Une cheminée à gaz confortable, des plafonds voûtés avec poutres apparentes et puits de lumière, et une grande terrasse enveloppante avec un bain à remous privé et des sièges de patio créent une atmosphère charmante pour vos vacances. 10 Deer Lane dispose de 2 confortables chambres queen et de 2 salles de bain complètes - une de chaque à l'étage principal et à l'étage. Great little cabin!

Loved the cabin, the quiet neighborhood, sitting on the deck at sunset and the hot tub. Deer came through every day that we were there. Great communication with property manager. Very easy check in and out! Thank you!

Romantic weekend away saved by great customer service!

My girlfriend and I came up here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and unfortunately on the trip down, had issues with chains breaking due to icy roads which threatened to ruin our trip! Christy and the team went out of their way to buy us some new chains and saved us so much hassle! Apart from that, the place was beautiful and quiet, a perfect place to relax!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean and ready. The hot tub was nice. The cabin had signs all around like "don't set the AC below 72 or it will stop working", "don't put food in the disposal", "if the wi-fi doesn't work, it is your device". I suppose I would do the same if I were a property manager. Good location, basic amenities, everything in working order. Keep in mind that all of the activities at Sunriver are extra. It was fun, but an expensive vacation.

Just what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Sunriver to getaway around the winter holidays and we always book a house through Bennington Properties. We booked this one fairly last minute and needed a place that would accept dogs so we were limited. We ended up with this house and have no complaints! Location was perfect and we had such a good time we decided to come back to the area to explore this summer. Despite all the snow, we still walked to the village area daily and loved walking the plowed trails throughout Sunriver. We enjoyed staying closer to the entrance of Sunriver because it can get tough to navigate in and out with 'traffic'. Eager to come back!

Deer Lane 10 Stay

We loved the cabin and location. Very clean and close to village. The only issue was being so close to the train tracks - it took a couple of days to get used to the sound of the train late at night. Great place to stay!

The perfect Winter Wonderland Retreat

This house was great and the Bennington team were super helpful from the beginning to the end. We had snowfall of some sort each day we were in the cabin and able to walk easily to the Village to grab supplies, dinner or coffee. The loft was a perfect place for our boys to escape to and play games, and a convenient place to do yoga for my wife and I in the mornings. The Bennington team was super helpful, everything was taken care of for us, and we even had a great welcome gift for our dog.

This house is dog friendly. Our cat had to stay with my daughter. We were glad we didn't bring the dog because there is no fence. We humans loved staying here.

Great little house that was well stocked with all the amenities needed. Very close to the village and bike paths so you can walk everywhere needed. Will definitely look at staying here again.

August 2019 Stay

We booked a last minute trip for my husbands birthday to Sunriver and were very happy with our choice. 10 Deer was a cute little house with more than enough space for our family of 3. My daughter loved the cute little care package Bennington left for her, and was over joyed that she got her “own room” with the day bed in the loft. Perfect location to the Village, we enjoyed the short walks. Will definitely be back and renting another Bennington property.

August 2017 Stay

The folks at Bennington were lovely & helpful. The photos don't tell the whole story. This is a tired and older Sunriver home. The good; close to the village, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. It was fun to be able to dine either in our out. We used the outside table the most. What makes this house a 2+/3- are the following: small & cramped bedroom & bathroom (tiny fiberglass shower) on the 1st floor, pet friendly with stained carpet to match, close to the freight train tracks, with loud trains coming through between 5 am & 11 pm, moldy & smelly washer & dryer in the upstairs bathroom and AC only for use during the day. They did provide plenty of fans and asked you to open windows during the night. It was hard to cool the downstairs bedroom by night. The first evening, as we began to prepare dinner, were surprised and disappointed to find the BBQ's propane tank empty & the grill filthy. We love Sunriver and have been coming since 1969. It was a

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was good. The rental was in a convenient location for our first time stay at Sunriver. When we arrived we had a problem with the deck stairs and they were fixed immediately. I thought the rental could have been cleaner. I know it was a dog property, but I still expect the highest cleanliness. The dust bunnies in our room were not good. The bathrooms were clean which was excellent. The bikes need repair. They shifted on their own and that made it dangerous when riding. A simple service is al that is required. Next time I will bring my own. We visited from Washington not Tulare, CA.
