Charmante maison surplombant Manistee Golf and Country Club avec une vue lointaine sur le lac Michigan depuis la fenêtre du salon. À quelques pâtés de maisons des plages du lac Michigan, des terrains de jeux, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, de la rampe de mise à l'eau, de la promenade fluviale et du centre-ville de Manistee. Air central, laveuse / sécheuse, Internet sans fil, gril extérieur, cafetière Keurig, grande cour arrière paysagée, garage et patio arrière ne sont que quelques-uns des nombreux extras qui accompagnent cette maison.

La première plage de la rue, juste un saut et un saut, a deux aires de jeux, des terrains de basket-ball, des courts de tennis, des terrains de baseball, une rampe de mise à l'eau, un parc pour chiens et des tables de pique-nique et des grillades. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et bars dans la ville de Manistee et un pittoresque quartier historique du centre-ville. Le petit casino fluvial est à 11 km.

Deux chambres et une salle de bain. La première chambre a un lit king. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé, avec un lit queen en bas et un jumeau en haut.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, élimination des déchets, plats de cuisson, casseroles et poêles, couverts, verres à vin et bien plus encore.

Il y a une immense cour arrière avec un fort arboré. Dans l'arrière-cour, dégustez croquet et cornhole. Il y a des chaises longues et des tables et des chaises pour profiter du plein air.

Everything about this property was exactly as portrayed and even above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend staying at this sweet cottage, especially for those with children, as there are bunkbeds and games available for all age groups.

Great vacation!!

This was a cozy house for me and my adult/teenage daughters with plenty to do. We went to the beach every day...shopped downtown...and took a daytrip to the Arcadia Dunes. We couldn't ask for a better getaway....we love Manistee and this house..... and will definitely be back next year!!

Enjoyable stay in Manistee

The house was just as stated. Enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the limited bath towels, and wash clothes (we had only one for each of the 4 people for the 5 nights we stayed and would prefer not to have to do laundry for a clean towels.). Also enjoyed the fawns in the backyard.

Cozy and Clean

We had such a wonderful time at the Cherry Street Cottage with our 3 dogs. We were able to visit many wonderful towns just an hour to two away. Including a few day trips up north. Our pups loved the fenced in yard and the golf course view was peaceful. Close to downtown and First Street Beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Charming retreat

Very enjoyable with large fenced in back yard. Deer come by in the morning and evening in the front yard. Close to everything. Will be back!

A week in Manistee

The house was easy to find, and the pictures do it justice. The house was very comfortable, feeling like home. The golf course across the street was an added benefit making the front yard feel expansive. The location was great as we walked to beach area and the river walk. The fenced in backyard was great area for our standard poodle to check out. We recommend this property to anyone staying in the Manistee area. We will look to stay here again the next time we vacation on Manistee.

Quick family getaway

The house is exactly as described. Charming, clean, fully stocked kitchen and lots of very nice amenities. The back yard was way bigger than I expected and my dog loved having an area to go run around off leash. The beach is so close abs within walking distance. The golf course is directly across the street. It was nice to look out the front windows in the morning and evening and watch all the deer families walk through. Downtown is also very close. Lots of places to choose from. Just remember to check hours as everything closes earlier than normal. We will definitely come back here to stay.

60th high school reunion

We had a great stay. There are so many positives about this property and it’s perfect for children and a dog with all the games, yard toys, several bikes and the fenced in backyard. Our dog loved it. The location was great - right across the street from the golf course and within walking distance to first street beach. We walked our dog there several times. The kitchen was very well equipped with a separate eating area with a table and chairs for eating. The only negatives we’re having to go down in the basement to do our wash as the stairs were quite steep for elderly people. The other negative was the bathroom - it’s very small and really only one person Can comfortably fit in there at once. Plus the shower/tub situation is really difficult for anyone who is a senior as the tub itself is quite old and very high with nothing to hold onto when stepping in and out. We wouldn’t recommend this property for any senior adults because of the bathroom & basement laundry situation, but it would be great for a young family.

Pleasantly surprised!

Manistee is a hidden gem. Loved the beaches, dunes in the area and the great downtown location. Would highly recommend the place and the town.

Enjoyable vacation.

Really enjoyed the view of the golf course. Our dog absolutely loved the backyard with so much space to run around. The house was well supplied with everything we needed to feel at home. The only thing I missed was our king sized bed at home. We slept in separate rooms. The beds were very comfortable though.

Wonderful location

We loved the Cherry Street house. It was clean and the backyard is amazing! We used the bikes to ride to the beach and loved watching deer graze on the golf course across the street. The house has everything you need for a great stay in Manistee.

We had a great time here. Really good location in a nice neighborhood setting. Close to town, walkable to a large beach area with a nice front porch looking out over the golf course across the street. Huge backyard that our dog and daughter loved playing in during the day.

Beach family getaway

Cute little house - older so rooms were small but perfect for our purposes. We needed a place we could have our dogs with us and the large fenced-in back yard was great. Best of all the neighborhood was quiet and first street beach is just down the street (including a dog beach! ). Great fit for our needs and our granddaughters loved it.

Just what we needed

Home was clean and very accommodating for our needs. Back yard was wonderful, Fully fenced yard which was huge. Dogs loved it. Great view of golf course out front window, where we saw deer every morning and evening. Great communication with owners. Would highly recommend.

Great beach location

We had a great stay in this cute beach house. It was perfect for 2 adults, a child, and a dog. We enjoyed coffee in the morning out front with a view of the golf course. The 1st Street Beach was perfect. It’s right at the end of Cherry Street. It allowed dogs to be off leash and the water was great for kids. The beach area is between two piers so it is shallow and doesn’t have big waves like the other beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. We didn’t go out to eat since we stayed here during Covid-19. The back yard was great. The dog enjoyed running around. There is a garden and bird feeders that different birds frequent. The fire pit was really enjoyable at night. The Lake Michigan sunsets were spectacular. The owner was easy to communicate with by text message. If we ever decide to come back to Manistee, we would stay in this house again.

A Lake Michigan Fall Vacation

Cherry St Cottage served us well for our month long stay in Michigan for fall colors. Location was central so with the exception of Upper Peninsula everything was within a day drive and back. We did make a 2 day extended excursion to the Upper Peninsula and it was outstanding! The cottage was warm and comfortable, it really needed nothing that we could not live without. Having the use of the garage was great. The fenced yard was exactly what our fur babies needed to feel right at home , they never had so much fun as when they would chase and investigate the "critters of the marsh" Our home team Astros were in the world series and we watched all the games easily on our laptop/tablet connecting to sports channel covering the game. The cottage has wifi and the ability to connect to your service but no local tv reception, I did find I missed seeing the local news easily, aside from that I must admit there was nothing it lacked. The photos are accurate and the property description is also . The beds were comfy the sheets and plenty of pillows and comforters were all much appreciated. Cherry St is quiet so no road noise, neighborhood is charming and very quiet. Cherry St cottage is a hidden gem out there in the world of overpriced and poorly taken care of properties. We will remember our vacation fondly because the house was so accommodating during a month that had everything blow in interspersed with beautiful moderate days. We even found where to get the best meals in town..."The Bungalow Restaurant" The deserts made in house at the Meat Market heading out going N was wonderful, the apple cider produced by any of the local orchards is fantastic...the theatre in town was a blast from the past, what a treat to see major box office movie while we were there!
