Villa Ocean Breeze

Ocean Breeze is a private luxury beachfront villa situated in the Pays Basque, specifically within the residential community of Anglet, which is a five-minute drive up the coast from Biarritz. The villa has far reaching views of the Chiberta golf course, the famous Biarritz lighthouse, the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees Mountains.

The Ocean Breeze villa has a kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining area, a living room, a TV room, 7 bedrooms (all en suite), two roof terraces, an enclosed garden, a patio dining area, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a hot tub, a large heated swimming pool, a BBQ and a Plancha.

Audiovisual:
There is a state of the art projector, which has been set up with television satellite access, and a complementary surround sound music system. This music technology can either be used in conjunction with the projector, for an ultimate viewing experience, or simply hooked up to your laptop, iPhone or smart phone via the Sonos application for pure listening, so as to create your preferred type of ambiance.

TV Lounge:
On the first floor of the villa there is a chill out television lounge area, which contains a flat screen Samsung television and two elongated comfortable blue soft lounge sofas. This room has an east garden view and west facing ocean view, with admittance to both external first floor terraces from this room via sliding doors.

Exterior:
The villa is positioned within a large enclosed mature private garden, which extends around the entirety of the property. Within the grounds there is a long pebbled driveway, a car port, and a vast lawn to the east of the villa perfect for enjoying a picnic, sunbathing or playing garden games.

Along the south side of the villa is a long lawn area, which contains various shrubs and plants. The south side of the garden also contains two separate external stairwells that lead up to the west and south facing terraces of the villa, which are the ideal locations for viewing the Chiberta golf course, the Biarritz lighthouse and the Atlantic Ocean.

At the back of the villa, which is west facing, there is a substantial veranda that has an enclosed comfortable seating area, as well as two large glass-topped outdoor tables with accompanying chairs, which can seat up to fourteen people; a perfect location for a lunch or BBQ feast.

Beach:
Plage de la Madrague is the closest beach to the villa, which forms part of approximately five km of connected sandy beaches. The beach can be accessed along the residential road adjacent to the villa or, alternatively, guests have their own private access to the beach via the villa’s secure back garden gate.
