Niché parmi les oliviers centenaires, Lemoni est un cottage en pierre intime qui déborde de charisme et de style. Datant à l'origine de 1893 et situé dans une oliveraie, il a été entièrement rénové et imaginativement conçu pour profiter pleinement des magnifiques vues qui l'entourent tout en restant à l'écart de ses voisins.

Charming Lemoni Cottage est le refuge idéal pour les jeunes mariés ou pour les couples à la recherche de vacances reposantes et est le «lieu de détente» parfait.
La villa est également livré avec un tarif réduit pour la location de voitures et de bateaux, veuillez vous renseigner.
Le logement est de plain-pied avec de hauts plafonds voûtés en pin de couleur lavée qui créent un intérieur frais et spacieux et en utilisant des matériaux naturels tels que le bois et la pierre avec un mobilier confortable, une ambiance tranquille a été créée à l'intérieur. Le salon est décloisonné et comprend un coin chambre séparé par un muret des coins salon, salle à manger et cuisine. Les portes permettent non seulement à la lumière de pénétrer dans le chalet, mais donnent également sur la grande terrasse où vous pouvez manger ou simplement vous asseoir et profiter des vues fantastiques sur la mer jusqu'à la péninsule de Lixouri à l'horizon. La terrasse vous permet également d'accéder facilement au jardin et à la piscine. Les couchers de soleil en particulier, où se situe Lemoni, sont vraiment superbes et à ne pas manquer!
Il y a deux plages à proximité (Alaties et St Ierousalim), qui sont à une courte distance en voiture et de nombreuses autres belles plages se trouvent dans les environs. Deux petits supermarchés sont situés dans le village de Magganos et il y a aussi un restaurant à distance de marche du chalet, où la nourriture est préparée dans un four à bois. D'autres endroits pour manger peuvent être trouvés dans les villages voisins et le port pittoresque de Fiscardo, qui a un plus grand choix de restaurants et de boutiques, est à 15 minutes en voiture de Lemoni.

Our best ever Sleeps 2

We loved Lemoni for so many reasons: the quiet location with stunning views, the lovely garden with pool, the airy open plan living - simple yet stylish. And then the bonus of having an excellent family run restaurant within easy walking distance! We are sure to be back. Ideal for a couple who actually like each other and whose holiday priorities include tranquillity and beauty.

Rural and idyllic with a wonderful view

A very easy process from start to finish. Villa Lemoni is perfectly situated...tucked away for a romantic retreat but near enough to authentic Greek restaurants and local shops. Fiscardo is not far away and is a beautiful little harbour. A highly recommend property and area.

Delightful!

Our week at Lemoni was totally delightful. The location is perfect with a secluded feel but not far from the village and only a short drive to the beautiful town of Fiscardo. The views are breathtaking and having a wonderful organic restaurant just 2 minutes walk through the garden gate was a real treat as they also offered a great selection for vegetarians. Kefalonia is a truly stunning island and the people were lovely. We booked with Bob at Greek Island Retreats and he was very helpful and even a arranged car hire for us as we arrived very late at the airport. We can highly recommend Lemoni and Greek Island Retreats and we hope to return one day.

Beautifully restored cottage

Beautifully restored 19th century cottage with amazing sea views, and pleasant pool and gardens. About 10 mins drive from several (pebbly, but v nice) beaches, and 15 mins from Fiskardo. Excellent taverna with family cooking 2 mins walk away, and shops about 1.5km walk or drive.

Grandioses Cottage

Dieses Cottage ist der Hammer und hat unsere Erwartungen noch weit übertroffen! Diese uralten Olivenbäume, der Zitronenbaum, die Maulbeer- und die Feigenbäume sind alle wunderbar harmonisch in die Anlage mit dem Pool integriert. Das Grundstück ist trotz sein enormen Grösse von keiner Seite einsehbar und es herrscht nahezu absolute Stille. Hin uns wieder hört man die Glöckchen einer Ziegenherde ansonsten nur Vogelgezwitscher! Ich habe noch nicht das grandiose Panorama erwähnt an das man sich nicht gewöhnt und uns täglich aufs Neue begeistert hat. Sehr zu empfehlen

Perfect traditional holiday cottage for two

Lemoni Cottage is a beautiful traditional stone cottage. It was open plan which made it spacious inside and perfect for two. The pool is perfect for cooling off and has glorious views of the sea. There are two beaches very close by with tavernas which we visited during our stay. The cottage feels secluded however there are villas close by so you don't feel too isolated. If you turn right through the garden gate you can walk to an organic restaurant which we would thoroughly recommend for evening meals. Pretty Fiscardo is a short drive away and is lovely to visit.

Vista sul mare da stupenda villetta

Stupendo luogo per trascorrere le vacanze, villetta in pietra con tutto il necessario, ampio spazio interno con cucina soggiorno e camera in ambiente unico, molto luminoso e ben curato, bagno ampio e comodo. Giardineo esterno molto grande, curato e arredato, piscina ad uso esclusivo, totale privacy. Giudizio generale ottimo.

beautiful and peaceful

Everything met our expectations. A lovely little house with glorious views, a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and complete quiet apart from the cicadas and the distant tinkle of goat bells. Our cleaner was an absolute star and helped us in so many ways - going above and beyond to help me with a much needed delivery of medical supplies! The local contact was also super helpful. Would unreservedly recommend this property.

Cosy retreat with great views in good location

A very attractive house, well equipped and laid out in a private and peaceful location. Outside there's more space than we expected, secluded areas for eating/drinking outside, sunbathing or in shade around the pool. Handy location for Fiskardo and the north, easy drive down to Assos. A couple of minutes walk away is Ranzo Ionio where we had excellent meals, recommended. A drive of five minutes or so to the always good Odysseus taverna at Jerusalem, not to be missed.

Paradise

The cottage was everything we hoped it would be. Idyllic setting, stunning sea views and very, very peaceful. The perfect place to relax. We hired a car and visited some fantastic places, we fell in love with the island. We would highly recommend the family run taverna Ranzo Ionio, which was right on our doorstep. They gave a very warm welcome and served fabulous organic produce from their farm, cooked in a tradition wood oven. We booked our holiday through Bob at Greek Island Retreats and we wouldn't hesitate to do so again. He was very helpful and efficient with all the booking process and gave us lots of information about the island, with tips on where to visit and eat. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Just perfect !!

What an amazing week we had in Kefalonia!! This was our first time on this stunning island and what topped it all was being able to stay in this outstanding stone cottage with views across the Ionian Sea. Although the sea is a mile or so away, due to the elevated location of the cottage, it looks and feels like you are right beside it. The picture on this site illustrates this very well. The lemon and almond trees by the pool give great respite from the sun, if required. The raised beds in the large grounds are in keeping with the stone cottage and the beautifully kept plants and flowers are a delight. Every day we could see something new in the garden, it even has it's own well and olive tree orchard. You have a real sense of privacy throughout the grounds without feeling isolated. The 1893 Lemoni cottage is exactly what we wanted and more. The village of Magganos is within walking distance and there are a couple of restaurants and two well stocked shops with everything you need, mini supermarkets and minutes drive to Fiscardo. It had a well equipped kitchen, which for us was great because we cooked local food without any trouble, everything to hand. The cottage was clean, spacious and nice and cool thanks to the window shutters, a God send when sleeping or even during the day when we wanted to get out of the heat for a while. The bed was comfortable with a mosquito net, although, we didn't need it. We booked our stay through Greek Island Retreats and our contact Bob Avaient made the whole experience of booking a pleasure. Our queries were answered without delay and valuable information was given to us about local restaurants, shops, beaches etc. We cannot wait to return! Maria and Steve

Excellent cottage with stunning views

This was our first visit to Kefelonia. Beautiful island, mountainous and green with several pebbled beaches just a short drive from the property. The description of the cottage is accurate. We booked the cottage and car rental through Bob at Greek Island Retreats. Customer service is good - Bob was always quick to respond to any queries and the whole process was hassle free. Met at the airport with hire car and we were on our way within 15 minutes of collecting our bags - directions to the cottage provided by Bob were easy to follow too. Property is 15 min drive to Fiskardo and there are also two mini markets and several tavernas approx 5 min drive away. The cottage is clean and the housekeeping service was good - they visited 3 times during our 10 day stay. We would recommend Kefelonia, Lemoni Cottage and the services from Bob and Greek Island.

Very pretty and so peaceful!

On our arrival at Villa Lemoni Cottage we could not believe the beautiful view and also how lovely the cottage and gardens were, it is so pretty and very quiet there, no traffic noise, it is set back well away from the road (which is only like a village lane anyway!), you drive along a little track to get to it then go into Lemoni's driveway, it is very private which we liked, you could close the gate if you wanted to and just be in your own little world! The cottage was great and we loved all the original features, like the old bread oven in the kitchen, wonderful! We enjoyed using the pool which is an ideal size for two people and not overlooked in any way which was great. The local area is beautiful and well worth exploring too. Villa Lemoni Cottage is in an ideal position to explore the area. We discovered lots of nice places to eat, and found the local small supermarket in Maganos well stocked too, Fiscardo have a couple of larger supermarkets, which is about 15 minutes away by car. We found Bob from Greek Island Retreats very helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble, he helped us sort out our hire car and gave us directions too from the airport to the area where Villa Lemoni is, which really made a difference. Bob's local knowledge was very good too, he recommended places to visit, eat etc. We would most certainly book with Greek Island Retreats again without a doubt, we will also be returning to Villa Lemoni too and beautiful Kefalonia!

Beautiful cottage in a very peaceful position

We loved our stay at Villa Lemoni Cottage, it is in a beautiful setting and very private too which we liked very much, the views are wonderful as well. The garden areas are very pretty with Olive and Almond trees, the pool and pool area is nice too and not over-looked. There are various terrace areas where you can sit, eat/drink, in the sun or shade depending on your mood! The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and it has a lot of character too. We explored the beautiful area as well, both by car and on foot, the scenery is stunning and we found everyone so friendly. There are a couple of beaches close to Lemoni too, both have tavernas near them. We also went to Fiscardo too which is well worth a visit, it has a number of shops/restaurants and a very pretty harbour. We discovered a little taverna within walking distance of Villa Lemoni Cottage, which we enjoyed visiting, there are other restaurants around there too of course, but it was nice not to have to venture too far if we didn't fancy it, which was just as well as we really got into 'relaxed mode' staying at Lemoni! We will certainly be returning to stay there again without a doubt and would definitely recommend it!
