A luxury three bedroom front line golf apartment situated on the Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 20 minutes from Marbella. The complex enjoys a large swimming pool and children's' paddling pool, with golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash, sauna, gymnasium, playground, bar and restaurant only 5 minutes away at the country club. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and includes an extensive south facing (30 metre square) sun terrace with teak furniture, central heating/air conditioning,video/DVD, FREE WI FI, INTERNET SKY SATELLITE, safe, underground parking, elevator, all kitchen appliances and luxury hydro-massage shower.


Location: The apartment is very conveniently situated a few kilometres up the main road to Ronda from the coast. It is one of the largest apartments in the Las Jacarandas complex and is located on the first floor (of 3) in a front line golf position with views of the golf course and surrounding hills. The apartment enjoys a large communal swimming pool (situated right behind) and childrens' pool and a few minutes away at the club are golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash, sauna and gym facilities, together with an excellent bar and restaurant with great views to the coast. San Pedro is the nearest town with a local supermarket, and Puerto Banus has a huge hypermarket 'El Corte Ingles' where you can buy anything you desire!

Attractions: San Pedro, a quiet Spanish resort, is the nearest beach and shopping centre. Puerto Banus is just a few more minutes away (about 10) with its numerous bars, restaurants, marina, beaches and sophisticated night life. Marbella itself is about 20 minutes away and you can take a slow drive through the mountains to Ronda in about an hour. Some of the best restaurants along the Costa are in Benahavis (a gourmet town), which is situated in the neighbouring hills and is a picturesque 25 minutes from Los Arqueros. The historical cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba are all within a few hours drive.

Getting there: The apartment is very conveniently located about 40 minutes from Malaga airport off the main Ronda road. It is an easy drive along the new 'autopista del sol' (for a small toll) and then a very short climb into the hills above Marbella. A secure underground car park, with remote garage entrance is provided. A car is essential, unless, of course, you just want to soak up the sun!

We had an excellent week at the condo @ Los Arqueros Estates - Las Jacarandas building. The unit is spacious, tidy & very comfortable for 4 adults (although sleeps 6). If you enjoy antique furniture, this is your place. Our favourite aspect of the space is the outdoor terrace which includes three seating areas, lounging chairs, eating area, & coffee table section. We enjoyed breakfast, coffee & beverages on the terrace daily. For plant lover the terrace includes a good selection of mini palms(?) & flowering plants. A very short walk from the unit is a large & very well kept community swimming pool. We loved our daily visits to the pool & seating area. Also, the owner of the unit was highly responsive to all our questions & requests.

Fantastic stay!
We have just returned from this property. Having originally booked for April 2020 we had to reschedule 3 times due to Covid and travel restrictions and each time was no hassle at all - Stuart was so easy to deal with. The property itself is beautiful. There is so much space there were four of us and we would have easily had space for another two. Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge amount of space to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and the outside space was fab. Even in April we were able to sit outside at night - the terrace is south facing so had the sun until quite late and remained warm afterwards. We loved our stay here and will definitely book here again next time we come back to Spain!

Some sunshine and warmth in Jauary
This is our second January stay in this wonderful apartment, this time for 3 weeks. It is as good as ever - spacious, well equipped, quiet and well located. We have been regular visitors to Los Arqueros over the years. We think it is the best complex in the area and it would be hard to find a better apartment. We greatly value the south-facing, "triple" balcony. We shall return!

Yet another fantastic stay!!
Our third visit to this apartment, each one being between 8-12weeks long. Stuart as always was fantastic at sorting any issues that occur and offering sound advice. The apartment has everything that you could possible need. The location is great although a car is a necessity in order to get around. The whole complex is very secure with underground parking. However care needs to be taken whilst manoeuvring around the car park as some turns are quite tight. Thankfully we didn’t have a huge car. There are 2 pools on your doorstep which are never crowded. I’m not sure if the pools are heated, certainly the water is beautifully refreshing when it’s hot but if there is a cool breeze it can feel a tad chilly!!! The grounds are immaculately kept. We had trips to Sevilla, Granada, Cadiz and loads of other more local places, so plenty to do. There are plenty of good restaurants around but you do need transport to access them. One word of warning, when it rains in southern Spain it can be torrential so don’t be surprised if there is localised flooding. Although we barely saw a cloud on this holiday.

Great relaxing stay
My family and myself had a great 16 night stay at this property in July 2019. The apartment is very spacious so lots of room for everyone. The balcony is vast and great to sit out day and evening. The pool is a 30 second walk from the apartment which was great and never totally crowded, never had a problem getting beds. Stuart was excellent and communicated well and quickly. We will definately be going back.

A great stay as usual!
We love it here and it’s now like our second home. Great spacious apartment with good sized pools and immaculate grounds. Lots of great places close by, we ate at the golf club again which is lovely sat outside with views of Gibraltar and the sea. La heredia just up the hill has a great Dutch bakers & coffee shop with a bar next door, Italian restaurant and butchers in beautiful surroundings. Also recommend Benahavis which has some great restaurants. Looking forward to our return in November. Thanks again Stuart and Julia

Los Arqueros Revisited!
Our second visit to this wonderful apartment and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Stuart is a brilliant host who is always very attentive and reply’s to, and sorts any questions out extremely promptly. Again the apartment was spotless and supports all the mod cons and more. It has the most amazing terrace which has the sun most of the day and if it happens to be windy is a great spot to sunbathe. The apartment itself is beautifully cool and on the odd occasion we used the a/c it was tremendously efficient. The complex is beautifully maintained and never seemed to get too busy even in the school holidays. The swimming pool is amazing with plenty of loungers and a refreshing temperature. Serious lengths can be swum. Secure underground parking is great although some of the corners are a little tight if you have a big car, so cautious manoeuvring is required. The golf club, which is about a fifteen minute walk away is a great place for a drink or have a meal and has wonderful views. There are plenty of great places to visit for the day like Gibraltar, Tarifa, Rhonda and Migas and we spent a couple of days in both Granada and Seville which were about 2 hours away. We joined a gym in San Pedro which is a 10 min drive away and was very reasonably priced with a variety of classes and we also enrolled for Spanish lessons in the town. We discovered a walking club last time we were here called The Field Club which is based in Fuengirola and rejoined that. We also found some lovely walks locally around Benahavís which is a sweet little traditional Spanish looking town. I would thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment, and although it was just the two of us we had a few guests come and go. It sleeps 6 and it’s great to have the two bathrooms. As I said we ve stayed before and have already booked in for our next visit!

Fantastic value, lovely apartment
We stayed in this apartment 17th to 24th March 2019. Really nice flat with everything we needed. The outside space with 3 seperate balconies for dining, seating and sunbathing was ideal. A fabulous month in the Spanish sun
We normally travel to Spain in February for a couple of weeks, but this year we wanted a full month with some relatives that wanted to join us as well. We chose an apartment on the Los Arqueros golf estate, where we'd played golf and eaten many times previously. The location is perfectly placed just off the Ronda Road and not far from the towns of San Pedro & Benahavis, the gourmet capital of Andalucia. The 1st floor apartment in the Las Jacarandas complex was the perfect choice. It has secure underground parking, access to a huge pool area, and 3 adjoining balconies on the sunny side of the building. There are 3 very large, comfortable bedrooms, each with wardrobe storage, 2 large bathrooms, a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility room with washing and drying machines also featured. The main lobby, dining room and lounge was very spacious. There is a large dining suite near the kitchen and comfortable sofas and chairs in the lounge. A flat-screen TV with Sky, IPTV and a DVD player were also available, so the description offered beforehand was 100% accurate. On arrival the apartment was fully cleaned and fresh towels and bedding were available in all 3 bedrooms. After a quick trip to the nearest supermarket for basic supplies we were ready to start the holiday. There are so many restaurants in the area, you are completely spoiled for choice. Some of our favourites include Multani's, Amigo's and Ruffinos in Benahavis and La Capannina on the main A7 towards Estepona, a few hundred metres from the Benahavis exit. If you go to Benahavis, we would certainly recommend Chicos Bar, before dinner. You get a G & T large enough to bathe a small child... We were close enough to Marbella so we made a habit of a Sunday stroll and coffee at Cappucinos along the promenade, followed by a wander around the Old Town, and lunch outside in Orange Square. Always a delight. We contacted the owners who confirmed that as holiday residents, we were entitled to a 20% discount on the beautiful Los Arqueros course. Also, the nearby pay & play 9-hole at El Higueral, between Los Arqueros and Benahavis is well up to standard. The area has so much to offer, golf, water sports, some excellent walks, and more wining and dining than is probably good for you. I would happily recommend this apartment to friends & family, as far as we were concerned, it was flawless. So much so that we will likely book the same next year.

A superb apartment on the Los Aqueros development
A well equipped, well maintained and roomy 3 bedroom apartment. The terrace, in 3 separate sections, was south-facing, unlike those in many other apartments. Very quick responses from the owners when booking and travelling down. The Los Aqueros development is, in our opinion, the best of its type in the area. Very well maintained, with teams of gardeners keeping its gardens and flora in excellent appearance. The clubhouse can be reached on foot in 20 minutes - friendly staff and good food. The coast from Marbella to Estepona is always wonderful, providing enjoyable coastal walks; we have an especial fondness for San Pedro - it is constantly improving each year.

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful location
We spent just over 7 weeks at this beautiful apartment. Located on a golf course the surroundings are beautiful. The apartment block itself is in a secure area with underground parking, and there is also plenty of parking outside on the road. The gardens around the apartment are maticulously maintained and the pools, one small children’s pool and a much larger one which we used was great, never very busy and the water very refreshing but not too cold. The apartment is perfectly furnished and we wanted for nothing. All the machines functioned as they should and easy to use. It was possible to watch British TV and we just had to call Julie to come and talk us through how to watch catchup. A car is a necessity here but there is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. We joined both an English speaking walking group and a gym located in San Pedro where we did classes most evenings. The local supermarket (Mercadona) is about 10mins away in the car and is well stocked. We were able to welcome four family members to the apartment one weekend and the bedding and towels etc were already in place in preparation for their visit. All in all a wonderful extended holiday, so much so that we have already booked our next visit in the Spring! Thanks Stuart and Julia and Julie for making it such an enjoyable experience.

The most amazing apartment in a wonderful location
This apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. It is incredibly spacious and although only my husband and I were staying in the apartment all the beds were kindly made up to accommodate family members for a weekend. Julie (the manager)is always on hand to help with any enquiries and popped round to help us with the tv and safe. Stuart the owner also replied incredibly quickly to emails we sent him. The whole complex is very secure with underground parking which is great when it is so hot outside. The swimming pool is huge, you can do some serious lengths in it, a perfect temperature and there are always loads of loungers free. The Los Arqueros complex is beautiful and immaculate and the club house is just round the corner and certainly worth a visit for a drink or meal. A car really is a necessity if you want to go out and about but there is plenty to do and see around the area. We actually joined an English speaking walking group which is a great way to see part of the area that we wouldn’t have explored ourselves and also joined a gym in San Pedro which laid on excellent classes and although we don t speak Spanish they were very welcoming and the classes easy to follow. We enjoyed visiting San Pedro beach which is very close to the apartment and with plenty of free parking right on the sea front. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit the Costa del Sol and in fact we are already booked in for a visit next Spring. Thank you so much Stuart and Julia

Beautiful Apartment in stunning landscaped grounds - very easy to relax.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a stay on the Costa del Sol. Its large and airy with great air conditioning and excellent wifi coverage - both essential for my family. The shared pool was always quiet with plenty of spare sun-beds and was only 2 minutes away. The underground car park was useful but with lots of columns to manoeuvre around so not great for the less confident driver - although there was always room to park on the road if needed. The kitchen was the best equipped that we have ever had - appreciated the glasses for the odd bottle of Cava! Well placed for visits to Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banus or Benahavis and the Golf Club restaurant although not 'gourmet' was perfectly good for quick bite to eat and they do a great Pina Colada! Communications were always excellent - nothing left to chance. Can't fault it at all!

Fabulous spacious apartment
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this lovely apartment. We travelled as a party of 6 with the grandparents and 2 teenagers and there was more than enough room for all of us. The apartment has everything that you could ask for inside and a lovely private terrace area outside. We made good use of the pool area which was really clean and well kept with plenty of sun beds. All the instructions given by the owner were detailed and we had no problems finding the apartment. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Perfect holiday
My friends and I stayed at this property for the second time over Easter and it didn't disappoint. We were very impressed with the whole apartment which was very high spec, beautifully maintained and comfortable. The owners are obviously keen gardeners and the new potted plants were a much welcome addition. The nearest town of Benahavis was full of fantastic places to eat and we thoroughly enjoyed trying new restaurants. The complex is very quiet had a very relaxed atmosphere so we all felt totally refreshed after our holiday. I would highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly be returning in the future.

Excellent apartment in a great location
The apartment is large and very well furnished and in a great location; close enough to beautiful Ronda as well as the coast and other places to visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday in the Marbella area.

Very good standard apartment, has everything needed for a pleasant family holiday.
A very positive experience staying at this luxury apartment. The interior is spotlessly clean and modern, the exterior boasts a very large balcony area with plenty of space for dining outside or sunbathing. The free wifi and British tv channels were a popular addition for the kids. All communal areas including gardens and the pools are immaculate. The helpful communication from the owners was first class. A car is a must when staying in Los Aqueros, but the quality restaurants in Benahavis, San Pedro and Puerto Banus are only 10 minutes away. This property is a perfect base for a holiday, I would highly recommend it to any family wishing to stay in this area. The only slight downside to the location is a lack of bars or shops in safe walking distance. There are a few bars and a supermarket just down the hill from the apartment but the road is not suitable for pedestrians. Overall we were very happy to have stayed here it suited our needs perfectly and if the apartment is available next summer, we will be looking at booking again. Cheers. Paul H.

Fab summer holiday!
Another great family holiday, relaxing, golfing, eating out and beach time. This apartment is so handy for everything we need as a family and Stuart and Julia are so easy to deal with. Spotless apartment, ready for our next stay already end of September!

Lovely apartment and we enjoyed the tennis & pool
The apartment was clean and tidy and pretty well equipped for a rental property. The balconies were all linked so there was enough outside space for us to relax. We loved the tennis and pools and we managed to play tennis 4 times in the 4 days we stayed. The kids also had a lesson with the local coach, Michel. The whole complex is clean and very well maintained. We had lunch at the club house which was good and there's a handy supermarket about 2 mins from Los Arqueros. - the only downside was that the beds were very hard as we're used to soft beds at home. Stuart communicated all the information we needed in advance so thank you for a super break! Fiona
