Spring Break in Paris

We had a wonderful stay that began with the host personally greeting us on arrival. Benjamin welcomed us and showed us the essentials around the building (trash, recycling, elevator, security procedures) and around the apartment (laundry, cooking, lights, heat, etc.). The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 (parents, 14 yo and 12 yo) and the location was superb. We enjoyed breakfasts from the cafe downstairs and ate at two restaurants on the block as well. Being right on the metro line was great. The directions and tips provided by the host for navigating Paris were helpful as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Sisters Birthday

This is a great old style apartment in a great neighborhood Marie had everything we needed and was very helpful. The neighborhood is very convenient for shopping and touristing. I suggest ear plugs for sleeping as sometimes the busy street is noisy. We loved it!!!

Excellent location, great hosts

We booked this accommodation a long way in advance as we had booked to go to the Olympics and knew accommodation would be in high demand. We looked for somewhere that had good reviews and had not just rented a property out for the Olympics. The great thing about this property was that they did not add a premium for the occasion which was very honorable of them. Marie messaged us in advance and pointed out the limitations of the property, for example that it doesn’t have air conditioning. This managed our expectations and was a great idea. The location is absolutely excellent, right next to the metro but also within walking distance of lots of things. Marie was also very helpful in letting us have a late check out on our last day, which was much appreciated. Overall, we had an excellent stay and are very pleased we found this property.

Excellent Location with Comfortable Accommodations

This apartment in Saint Germain - Odeon, was perfect for my family of four (wife, two daughters [18 & 16], me) and our week in Paris during the middle of June. Communication from Marie prior to our arrival and the greeting from Benjamin at the apartment were both excellent. The location of the apartment could not have been better: in the middle of a thriving neighborhood (restaurants, cafes, grocery stores), convenient access to the Metro (Line 4: Odeon is directly in front of the building) and within walking distance to several major cultural sites (6 minutes to Luxembourg Gardens, 13 minutes to Notre Dame, 14 minutes to Louvre, 14 minutes to Pantheon). Finally, the apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having two bedrooms and two wash rooms (shower / sink) was great, especially each morning as we prepared for the day. We also used the washer / dryer, which was very convenient! There are a few specifics about the apartment that are important to note: - It is on the 2nd floor of the building (in the US, the third floor); two flights of stairs, but there is an elevator, if needed. - Like many buildings in Paris, it does not have air conditioning. Three fans were provided. - There is one toilet room, which is separate from the two wash rooms. - The step into the shower in the wash room with the queen bed is high and may be challenging for individuals with limited mobility. Bottom line: we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you Marie and Benjamin.

Paris adventure

This 2 bedroom and is right on the Blvd. St. Germain. Metro stop a few feet away. 2 clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Marie and Benjamin were very responsive to our needs including helping me get a luggage delivery. Highly recommended

Convenient location

Location is conveniently situated near a metro station, bus transit, taxi stands. It is easy walking distance to Notre Dame and St Chapelle. Very clean place with the charm of arching windows and wrought iron. it can be lively at night with lots of activity on the street.

Wonderful stay!

Everything about this stay was terrific. The apartment is large, comfortable, and very secure. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for me and my step-daughter since we were on very different schedules (me for work, her as a tourist). The apartment is conveniently located in a lively area and is steps away from a Metro. The neighborhood has MANY restaurants and shops, and popular tourist attractions are easily accessible by either walking or subway. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I would definitely want to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Aside from excellent communication, the location cannot be beat and it is difficult to come by a two bedroom so centrally located. We rested every day and enjoyed glances out the window onto the street. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Paris place

This place is in a busy section with lots of cafes, restaurants, markets and steps from Metro and buses. Despite the bustle outside it was quiet for sleeping. We were a few short blocks from Notre Dame, Seine River, Luxembourg Park, de Cluny Musee. It was the ideal place to stay and the owners were so very helpful even before we arrived. They told us how to get train from CDG airport and even how to find the elevator out of train station with our bags. Someone was waiting at the apartment when we arrived with directions on appliances and suggestions for shopping for groceries. They made the visit so easy and enjoyable. Just a great place

Accommodations were excellent with nice amenities. Location near Metro and centralized made moving around to sights easy. Near many restaurants ! Check in and communication with hosts was excellent! We will recommend staying here to friends

Hosts were very responsive and made the whole experience easy. The property is spacious and convenient. Surprisingly quiet for a busy boulevard. Be sure to read about St. Germain de Près, there is much history in the neighborhood. Thank you!

Excellent Apartment

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 8 and 10) stayed here for a week. This apartment met all of our expectations. The host met us at check in and was very helpful getting us settled. About the apartment: - It's centrally located, close to the major attractions (Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon, etc.) - There is a metro stop steps from the entrance. - There are 100s of restaurants within 5-minute walk. - It's in a classic old French building. We would stay here again.

Delightful property

This was my fifth apt rental in Paris and by far the best. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture, more like a very good hotel--fine and abundant linens/ towels, hair dryer and curling iron ,fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a real pleasure, great responsiveness and support from the owner and hr representative, , and located in my favorite corner of Paris. Was somewhat worried about street noise beforehand, but the windows tamped it down nicely .

AN AMAZING PARISIAN STAY

Marie and Benjamin gave us one of the best experiences we could have asked for. With a popular metro station at our doorstep, a slew of walkable cafes and bakeries, and only minutes walk away from the Seine river and other major attractions, this was an incredible place to stay for our full month in Paris. WiFi speed was really fast with Fiber, and we were both able to work remotely with no problem. The windows open into lovely Juliette balconies. The space was also much larger and more open than even the photos seemed. This apartment is fully equipped, charming, and extremely convenient for anywhere you’d want to go in Paris. Thank you Marie and Benjamin for being so accommodating throughout our stay!

Escolhemos Paris para as férias deste ano, e todos nós sabemos que, o sucesso de nossa viagem, começa com uma boa acomodação. Se você quer começar bem sua viagem, este apartamento é PERFEITO! Possui os três requisitos básicos para que suas férias sejam um sucesso: CONFORTÁVEL, LOCALIZAÇÃO excelente! Metrô na porta, o que para uma viagem à Paris é fundamental, apesar que podemos visitar muitos pontos turíscos caminhando devido sua localização e muito SEGURO. A proprietária é muito solícita e está sempre pronta a tirar nossas dúvidas.

Loved Paris

The location was perfect. Perfidy café downstairs for drinks lunch and morning coffee. Was a warm week and having no air conditioner and only one fan working it was hot. Opened windows at night and heard bustle of streets but that's Paris. Great space for family of five.

Great location

Very clean apartment with nice high ceilings. There were 6 of us: mom, dad, and 4 older kids. We all fit fine with plenty of room. It's a great location right across from the Odeon subway station. The owners were wonderful. Very nice and super helpful. It can be loud at night in the apartment if you need to open the window on a hot night.

Great Paris apartment in perfect neighborhood!

Loved our stay in this roomy apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to settle in. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms! The area was perfect for us, within walking distance to so many sites and wonderful neighborhoods filled with cafes. We especially loved Eric Keyser for our morning croissants, and the Epicure Deli for our wine/food we took to picnic at the Seine. Metro stop right out the door, very convenient. Apartment was safe and secure. A grocery very close to stock up on some basics-but we ate all our meals out. We did need to purchase toilet paper (there were only 2 small rolls ) soap for both showers, and paper towels. Our host met us on arrival, and made us feel very welcome. Would (and hope) to go back!!

Fantastic Stay! Wonderful Hosts! Hope to visit again!

We enjoyed every moment of our week-long stay in this large, historic yet modernized Parisian home. Everything is as described, incredibly clean, plenty of room, and perfect kitchen to eat some meals 'at home' after long days of touring. The location could not be better, with the Metro steps from the front door and with so many culinary options in the neighborhood. You can walk to many sights from here as well. The hosts were incredibly helpful and gracious; we felt at home before we arrived. Very relaxing vacation thanks to their hospitality and warm home. Can't imagine finding a better spot to feel totally Parisian and right at home at the same time!

Absolutely incredible apartment

You can't ask for a better location. This is really the best place in Paris, close to everything and anything! The apartment is perfect, the hosts awesome and so accommodating. I wish I could stay there forever. It's so clean and peaceful inside the apartment and very lively right outside your doorstep. Everything in the apartment is as pictured. The hosts are great. I'll definitely be back.

Charming family apartment in a fantastic location

Our family group of 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed a lovely six night stay in the apartment. It was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Very well equipped and we also appreciated all the items provided for the kids including the cot and kids toys and books. The location was fantastic, just steps away from Odeon metro station, and very close to a great bakery, chocolate shop, bistros, and a carrefour supermarket. Absolutely loved the area. Marie was very accommodating and responsive when emailing prior to our stay, and her husband Benjamin met us at the apartment on arrival, showed us around and helped us during our stay with any questions. We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to visit Paris, and will be recommending the apartment to all our friends and family. Thankyou Marie and Benjamin!
