Un bel APT - 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage (STR 18-0157)

Simple, propre, appartement, récemment rénové. Une chambre au dernier étage dans la maison victorienne. Cuisine complète, salon et salle de bain complète. Seuls les 3 blocs de la plage et aux grandes nouveaux restaurants et de boutiques sur Cookman Ave - l'endroit parfait! Pas besoin de conduire Relax & Détendez-vous!

L'espace

Un appartement spacieux au dernier étage d'une maison victorienne. Nouvellement rénové, beaux planchers de bois franc, un plan d'étage fluide et en face du parc. Manger dans la cuisine, beaucoup de placards, très bien situé. Salon dispose également d'un canapé-lit.

La plage est à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons. Marcher sur la promenade, arrêtez dans les restaurants ou tout simplement vous détendre dans le soleil et le sable. Dirigez-vous vers l'Cookman Ave nouvelle mise à jour pour les restaurants et boutiques. Louer un bateau à aubes sur le lac Wesley seulement 4 pâtés de maisons - ou louer un vélo et explorer. Voir les arts et l'artisanat et de prendre un tour à pied historique de belle Ocean Grove - seulement 5 pâtés de maisons. Donc, de nombreuses options - l'endroit parfait!

Enjoyed our 10 days in Asbury Park😎

Bill (owner) was exceptionally nice and more than accommodating. If there was an issue, he was right on it. 3rd flood walk-up…thankful for the exercise (at 73 I needed it). Unit was comfortable and well equipped. If very hot outside, central a/c may struggle to keep up but, in combination with window a/c ‘s, no problem. The only issue that made it an issue was parking. Although you can walk a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk; very restrictive parking in neighborhood. Required a little additional effort to find a space when necessary.! overall nice comfortable rental. Thanks, Bill😎

Great Fall getaway

Stayed for a week for best friend’s birthday & concert. Plenty of space for each of us. Shower pressure was excellent. 10 to 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, and concert venues.was easy. Bill was friendly, kind & helpful. Loved the place!

Beautiful and Cozy

I was beyond lucky to book this last minute for Sea Hear Now Festival. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and had everything and more than we needed. Mr. Thorpe is the nicest and most accommodating host. I would love to stay here next summer.

Wonderful stay

Bill's house and apartments are beautiful. A peaceful place to stay, so close to the beach, yet on a tree lined block with the park steps away. Bill is there for anything you need that you may have forgotten to pack, and the apartments have everything you could think of. Highly recommend!

A Place to Reset

I recently spent a week in Asbury Park to do a kind of post-pandemic reset. I wanted to be close to the boardwalk, beach, downtown and Ocean Grove. I found the perfect place in Bill's beautiful and comfortable Victorian home. I did a lot of energetic walking (including the steps to bring me to my 3rd floor apartment) to get to and from my destinations, and I felt great- healthy and alive. After returning "home" (it actually did feel like my home), I'd often sit on the charming wrap-around porch, relaxing in the wonderful, cooling breeze. There are many other perks to spending time in this rental, but the one I need to mention is the owner, Bill Thorpe. He's a wonderful human being who goes out of his way to meet the needs of his renters; he treats his guests like family!

Very enjoyable stay

A friend and myself rented this for a month long getaway in the summer and it was absolutley perfect for what we were looking for. Close distance to the beach and shops, you can hardly find a better location. Bill, the owner was a gracious host, very friendly and accomodating and attentive. I will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic Week

The property is in a perfect location, close to town, dining and shopping and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The apartment is clean and adorable with large bedroom and living space. Loved the front porch for sitting. The owner was extremely personable and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the charm of this old building and the convenience of its total renovation. The beach was close, the owner was friendly and attentive to our needs, supplying unexpected perks like beach chairs, umbrella, and coffee!

Great Balance of Vibrancy and Relaxation

I stayed here with a friend during our first trip to Asbury Park. Bill was such a gracious host, who gave great suggestions for places to eat, drink, and play. He was always available if we had questions and the unit we stayed in had everything we needed including beach gear! The house is short walk to downtown and the beach, yet in a quiet location so we felt relaxed when we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Our Stay

We love Asbury and our time here was exactly what we were hoping for. We had our own little apartment with full kitchen and bath. We had very good wifi and extended cable channels. We had a short walk to the great restaurants on Cookman and it was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The owner Bill is a very nice and accommodating host. We'll be back!

A very nice cozy retreat in Asbury Park

Bill owns and operates a large home in Asbury Park located 2 blocks from most everything the area has to offer including the beach and boardwalk in one direction and all of the great pubs, restaurants and shops located on Cookman Avenue. I rented the 3rd floor apartment which included a very nice living room, ample bedroom with a very comfy bed and a nice kitchen and full bath. Bill thought of everything in terms of amenities including beach towels, linens, kitchen needs, TV, internet, and a whole lot more. Great home, fantastic location and a truly thoughtful and caring owner. I would stay here again if I was looking for a place in Asbury Park.
