warping and it’s hard to open and close the gate. Odd furniture set up in living room. None of it faces the TV and the couch is as hard as a rock. Don’t do any flying leaps into the couch. You’ll break your shoulder. The best chair in the house is a recliner in the master bedroom that is aimed at the bed. Presumably for those people that like to rock in a chair and stare at others while they sleep. The master bed was comfy enough but it lumpy. They need to leave cleaning supplies! Kitchen floor got sticky! The washer dryer needs a light in the closet. It also needs a sliding door instead of folding doors. If those doors are open the teeny hallway becomes impassable. Decor is odd. My wife couldn’t stand looking at the weird fake pear bowl on the table and had to move it. Toilets are low. Like baby’s-first-potty low. I think our toilet was made by Fisher Price. They worked though. Here’s the thing, though. If you go to Sunriver-inside is not the place you’ll hang out. We were biking, running, walking and rafting every day and this is a great house to return to at the end of a hot afternoon. We would stay there again. If you are a stickler for the finer things, this is not the house for you. Brenda at management was awesome and easily reached. Thanks Brenda!

Excellent owner communication, house not as expected

The house condition was not what we expected based on the listing photos. The management company that owns the property was easy to reach and prompt in responding to us during our stay. Check in/out procedure was easy. The location was quiet and not far from the river.

Comfortable House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy coming to this home because it is very comfortable. We always know what to expect. We love the area, the small circle for the kids to ride in and not have a bunch of cars to worry about, as well as the distance to Fort Rock, River and the Village. The house is not perfect by any means, but this allows for us to be more relaxed and let our kids be kids. There are, however, always a few things that need fixing. This time (although its been like this for years) the shower head fell down, the toggle for the bathtub came off the faucet and the fan cover fell down... all seemed to be just hanging on by a thread and need actual attention instead of... tape. The bikes are just okay too, we had a problem with chains falling off and seats that wiggle side to side and up and down. So bring your own if you plan to ride a bunch. But, having said that, we keep coming back to the same house for exactly the reason I said, its comfortable for our two families to join together for one week each summer!
