Profitez de notre chalet sur la plage de l'eau. Trois chambres situées sur l'eau sur le lac Érié Bertie Bay. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et jouer dans l'eau. C'est un lieu de vacances idéal pour une famille et un endroit idéal pour un couple ou deux

Ce chalet n'est pas un endroit pour faire la fête ou pour accueillir des événements. Si vous cherchez une belle maison au bord de l'eau pour des groupes plus importants ou une fête, nous sommes une belle grande maison de plage. C'est le # 9118451. Il dispose également d'une piscine.

Notre chalet a une grande véranda, une cuisine à aire ouverte, une grande terrasse extérieure pour les repas et un coin salon qui surplombe l'eau.

Vous pouvez vous prélasser au soleil ou passer à la grande terrasse ombragée pour profiter avec des arbres matures Les deux donnent sur l'eau pour profiter de la vue. Il s'agit d'une plage privée pour les propriétaires de chalets locaux. Le lac n'est qu'à quelques pas de la porte. Détendez-vous, pagayez, pêchez et profitez. Profitez de belles promenades le long de la plage ou faites une longue promenade sur le sentier.

Près des commodités comme l'épicerie, les magasins, les terrains de golf, les restaurants, les pistes cyclables, les marchés de producteurs et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des chutes du Niagara.

Great long weekend getaway

We only stayed 2 nights (wish our schedules allowed more time) The house was very cozy and like others have said much bigger than you would think. Lake Erie was frozen over and it made for some amazing sights. Because of the season the area was pretty empty. The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked (not that we cooked) the beds were comfortable and great water pressure. Brad was very quick to respond to my questions. Probably the most communicative host I have ever had and would definitely say 10 out of 10. We are thinking about coming back in the summer as we have never been to the area before this trip and would definitely stay at this house again.

Spacious bungalow with a great view

We staed 4 days in mid October with a couple of unusually warm days. Spacious bungalow with large bedrooms, kitchen and 2 living areas. We had long walks along the beach. Brad was very helpful in resolving some issues.

Buffalo Bills weekend

Two couples visit. View was incredible. Lake Erie view. Nice beach to walk on. Sunset incredible. We were out and about so didn’t get to use the grill or patio much. Kitchen was not used to cook but looked like a great kitchen to use. Beds were comfortable. Some bathroom fixtures could use updating but it worked fine. Had an open and large great room right on the lake view. 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Travel back across the border needs some planning. Some time it was easy and quick. Sometimes it was an hour long process. So plan accordingly overall a great place

Overall a Nice Vacation

My husband and I took our toddler and dog with us for this trip. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation. The backyard was lovely and our son loved playing in the sand on the beach. We visited Niagra On The Lake and the falls which was easy to do from this location. There were some unexpected qualities of the house that initially left us a little disappointed but it wasn't too difficult to overlook since we mostly stayed in the beach front side of the house. The listing does state that this is not a "luxury" property but I didn't know what that refferred to until we arrived. The beach facing side of the house was updated and functional. The issue we had was with the showers. One had a leak and although functional clearly has caused the floor to slope in the bedroom. We only used the 2nd bathroom for that reason which had a handle that fell off when turned. We were still able to take showers but in retrospect I should have asked for photos of the bathrooms before booking the house. The bed spread was older on the king bed and I would have felt more comfortable with a duvet cover that was washed each stay. The owner of the home was very kind and responsive and offered suggestions for places to visit close by. We had a nice relaxing time but were glad to get back home.

Wonderful Stay

Brad and Kim were great hosts. Their place is a Jem, the house itself is nicely decorated and cozy. The place is deceivingly expansive and large. The two washrooms are key, a lot of nice bright sunlight especially in the "studio" section with windows all around. My in laws, wife, children all loved it. We stayed in four two other places in the Lake Erie area, this was the best spot by far. The house is also pre-equipped with essentials,which is great. The view is amazing, we had a lot of fun on the beach as qell. Its shallow, has sand bars, great for kids, nice calm waters. I would definitely recommend this place, 5 stars. Great place, thanks. Great location and lovely hosts

We had a great time exploring Canada’s South Coast while staying at the cottage. Central to Niagara, Niagara on the Lake and Crystal Beach. Clean and just as described. Hosts were great with giving us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We really had a great stay!

Beautiful location

We had a great getaway in January. The cottage is large and well appointed. The views of the water were amazing and we enjoyed beach walks every morning. We would love to come back in the summer to really take advantage of the view and the cottage. Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to an illness in the family but we will definitely plan to come back!

Extended weekend getaway

My family stayed here while we explored the surrounding area. It's a lovely home, with a view that is EVERYTHING. The kitchen had every cooking utensil we needed, the bathrooms had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the walking trails and the patio overlooking the water. Pizza from Mabel's was amazing!

Great winter getaway

We stayed for a week in January, and the cottage was exactly as expected. It was cozy and had a great view of the lake. We had daily walks on the shove ice on the shore and along the beach where we were able at the protected beach area to the west. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised there were no books or board games at the cottage, but there was a deck of cards, and those came in handy. It was very quiet as the neighbouring cottages were empty, and we enjoyed the the privacy and solitude. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

Visit to Niagara Falls

The property is amazing even though it rained the whole time we were there, the view from the windows facing the lake is breathtaking. Be careful if you search Safari for places to go near the house, it shows distance from the house 50 minutes or so when in fact it is only 6 - 10 minutes. We ate at an amazing Italian restaurant “The Barrel “ was only 10 minutes away. Many others to choose from. Thanks Brad and Kim for sharing your home, it is very clean and comfortable. Overall just awesome.

Nice Lakeview property

Had a nice stay at Brad's cottage even though the weather wasn't the greatest. The view of the lake was fantastic from the lakeside cement patio. The kitchen is well stocked and the seating areas are comfortable. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned so it does get a bit toasty in the living areas when the sun shines in - lots of fans provided to combat the heat. The bedrooms are musty smelling so might be beneficial to have the furnace fan run more frequently throughout the day to keep them fresher. Thanks for the stay, Brad!

Excellent beach house with large outdoor patio

Loved the place. Nice large rooms a big kitchen and 3 different r sitting areas. Beds and bedrooms were dark and private and comfortable. It was only a 90 minute drive for me so that was very convenient. The beach was clean. House was well stocked and very well priced for the long weekend. I can guarantee you that I am going back there very soon. Thank you for having us

Beach Days

The location is excellent. Short drive from Buffalo. Beach was excellent. Shallow bay with lots of sand. House felt spacious and our family was very comfortable.

Great vacation with family

It's a great property and location. The beach& water is great for the kids and relaxing for the adults. Would recommend this property to anyone whose party is 8 or fewer. Great trip!

The experience was one to remember. The accommodations were clean and the property and lake views were stunning. Not to mention the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Appreciate it guys!

We are an active family. We use these homes with our family and friends as well. We have been hosting vacation owners for many years at our homes in Ellicottville and Niagara on the lake. We wish to ensure your stay is enjoyable similar to how we like our stays to be. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We also use the cottage as much as we can. However, with kids sports, friends and family events we are away at times and like to see others enjoy. Our friends have stayed and loved our place. It is set up to be comfortable to enjoy cottage living.

We have wifi, cable, smart tv and such as it seems the kids and who am i kidding us adults all wish to be connected.

This is a nice cottage to ensure we manage expectations it is not a luxury high end home while the views are definitley 5 star. It is great for the spring, summer and the falls are amazing (it is heated and has a gas fire place).

Our beach has a nice sandbar and this bay is great for all activities. We love it here; its our slice of paradise. We hope you will also enjoy.
