Cette maison construite en 2004 se trouve sur une colline avec un pont autour du pont. La cuisine spacieuse avec comptoir en granit est fait pour se divertir. Mangez dans la grande salle à manger ou sur le pont arrière. 4 chambres (3-reines, 1-double), 2 salles de bain complètes + 1/2 salle de bain, laveuse / sécheuse au 2ème étage. Chambre des maîtres avec télévision et coin salon. Grande télévision monté sur une cheminée à gaz avec des sièges confortables dans le salon. Nouveaux planchers de bois au 1er étage, escaliers et chambre des maîtres. Proche des commodités Narragansett, Newport, campus URI et Wickford Village. Literie confortable avec housses de protection, édredons et oreillers; draps (draps et serviettes) responsabilité du locataire - linge peut être «loué» localement pour la semaine.

End of August at Narrow River

The house was very clean and organized upon arrival and we really enjoyed our stay in Narragansett. Beautiful yard with a nice lawn for croquet. We loved having use of two kayaks and life jackets as well as the beach area for swimming. There are a few things that could be checked by the owners: 1. No screen doors in front and back. That was a big disappointment 2. No fly swatter. Many flies in the house when we arrived. 2. Light bulbs not working in the master bedroom sitting area, back porch, stove and night light in 1st floor bath. 3. Ice maker not working 4. Garden hose drips and porch hose sprayed from connection with house 5. Master bath - toilet sings when flushed and shower drips 6. Dryer takes two cycles to dry clothes 7. Neither of the two can openers worked 8. We received no response from the owner to a request via VRBO for the combo for beach parking. Although we wanted to love the rental, the many small issues detracted us from giving a higher rating.

Family vacation

This was a great rental, the house is outfitted comfortably for our family, perfectly located next to so many fun activities and the owners were so easy to work with. We used the kayaks several times! Thank you Deb and Chris!

Perfect house and location

The property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable for our family of 6. The back yard is just the right size for outdoor games and dining, and the front yard is a lovely view from the porch rocking chairs. We loved the close proximity to Narragansett Town Beach and Newport. Carissa at Narraganset Properties was a joy to work with. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We hope to return next year.

2 weeks at Narragansett

We had a lovely time at this home in Narragansett. It was a brief car ride to many beaches or restaurants. We loved sitting outside either on the front porch or in the backyard. It was very private with beautiful gardens. The owner was very responsive to any questions with a quick reply. We only wished that the living room furniture was a bit more comfortable. Maybe more cushions? Definitely would recommend for couples or families wanting a relaxing vacation.

Just what we needed!

Chris & Deb's house was a perfect match for our multi-generational family's needs! We loved the front porch with rocking chairs and fenced in backyard for our two small dogs. There are flowers everywhere in the yard which adds to the charm of the property. The house is spacious and up to date and we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Chris & Deb for everything!!

Great Locaton & House

My daughter found this fantastic house so we can bring our two dogs on vacation with us instead of boarding them. The house had everything we needed for cooking and grilling including a basic set of spices. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved playing with our dogs in the fenced-in backyard. The location was perfect and within 10 to 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. We are already planing our trip for next summer because there is so much to do in Rhode Island and this house is in the perfect location. The owner is quick to respond to any questions about the property. I highly recommend booking your vacation at this property.

Comfortable stay

The rental was a great space for our family. It had plenty of space for all of us. The master bedroom was huge and nice to have laundry on second floor. One of our favorite spots was the front porch with the rockers. Another great feature was the Narrow River Beach being a ten minute walk away. It was a nice little neighborhood for walks and there was a playground nearby as well. The place was relatively clean, but we did encounter stray hairs and a moldy shower curtain in the upstairs master bath when arriving. Luckily, we found a replacement shower curtain under the sink. Additionally, the grease trap in the grill was full when we arrived and only half of the grill was functioning properly. Overall it was a great stay and we were happy with the accommodations. The house was well stocked with everything we needed except lobster utensils! Thank you for a wonderful week and fond memories.

The comforts of homes.

Spacious vacation home with comforts of home. Nice neighbor. Walking distance to private beach/ lake. Kayaks were included and great condition and kayaking was awesome. Home is within short distance of state beaches, light houses and Newport. One of our best vacations defentily will return and rent same home.

Last minute weekend away

We enjoyed our stay. We hadn’t been to RI to visit a family member since the pandemic started. We got the house last minute. It was a great stay for the two of us and our two small pups. The backward private and cozy. A family of 8 could fit their nicely. I would say the only negative thing is the house could have been cleaner. The base boards, stairs and lampshades were dusty and cobwebs. All of the hard wood floors could have used a good washing. That did not stop us from having a good time.

Four night stay

We booked last minute for a four night stay with two other couples. Nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for lawn games. Property management dropped the ball for check-in but a representative showed up two days later to rectify.

RI has become our go-to-place over the years, with the beautiful beaches on the east and south side of Route 1 and the natural lakes and tree settings on the interior. RI has numerous amenities to fit your mood. Everything you might want to do is only a short distance away.
