À propos de cet hébergement

Situé à Seagrove Beach, plage Villas est l'un des nombreux joyaux cachés sur les plages de South Walton. Ce condo récemment mis à jour se trouve près de l'une des deux piscines du complexe et à quelques pas du sucré, de sable blanc de la plage! Le complexe dispose également de courts de tennis et shuffle board et un club-house qui est capable d'être réservé pour les fonctions de groupe.

Seagrove Beach est "au milieu de tout cela" que Scenic 30A a à offrir! Bien sûr, les belles plages sont l'attraction principale, mais Seagrove est également le foyer de deux lacs dunaires côtiers (Lac de l'Est et de Deer Lake) qui sont parfaits pour le kayak, paddle board, et l'éco-sploring. Tout comme le reste de 30A, Seagrove est également de nombreux restaurants locaux présentant les lieux capture, boutiques et magasins spécialisés locaux, plusieurs terrains de golf sont à proximité, et de la commodité d'un Publix (épicerie) magasin de service complet est niché derrière le un écrin de verdure de la communauté a à offrir.

Si tout ce qui précède ne est pas assez, alors Destin, qui est connu comme "les mondes village de pêcheurs le plus chanceux" est juste à environ 20 miles à l'ouest.

Great week at the beach

Condo was great, clean, nice layout and private balcony. Could have had a few spices to cook with, but overall perfect spot. Tram to the beach was helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great week at the beach!

4 adults, 7 beautiful days at the beach. Condo was perfect, clean and well maintained. First floor was fabulous- no stairs. The walk to the beach was longer than expected but there was a complimentary shuttle that ran until 4. Check in was a little late, 5pm. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and Tupperware, but no spices at all.

The complex had two pools and tennis courts (with pickleball lines as well). There was always something fun to do! The golf cart tram to the beach was so convienent! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay & the condo was the best we'd had in years, and we've been staying on 30A for 30+ years. Perfect location for access to Eastern Lake fishing and a short walk to a perfect beach. Area density is low w/ limited parking , so beach is "reserved" for local owners/renters.like the hard tile floors for our pet and dealing w/ the inevitable sand.

Harmony is easy to work with. Unit 1211 is a bit dated but has many nice features, like the living room layout.

Walking into a property that was more than the description provided was a first! Beach towels, coffee, wine, a welcome note! An amazing staff that provided excellent service and helpful information. I would not hesitate to rent from this company in any of their locations. You can not go wrong with Harmony Beach Rentals!

Clean, comfortable and near the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, clean condo, with everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. One of the 2 small pools is a right next to this unit, but it was pretty busy (due to 4th of July) so we never used it. It was a bit loud at times and our neighbors kept walking behind our patio to watch their kids in the pool so not much privacy, but no big deal. Management company was very helpful snd professional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Certainly could have been better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Porch view was not satisfying (a wooden fence and half dead palms). Swimming pool was very dirty upon arrival and was still dirty when we departed (never cleaned). Batteries in all of the TV remotes were either dead or missing (rainy weekend so we were stuck inside for a day). The room itself was nice, just needed the above issues tended to.

Won't Be coming Back

Beach rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was good. The condo was a bit far from the beach. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. However, it was a bit of a walk from the drop off to the beach to set up chairs and cooler. Additionally, our unit had fruit flies. Management came out two times and sent pest control. The bugs really put a damper on our stay because they would swarm around every time we put food out. There was a large dumpster next to the unit that was filled with trash from a pool bathroom renovation. During the stay, they removed the dumpster, but left a mattress and other home goods in the parking lot. The beach was beautiful. I would choose another location for next time.

Last Minute Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sought a reservation very late, and this unit was the only pet-friendly one available in the Seagrove area at the time we were searching. The unit was obviously built to save money, using minimum grade fixtures, appliances, and finishes. However, its rent was comparatively inexpensive, and everything worked, so that was okay. There were no insurmountable problems, just a lot of little things that you wouldn't expect in a vacation rental: floors were dirty; bottom sheet on the master bed didn't fit and wouldn't stay in place; there was no shampoo (though two different kinds of conditioner); no detergent for dishwasher; no brush, sponge, or cloth for hand-washing dishes; no pantry or cabinet for holding groceries; the front door had a deadbolt, but there was no key for it, so it could only be used when we were inside the unit.Beach access is not convenient. While you can walk to a beach, that closest part of the beach is private and not available for use by renters of the Beach Villas condos. It's a much longer walk along the beach to get to that part of the beach available to the public. The Villas offer a golf cart shuttle service to this public beach, but we didn't give that a try.

Average, but lacking.

While the location was good and the property and unit were clean, the rental unit is in need of improvements. The primary bedroom bath needs updating and a new vanity - there is no place to put toiletries and the vanity itself is uncomfortably too low. The kitchen lacked several things. There was only one kitchen towel and dishcloth for the week-I called for more. We were only given one garbage bag for the week-I called for more. There were no hot mitts for the oven-I called for some. I have never stayed in a rental for a week that did not provide you with some (limited) laundry and dishwasher detergent-there was none. The pans were very old and in need of replacing. I got no sleep one night because the 2nd floor unit had some kind of leak and they ran commercial fans and humidifiers all night. I didn't mind the walk so much to the beach access, and the area was nice. There is another boardwalk access to the beach from the complex, but you will be asked to leave if you try and sit anywhere in that area (at least until legislation changes that and the beaches are 'open' again and not private). This unit has a first floor fenced patio which was great for my dog, and is located right next to the pool which was nice. Updates to the kitchen/bath in this unit will go a long way, as well as providing more supplies.

Adult height vanities and toilets would be nice. A full length mirror placed behind a door would be a nice addition. It's a comfortable unit, patio looks out to and we enjoyed our time there.grass.

Dated but comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year in unit 1211. We are always pleased with the unit but saddened that the bathrooms have not been updated. There have been some nice new cosmetic updates,also new table & chairs,replaced carpet, which is nice, new drapes and new twin bedspreads, new stove, but miss the glass top, as it was a flat space to set things as I cooked. The king size mattress should be replaced. We are here for a period of time, so it becomes home and probably notice more things than weekly renters. We enjoy the location, away from most of the traffic and can still get to the beach.
