Le quartier:
La maison est située dans le quartier central de Prati, à 300 mètres des musées du Vatican, de la basilique Saint-Pierre et du château Saint-Ange, et les célèbres Piazza Navona, Panthéon, Campo de fiori et Piazza del Popolo sont accessibles à pied. Non loin de la maison, il y a une belle piste cyclable qui mène au Ponte della Musica et à l'Auditorium et Maxxi déjà connus.
Très proche de la station de métro, des bus et des taxis. À deux pas de la célèbre Via Cola di Rienzo pour faire du shopping et à 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les célèbres Via Condotti et di Spagna.
A proximité se trouve également le célèbre stade olympique où des matchs de football et de rugby et parfois des concerts de musique ont lieu.

Return to Rome

Perfect location and arrangement for our family’s return trip to Rome. So convenient to The Vatican and within a 30 minute walk to all of the sights. We found a market one block away to purchase what we needed to prepare breakfast. A lively cafe just below the apartment for evening cocktails.

Mama and Son Roma Aura

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for visiting my daughter studying abroad and staying in Prati about a 10 minute walkfrom her apartment. Many restaurants, cafe and bakery’s in the area. Metro station nearby for our trip to the Colosseum. Short uber to Trevi Fountain and shopping.

Beautiful apartment

I was familiar with the neighborhood and chose it specifically. This is a beautiful property and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and were very happy! The beds are very comfortable.

Nice play to stay

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located. Check-in was easy and the host was helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant downstairs was a little loud but manageable if you don't mind.

5 days in Rome

Brilliant location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Evening strolls to nearby St Peter’s very atmospheric. The wonderful restaurant downstairs was wonderful until the early hours except on Sunday , but with the windows shut it was manageable. Would stay again

Wonderful apartment and location!

My friends and I were in Rome for the Ryder Cup and had an incredible time! Sabrina was very helpful and her apartment location is steps away from the Vatican and other central Rome treasures. I highly recommend this property!!

Good location and very clean and comfortable. AC worked great which was nice for the summer heat! Host was very helpful with cars and any questions we had. A very enjoyable experience all around!

Beautiful apartment for perfect Rome visit

Loved the location and the space was perfect for our family of four adults. The lift made it possible for our daughter to get about in her wheelchair with only a few steps at the entrance. Great restaurant downstairs, easy walking distance to Vatican area. Sabrina out host was quick to respond to our questions.

Great location , we walked to Vatican and so many great restaurants n shops .

The apartment was very clean and comfy. We had an issue with a leaky toilet . Problem was immediately resolved . We moved to anew apartment cross the street that was bigger n excellent . Overall a 5 star. One suggestion toilet seat in bathroom should be changed as it had a crack . Great overall . Loved the location 😁

Excellent host

The apartment was exactly as listed. The host responded to all inquiries within minutes. We arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned but we were given the key right away and we were able to leave our luggage so we could explore the city. At our request the host set up a transfer to the airport for the day we left. The driver was very professional and helpful. Great stay overall.

Great Apartment & Location

Our stay at Sabrina’s place was wonderful. The location is perfect - close to great restaurants, designer stores, convenience stores and pharmacies. It is also walking distance to the Vatican and other tourist sites. Aside from the slight buzz from the restaurant downstairs - the area is very clean, peaceful and with the traditional Roman color scheme of burnt orange & burnt yellow, which definitely made use feel that we were in Rome. There were no crowds in the area, which was a welcome reprieve from the bustling tourist sites. The apartment itself was as advertised - clean, spacious and with everything needed for a short vacation. Sabrina and her daughters were also wonderful. They went above and beyond and made us feel like family. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic find near the Vatican

An absolute gem of an apartment located just 5-10 minutes’ easy walk from the Vatican City and just steps away from Cola di Rienzo, the fashionable shopping street, and only 10 minutes’ walk from both Castel Sant’Angelo and the famous Mercato Trionfale. The apartment has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a small living room and a very well appointed kitchen, on the first floor (second floor to North Americans) with a good lift. The air conditioning (mini-splits in the bedrooms) worked extremely well, which made it a relief to come home after a day in the Roman summer. The restaurant downstairs can be loud but if you have the windows shut it is not too bad. Restaurants are a dime a dozen nearby but the restaurant directly underneath the apartment is excellent. Make sure to reserve a day or two in advance because it is extremely popular. There are grocery stores within two blocks and a tram stop nearby. The other main sights in Rome are on the other side of the river; a long walk or an easy cab ride. What’s nice is that after the insane crowds at the Fontana di Trevi or the Colosseum, you can retreat to a much less crazy neighborhood. Sabrina is a truly excellent host and not only arranged for restaurant recommendations, she also arranged transport from Fiumicino Airport and then to Termini train station in a large comfortable bus. Heartily recommend this apartment to families who need extra space and who want to do some self catering.

Slightly Disappointed

We booked this placed based on the features listed, location and positive reviews. While we were pretty happy with the amenities and the location, we were disappointed with a few things. First, the person that met us (Sabrina) seemed to be in a rush to show us the rooms, get her money and leave. There were no instructions provided (by her or left in the apartment in writing) for operating the appliances, setting the code for the safe, dealing with garbage, local grocery stores or restaurants, other than her fiancées. We have rented VRBO’s all over the world and this is the first one that didn’t provide basic information. Early in our stay, we notified Sabrina that the wifi was out, there were only 3 of 8 lights working in the kitchen and that the drip coffee maker was so plugged with water scales, it wouldn’t work. She came later that evening when we were out and fixed the wifi (we could tell she’d been there because the picture that usually covered the electrical box was left laying on the couch). She took away the coffee maker but she never returned with it or supplied a new one nor were the lights ever fixed. Also, the freezer was heavily frosted and had something spilled in it. Renters also should be aware that there is a very popular bar right below this apartment that runs until 2 or 3 in the morning every night except Sunday. People stand in the street below the windows talking and drinking, so unless you’re up for some bar noise every night, probably not the best place for you. By the way, we ate there twice and the food was amazing. There were also strange noises that come from the apartment above each night. It sounds like chairs being dragged across the floor and the people seem to be arguing loudly. This happens at about 3:00 AM, so perhaps it’s someone that works late. Not the fault of this apartment’s owners but it may be an indication of an issue.

Sehr saubere, grosszügige Wohnung an einer Toplage. Wenn man gut zu Fuss ist, kann vieles gut erreicht werden ohne ÖV. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Lärm nachts, der vom Restaurant kommt. Die App funktioniert in der Schweiz nicht. Veraltete schlechte Software!

Excellente expérience!

Nous avons séjour une semaine pour visiter Rome. Nous nous sommes déplacés que par bus, tram ou métro et nous n’avons rencontré aucune difficulté. La voiture était garé dans la rue en bas et paiement avec horodateur à 1€ /heure mais dégressif au bout de 4h heures de 9h00 à 18h30 pour 7€. L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce nous n’avons eu aucun problème. Nous reviendrons!

Lovely Apartment!

The bedrooms in this home are very comfortable. Bathrooms nice and clean. Only downside is the restaurant just outside is very noisy at night. Need to wear earplugs to go to sleep before 12. However the restaurant is very good, which is why it is so busy every night!
