Le Lake Dillon Condominiums 303 est une unité située au dernier étage avec des plafonds voûtés et une vue imprenable sur la montagne et le lac. Ce très spacieux 2 chambres, 3 salles de bain est rempli de fenêtres du sol au plafond. 8 personnes. L'ascenseur complexe facilite le transport de vos bagages et de vos achats. Les poutres apparentes donnent une sensation de montagne extraordinaire. Cuisine en granite avec beaucoup de comptoirs et un coin bar pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Sièges de la salle à manger 8. Profitez de l’écran plat 60 pouces du salon. Coin salon supplémentaire pour la lecture ou les conversations. Foyer au gaz fournit une chaleur agréable. Grande terrasse avec mobilier de jardin pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Décor de lac et de lodge. WiFi gratuit et câble. Trois salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale a roi, futon queen, salle de bain privée avec double vasque, écran plat et ventilateur de plafond; la deuxième chambre a deux reines, salle de bain privée avec double vasque, écran plat et ventilateur de plafond. Great Location & Communication

Stayed over Spring Break and found it to be in a convenient location to multiple ski resorts, close to shopping/groceries. The unit was clean with ample kitchen equipment, dishes, cooking items, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Overall, great stay!

Reviewer Comments: we had an amazing time in this cozy gem with amazing views. we were pleasantly surprised by how warm and comfortable the unit was, especially because the outside and street view is a bit uninspired. the breathtaking scenery of lake dillon and comfortable beds and couches made a family weekend very special. superb location near the highway yet you will forget you are right next to the highway with one look at the lake.

A decent stay

You could not have a more beautiful view than from the condo deck. My only suggestion would be to add a portable A/C unit as the condo was very hot even with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( none in the main living room) and the extra 2 fans. Overall great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the view or the location. This is an older unit but has been updated. The refrigerator (very noisy) and stacked ovens (one door does not close completely) need to be replaced. Otherwise, furnishings are fine. Rec room with hot tub and pool table are nice extras.

Great site, but some items were missing

Fantastic view, good setting, great living room, super porch for sitting and eating. Only downsides were some bulbs that were out, no dishwasher soap, few blankets, and too much vehicle noise coming in on the north side where the bedroom windows are.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Dillon for Christmas for 27 years now. All but 2 things were great about this rental, the mattresses and the thermostat. You could really use an upgrade on all your mattresses, every morning it was back aches because of the mattresses. One of the beds was even missing a wheel on the frame and had to be propped up with books on site, just to be able to sleep on a flat surface and not a sloped bed. Also, It was so hot in the unit because you couldn't adjust any of the thermostats. We had them all in the off position and still had the doors wide open. Other than those factors it was an enjoyable stay. Please fix those problems and we will stay in your unit every year.

Labor Day get-away

Great location on the lake front. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, but nothing in the way of condiments/oils/etc. to assist with cooking, which was disappointing. Very spacious and plenty of room. We had wonderful weather and wish we could've stayed longer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have had a family reunion at the Lake Dillon Condos for the past 30+ years, usually in unit 303. We love this unit but it is starting to show it's age. One of the toilets was plugged when we arrived. Fortunately, it was repaired the next day. The dishwasher leaked badly. I called to report it, and when I called later the same day, I was told it had been repaired which wasn't correct. It leaked the five days we were there. We like this unit because it sleeps all 8 of us and is convenient to the grocery store, shops and restaurants, and you can't beat the view.

Great location, great view, great trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Christmas. We had the amazing view you see in the pictures. The large open great room was perfect for our family of 4 to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot. The 2 bedrooms are very large. We hardly even used the 3rd bathroom but the add'l towels in there were nice. The fireplace warmed the room very well. There is a knocking/creaking sound that seems due to hot water being used in the building that is heard from the master bedroom that seems to be coming from the ceiling/walls over the master bathroom. Only an issue when trying to sleep but closing the bathroom door helped.Everything was clean, plenty of towels, plenty of starter items like trash bags, paper towels, etc.
