Ce condo a été entièrement rénové de haut en bas, d'avant en arrière! Superbes vues sur le golfe de la cuisine, salon et terrasse arrière! Cette propriété est une plage de rêve amoureux!

Cette propriété est juste à l'est de Seagrove Beach et à l'ouest de Camp Creek », au milieu de tout cela" que Scenic 30A a à offrir! Bien sûr, les belles plages sont l'attraction principale, mais Seagrove est également le foyer de 2 lacs dunaires côtiers (Lac de l'Est et de Deer Lake) qui sont parfaits pour le kayak, paddle board, et l'éco-sploring. Tout comme le reste de 30A, Seagrove est également de nombreux restaurants locaux présentant les lieux capture, de charme et de boutiques spécialisées locales, plusieurs terrains de golf sont à proximité, et de la commodité d'un Publix (épicerie) magasin de service complet est niché derrière le un écrin de verdure de la communauté a à offrir.

Si tout ce qui précède ne suffit pas, alors Destin, qui est connu comme "les mondes village de pêcheurs le plus chanceux" est juste à environ 20 miles à l'ouest.

My beach visit

We were told the AC unit was not working, but they put a portable unit and some fans in until it could be fixed , it worked well . We had a wonderful Stay . The beach was so close and the condo was great .they had chairs for the beach . It was perfect for the 2 of us .

Fantastic Stay

I loved everything about our stay. The condo was as pictured, and having direct access to the beach was amazing. The only complaint I have (that I believe is mentioned in other reviews), is the state of the couch cover in the living room. It was very dirty and I highly recommend replacing it. We covered it with one of the blankets in the closet so all was good. I can’t wait to go back!

The view from the patio based on photo was that you could view the water but that was not the case. The outdoor showers were rusted and didn’t work. We checked out early because of musty smell. Overall it was a good place for the price point.
