À propos de cet hébergement

Situé dans la section souhaitable Crescent Beach de Myrtle Beach Nord, notre condo a un lit King dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans le deuxième et un lit queen dans la troisième. Le canapé-lit est une reine. Si trois couples louent, nous pouvons déplacer les 2 jumeaux ensemble pour faire un autre lit King Size. Nous ferons le déménagement des meubles, alors demandez quand vous réservez ce condo. La chambre principale a son propre balcon privé avec de superbes vues sur le lever du soleil et l'océan, et une salle de bain principale avec un bain à remous et deux lavabos. Unité d'extrémité avec fenêtres sur 2 côtés, vous offrant une meilleure vue.
Le condo a également une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils que vous auriez à la maison. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité. La salle à manger a une table pour six avec une baie vitrée pour voir la plage et des tabourets de bar au bar du petit déjeuner. Nous avons également un système stéréo avec lecteur CD. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD en LR. Les systèmes de jeu se connectent pour les enfants. Nous avons également une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit, alors apportez votre ordinateur portable pour vérifier vos e-mails ou chercher des choses à faire à Myrtle Beach. Les favoris des touristes incluent Barefoot Landing, où il y a des magasins et des restaurants à gogo, Tanger Outlet, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, et plus encore. Broadway at the Beach est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture où vous pouvez trouver plus à faire et la vie nocturne à apprécier. Perfect location & Comfy Condo

This was our 1st time staying at this location/condo and we absolutely loved it! The owner of the condo was quick to answer any questions we had and had the condo very organized with all useful information. Everything was explained easily and there were even take out menus with notes on their faves, best times,etc.. The location was close to shops, dining and only a couple minute drive to our favorite place- Barefoot Landing! The condo was very spacious and clean. It was a little out dated but we didn’t mind. We loved the 2 balconies, the amazing views and that we could walk right out onto the beach! The beach wasn’t overcrowded and neither was the condo! It was very relaxing! Would definitely recommend!!

Truly a million dollar view

Very pleased! First time staying at this condo unit and found it to be the most peaceful and quiet place I have ever stayed at in all my years of going to the beach! We never heard any outside noise or from other residents. The building itself and area was neat and clean as well as the condo which was furnished with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Beach was extremely clean and family oriented. The view of the ocean was visible from three different places in the condo. Being an end unit was a bonus! We liked the place so well that we have reserved the same unit for this time next year. Lastly, I talked with the owner twice on the phone prior to going and he was extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place 👍!

Perfect family vacation rental

Our stay was exceptional. The unit had everything we needed for the week. We ate two meals a day in the unit and had everything needed to prepare those meals. We spent part of each day at the beach and on the one rainy day we had we used the pool. The one thing I wanted to mention for people with mobility issues like I have is that the unit was completely accessible. Doors, hallways, rooms all have enough space to move with a walker or wheelchair. Also I have to mention the views, there are none better on the strand. We will be back to this unit for sure.

Great family spot

This is a great place to take your family and we had a great time. Plenty of room in the condo and if something isn’t right the owner will help get it right. It’s kind of a smaller condo complex so elevator access and parking isn’t a big hassle. Easy quick beach access. For a family trip it was a great place to stay and honestly for the money I don’t know how you could beat it.

Was not impressed

The building and inside the condo was old and not kept up well. The security door was a joke- you could just push the door open. The condo was very out dated and bathroom shower and tub were not clean. We found mold on the shower mat. The view was amazing but that was truly the only positive aspect. We will not return to the Pinnacle in N Myrtle Beach.

A wonderful trip!

The view is absolutely beautiful! We were able to meet Ron when we got to the condo. He was so helpful and told us about some of his favorite places to visit while at the beach. The condo was extremely clean which is very important to us! Well stocked kitchen utensils, pots etc. We loved the condo. We look forward to our next stay at the condo.

Amazing oceanfront condo!

This was a great deal on a very clean very convenient condo. It is a smaller building with lots of amenities that other buildings don't have like ample parking, lots of grocery carts and luggage racks for easy unloading and loading. We never waited on the elevator. The pool was sunny but covered which was wonderful for a break for the kids. The walk to the beach was very short and had a nice ramp and a very nice grill and lounge and spray off area. I was very impressed with the quality of linens, dishes, and thoughtful touches the owner has put into the condo. Very easy instructions for everything. Amazing cable and internet. Book selection. Comfortable seating for everyone. We had my in-laws and me and my husband and 3 kids in the condo plus my brother and law and sister and law and their son over for a few meals and we were all very comfortable. They even had hand soap and toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags. Some condos are super bare. This one felt like home. We will be staying again!! Also, the owner was just a phone call away when we locked ourselves out. Super wonderful guy! Thanks again!!

Our stay

Pros If you are looking for inexpensive- no frills place to stay - this is the place! Amazing ocean views like the pics show. Great access to beach and centrally located in NMB. Ron is a great owner and very good communicator Cons Besides indoor pool no amenities. Beds not most comfortable but work. AC does not go below 72, so if you like it cold while sleeping it would be an issue

Nicely located by the beach. Proximity to many shopping area. Owner is helpful and easy to reach. Check-in is easy. Kitchen is fully stocked. It is an end unit thus quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome View

Had a great time staying at this property. The view is fabulous and the location was perfect. The owner stayed in touch and was very helpful. Would’ve given it a full 5 stars overall but was disappointed that the pool was enclosed and water was too cool to enjoy. Also, the beds were a bit uncomfortable. With newer mattresses and pillows, it would’ve been perfect. Would stay again.

Beautiful view of everything!!

Beautiful and breathtaking views from the main balcony. Beautiful and quiet and peaceful views from the side balcony. Had everything we needed and then some. Found boogie boards in closet and sand castle /beach bucket items that we used along with the 2 cheap ones we brought. Beautiful and peaceful view of ocean from the kitchen and kitchen table. Every single person we met in the elevator/on way to elevator/on way to beach, they were all so friendly. Some we spoke with lived in the building and it was fun and interesting interaction. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful!! I loved the jet tub , but only used it for that 1 time. The other times I was using the bathtub bc it was so big and luxurious. The shower head was extremely high and would accommodate taller people very well. The washing machine dryer combo was a bonus and was used every day. I hand washed the bathing suits and but them on the chair on the balcony to dry. The beach towels that were damp, also dried very quickly on the balcony. Although I hardly needed a towel on the beach . The pool was popular with my 10 year old Godson and his Mom. It was a nice temperature. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit on at the pool. The outdoor shower rinse off station was my favorite part of coming off the beach. It had low hoses for just your feet or rinsing chairs/wagon anything really and high shower heads for true showering off at the beach. The water from low hoses had a range of water pressure for your particular need . The flowers and bird bath and bird house outside the place was beautiful to look at from balcony. Never had a problem or a delay with too many people waiting/getting on or off elevator upon arrival or departure. They have several luggage trolley’s that can be used and also shopping carts that could be used to get luggage to and from room. We used them several times to get the groceries up to our door too. Delivery people found the location without problems. It was quiet and loved that it was the last door and even though the neighbors beside us had several kids on their trip, we never heard them outside the door or from on the balcony. I would stay here again without any doubts that it would be the best time again. The ease of checking in was easy bc it was already done prior to arriving and we had the key in our hand. There we other keys provided upon arrival and the parking passes/key fob too.

Very nice view couldn’t be better. Place was very clean and in a good location . Owner was very nice and answered any questions we had in a very timely matter. We really enjoyed the condo.

In 1978 I purchased my first rental property. Since then I have owned as many as 9. 39 years renting in the area.
The Pinnacle Oceanfront 3 bedroom is my favorite in North Myrtle Beach SC.
Moving to the area in 2000 was one of my better decisions. I enjoy the area and the Ocean.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

If you gave me a Million Dollars, I could not get you a better view of the Ocean.
This Oceanfront condo is larger than others because it is on the end of the building. This also gives you windows on three sides and allows for more sunshine. Others seem more like a motel with only one view outside.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

All my rentals include Linens (sheets and bath towels), Maid clean up on departure.
We do not charge a travel insurance fee, a non refund damage fee, nor do we charge a agreement writing fee.
A Damage Deposit or Credit Card is required.
When asked we will move the 2 twins together making it a King Bed in the 2nd bedroom.
Asigned agreement is required.
